Percy

I woke up with a pounding headache. Andy, my twin sister, wasn't looking where she was going and unfortunately ran into me on a skateboard. I hit my head really hard on the ground and have had a throbbing pain in my head since yesterday, and not to mention the ringing in my ears.

Once the ringing stopped I tugged on a shirt and a pair of sweatpants from the floor and walked out of my room, following the smell of bacon coming from the kitchen where my mom and Andy were making breakfast.

"Morning little bro, how's your head?" Andy said with a smirk.

"For the last time AJ I'm older than you by two minutes," I said, rolling my eyes. "And my heads fine, no thanks to you."

"How was I supposed to know you were in the way?" She said innocently.

"Oh, I don't know, look where your going?" I said.

"Andy, he's got a point." Mom said.

"Mom your supposed to be on my side." Andy whined.

"You forget that I'm Percy's mother too." My mom said with an amused smile. "Now both of you, eat up, I need you out the house so I can get some writing done. If I don't get something in before the deadline my editor will go insane."

We inhaled the pancakes and rushed to our rooms to get ready. I pulled on a black t-shirt and jeans and grabbed my keys and guitar. Rushing out of my room to meet Andy with her keyboard and bass.

"You ready? We need to meet Grover before we go to Daniel's studio." She said.

"Yup, let's go." I said.

"Can I drive?" She asked.

"No."

"Why not?" She whined.

"Because last time I let you drive my car, you almost killed us both, so no you're not driving."

"That was only one time."

"One time of almost-death is enough for me."

We loaded our stuff into the back and drove off to Grover's house, Andy grumbling something about "dumb twin brothers" and me trying not to laugh at her childishness.

We saw Grover already waiting for us with his drumsticks in hand.

"You guys are late, what happened?" He asked.

"Sleeping beauty here refused to get ready." Said Andy, jabbing a thumb in my direction.

Grover Chuckled, "Classic Percy."

"I resent that." I said. "C'mon Daniel is going to get mad if we are late anymore than we already are."

I realise I have some explaining to do. Andy, Grover, and I are in a band we call "The Demigods." We're pretty popular too, but no one really knows it's us because we never show our faces to the public. We started the band when we were twelve and were found by this guy named Daniel a few years later. Daniel liked us so much he brought us to a recording studio he owns and has been like a big brother to us ever since.

"Hey Bro!" I called as I pulled into a parking space.

"You guys are late!" Daniel said, "I've been waiting for thirty minutes!"

"You can thank my idiotic brother for that." Andy said grumpily.

"What? Percy didn't let you drive again?" Daniel said, Andy nodded. "C'mon bro just let the girl drive." He said, turning to me.

"Not a chance," I said, "I would like to keep my limbs, thank you."

He chuckled, "C'mon let's go record that new song you have been annoying me about for weeks."

"It's going to be a good one." Grover said with a grin.

We went inside the booth to set up while Daniel sat at the control panel to turn on the sound.

"You guys ready for school?" He asked through his mic.

"Ugh, don't remind me." Andy said with an eye roll.

"Aw, it can't be too bad. Aren't they adding a performing arts program this year? You'll finally be able to show off your skills in public." Daniel said.

"As cool as that is, it doesn't make up for the fact that we're basically considered losers at our school." Grover said.

"Nancy and Matt still giving you trouble huh?" Daniel asked.

"Yeah," I said, "and it's worse every year. I wouldn't be surprised if they made the whole student body make fun of us this year."

"I don't know, with this new program you could make it to the top pretty fast. Especially when they find out you're the mysterious popular band that never shows their face." Daniel said.

"I don't know Dan, we kinda like how it is, minus the jerk wads at our school." Andy said.

"Whatever you say AJ. You guys ready?" Daniel asked, we nodded and Andy started playing her keyboard.

Standing in the hall of fame

Daniel turned off the booth.

"You guys never disappoint do ya?" He said, "It amazes me that you want to keep this anonymous, you could get some serious money."

"Maybe we will, we have been talking about going public for the past few weeks." I said.

"It would be a good way to get Nancy and Matt off our backs." Andy said.

"Yeah, AJ could you please not mention them? I'd like to not worry about school on our last day of freedom." Grover said.

"Good idea G-man." I said, "We'll see ya later Dan."

"See ya, and good luck, you'll need it." Daniel said with a grin.

We rolled our eyes and got into the car, wishing our day could last longer before we have to go to school tomorrow.

Olympus

Poseidon

"Wow." Apollo said, breaking the silence.

We had just watched Percy and Andy's performance and were blown away by what we saw. I had no idea my children had that much talent.

