Chapter 2: Where is Lucy?!
Lucy's POV-
I had just gotten home a few minutes ago from the long walk from the guild. When I arrived, and opened the door, everything was pitch black and eerily quiet. I know that I should expect that, considering nobody was home, but it gave me a bad feeling.
I went into the bathroom and got undressed to have a nice, long soak in the tub to relax my nerves. After around ten minutes I got out, got dressed and headed towards my bedroom. I rested my hand on the doorknob and was about to turn when I felt something. It wasn't right.
'Something is off here.' I thought. 'I don't know if I should go in there. Maybe I should just call for Natsu and Happy to come over.' I started to walk away from the door when it creaked open slightly. My heart stopped. Slowly, I turned around to see what happened and unconsciously readied my hand on Loke's key. There was a dark feeling oozing out from inside the room.
BANG!
*Gasp* 'What was that?' I thought. SCREEEEEEECH. The door slowly creeps open. A foot appears. "AAAAAAHHHHHH!" I scream at the top of my lungs. Standing in the door frame of my bedroom was…..'wait, who is that? They seem very familiar for some reason but I can't put my finger on it.'
"who are you?" I ask the man. "That is not important at the moment." he replies. The man snaps his fingers and another man shows up behind me, made completely out of shadows. I feel a sharp pain at the nape of my neck and the last thing I hear is maniacal laugher filling the room. Everything goes black.

Natsu's POV-
"Yo, flame-breath." Gray called. "What did you call me ice-prick?!" I yell back at him. "Whoa there, I just got a question for ya, hot-head." he says. 'ooh, I just wanna smash his face in so bad!'
"What is it?" I asked, genuinely curious. "Where did Lucy go? Wasn't she just here a second ago?" he asked me. "Yea, but she was acting really strange, so I sent her home to get some sleep." I said. "WHAT?! You sent Lucy home, by herself, when she was acting strange?! What the hell is wrong with you?! She could have gotten hurt! What if she fell into the canal because she was sick and fainted from having a fever and drowned?!" he screamed at me, which made me cover my ears.
"What is with you, ice-princess?! I thought sleep might do her some good!" I shoot back. Then, what Gray said sunk in. 'Luce could get hurt because I didn't keep an eye on her?' The thought of Lucy getting hurt brought a strange feeling in my heart. I grabbed my chest. 'It hurts.'
"Well? What are we waiting for? Let's go see if Lucy is okay!" I yell at Gray and take off through the guild doors. I know Gray is following me so I go on ahead. 'He'll meet me there.' I think to myself before picking up the pace.
Suddenly something feels…. off. "Wait up ash-brains!" I hear Gray yelling behind me but I completely ignore him and run even faster. 'I can't wait for you, Gray. Something isn't right.' It feels like a hand is around my heart, making it hard to breathe.
I run into the building, slamming the door open and off it's hinges. "LUCY!" I scream in a panic. I look in every room and every corner when my nose picks up unfamiliar scents and fear in Lucy's sweet scent of strawberries and vanilla. The scents smell horrid. Evil even. "LUCY! WHERE ARE YOU?!" I roar. Then I'm on fire and I'm burning hotter than ever before.
"LUUUUCYYYYY!"