"I honestly can't tell that losing their memories is a good or bad thing. I mean that was awesome." Apollo said, earning a hit from Artemis.

"Of course this is bad, they can't remember a thing, how are they going to protect themselves?" Athena asked, probably only worried about her kids.

"Oh don't worry, I have that taken care of." Said a voice from the corner.

"Show yourself!" Zeus said dramatically, I had to fight the urge to roll my eyes.

"Now Zeus, that is no way to address your mother." A chorus of gasps filled the throne room as my mother, Rhea, emerged from the shadow-filled corner.

"Now I see where Hades gets it from." I said to Zeus, he seemed to have trouble fighting back a laugh. But then we saw Hades giving us a death glare. Oops, he heard that.

"What are you doing here M'lady Rhea?" Athena asked.

"Well it has come to my attention that you all are terrible rulers, and in extension, a terrible family, so I have taken it upon myself to do something about it." Rhea said. Oh, this'll be good.

"What do you mean mother?" Hestia asked, obviously excited about what she is going to say.

"I mean, you all are going to become mortal teenagers until you can act as a family." Rhea said.

"WHAT!?" We all yelled.

"What do mean mortal?"

"Aw c'mon! Again?"

"Why teenagers?"

"Do we have to?"

"Quiet!" Rhea yelled, "You are doing this without argument! For centuries I have watched you fight and bicker about stupid things and rely on your children to do your dirty work. I will not stand by and watch this go on any longer! Acting like a family will make you be better rulers and better parents. This is not up for discussion, and it is happening whether you like it or not."

"Guys, she's got a point." I said.

"Thank you, Poseidon." Mother said with a smile.

"What do the demigods have to do with this?" Athena asked.

"That's simple." Rhea said, "Knowing you Olympians, Olympus is going to be shut down for quite awhile. So we need our wonderful heroes out of the way so they won't question anything and stay safe from anymore dangerous quests. So I took their memories and replaced them so they think they have been grown up as mortals all along."

"What about their scents? Wouldn't they attract monsters?" Apollo asked.

"I've taken care of that already. I've also put a magic barrier much like the one in the camps on their homes and school, no need to worry they are safe from any harm." Rhea said, a wave of relief washed over the throne room.

"One more question, why are they all the sudden so talented with instruments and singing?" Hermes asked.

"They always have been, but they never wanted to show it. The Fates decided to put that little flare in to make things more interesting." Rhea said

"Hold on, the Fates are in on this?" I asked.

"Why of course, my son, you don't suppose I could do all of this myself do you?" She asked.

"No I guess not." I mumbled, embarrassed.

"Now if that is all with the questions, we really must be going, I'll see you in the morning." And with that, she snapped her fingers and everything became black.

Third Person

When the Olympians woke up the next morning, they looked completely different.

"Up and at em' kids! We got a big day today!" Rhea called.

Hades groaned, "It's too early, can't we sleep longer?"

"Nope, you guys need to get ready. Everything you need is in the rooms you woke up in, including clothes. Now go change, breakfast is almost ready." Rhea said, enjoying this a bit too much.

When they emerged into the kitchen, ready for school, Aphrodite was the first to comment.

"Hey, we look good."

"Can't argue with that." Apollo said.

"Ok stop with that and eat your breakfast, I need to give you your mortal names."

"Why are we doing this again?" Hermes asked.

"You already know why, so don't ask." Artemis said, annoyed.

"Besides we get to see what our kids are like and spend time with them." Athena said.

"They don't even remember us, what's the point?" Apollo said.

"We still get to see them more, I say that's a good thing." Poseidon said.

"Ok attention please, I have figured out your names so be quiet I'm only saying this once." Rhea said.

"Hestia, Hera, Demeter, Hades, and Poseidon you will be known as Hannah, Helen, Drew, Henry, and Dylan Olympia. You are also Quintuplets and Juniors at Goode High." Rhea said.

"Aphrodite, your name is Amanda Loveland, you're also a Junior."

"Athena, your name is Alison Granger, you're a junior too."

"Zeus, Your name is Zach Olympia, you're a sophomore."

"Ares, you're name is Aaron Wheeler, you're a sophomore as well."

"Hermes, you're name is Harvey Steelz, sophomore."

"Hephaestus, you're name is Harley Brookes, sophomore."

"Artemis and Apollo you're names are Luna and Austin Everdeen, sophomores."

"Dionysus your name is Danny Johnson, sophomore."

"I will be known as Rebecca Olympia, everyone got their names?" They all nodded, "Good, now let's get you to school."

Andy

"Kids! Get up your going be late for school!" My mom called.

I hurried to grab whatever clothes that looked good in my closet (skinny jeans, blue t-shirt, and a black leather jacket.) and tugged on a pair of blue converses. I grabbed my backpack from the corner of my room and my song writing journal and rushed into the kitchen, putting my hair up into a messy ponytail along the way.

"Good morning kiddo." My mom said.

"Morning mom, where's Percy?"

"I'm right here." He said from behind me. I turned around to greet him.

I groaned, "Oh you have got to be kidding me." We were wearing the same thing…again, leather jacket and all.

"Aw come on, we have been avoiding this for three months!" Percy whined. I couldn't agree more, we listen to the same music, eat the same food, even had the same face, (minus the eyes) dressing the same way seemed ridiculous.

"I think it's kind of cute." Mom said, ruffling our hair with a smirk.

"Mom! Stop!" We said at the same time.

We glared at each other

"Hey! Stop that!"

"No you stop!"

"For the love…" Then an idea came to my head.

"Pineapple." Apparently, Percy had the same idea.

Mom looked like she was about to burst out laughing, but instead she said, "You two are the definition of identical twins. Now eat your breakfast before your late for your first day."

We both inhaled a stack of pancakes and half a plate of bacon and ran for the door.

"Can I drive?" I asked.

Percy rolled his eyes, "We went over this yesterday, no, you are not going anywhere near the wheel."

I huffed and got into the passengers seat, threw my backpack into the back seat and pouted.

"Aw, wittle AJ mad she can't drive a car?" Percy said in a mock baby voice.

"I can drive, you just don't let me." I said, still pouting. Percy chuckled and started the car to go pick up Grover.

"What's wrong with her?" Grover said once we were at his house.

"He won't let me drive the damn car, that's what's wrong." I said grumpily, pointing at my brother.

"No offense AJ, but he's right. After that fiasco during the summer, you should stay far away from the wheel."

"See? Even Grover agrees with me." Said Percy.

"Shut it, Fish Face." I growled.

When we arrived at Goode High I was amazed. It almost doubled in size making it look like a college campus. There was a bronze statue of a Pegasus in the middle of the courtyard that looked about as tall as a house and glittered in the sunlight. Students littered the area, gossiping about their summers and listening to music. It was beautiful, but the people in it were the opposite.

Goode High school is one of the best high schools in New York. Almost ninety percent of seniors that graduate get in an IV league University or a full scholarship to whatever college they wanted. We have the most feared sports teams in the State and this new Performing Arts Program will probably be the same as well. The school is great, but the students were probably the most stuck-up people you'll ever meet. You'll find a few good ones, but it's very rare that you do. To top it off, your basically ranked on how popular you are, and how you look. In my opinion it's absolutely disgusting.

"So apparently, we just go to the performing arts building, they have all the other classes that are required in that building so we only need to switch for gym class and sports." Percy said.

"Wow, this is going to need some getting used to." I said.

"You got that right." Grover said.

"Let's go get our schedules, the office is this way." Percy said.

When we got to the office, we were met with a young women with a very big smile.

"Morning kids, what can I do for you?"

"Uh, we're here for our schedules." I said.

"Ok, what are your names?"

"Perseus and Andromeda Jackson." I said

"And Grover Underwood." Said Grover.

She typed something into her computer and printed our schedules. "Here you go, your locker numbers and combinations are there and your home room is room 304 with Ms. Walker."

"Thank you." I said.

"No problem." She said, still smiling.

We left the office and compared our schedules. Which were the exact same, and our lockers were next to each other.

"Wow," Grover said, "what are the odds."

"Very slim," I said, "but at least we'll be together." They both nodded in agreement.

"What are you losers doing here." Said a snotty voice from behind me. I don't have to turn to know who that is.

"Nancy Bobofit," I said, "How I wish I could say it's nice to see you again."

"Back at ya, Trash Bag." Nancy snapped, her jackass boyfriend, Matt Sloan, had an arm around her tiny waist, their stupid followers behind them.

"Ooh burn." I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.

She glared, "Now as I said, what are you doing here? This program is for talented people only."

"Then the real question is what are you doing here, Nancy?" I said, clenching my fists.

Matt stepped forward, his fist clenched "Don't talk to my girlfriend like that, you bi-" He was cut off by Percy shoving him away.

"Stay away from my sister, Jackass." He growled. His eyes darkened to a emerald green, he looked so scary when he was mad it gave me goosebumps.

Sloan looked scared for a second then sneered evilly, "Ooh Jackson's playing the tough guy now, huh? What do you think boys, should we teach this loser a lesson?" He cracked his fists and and his goons followed in suit. Percy's glare darkened even more and I had to make myself not look scared by my own brother.

"Yeah, get him babe!" Nancy called. She turned to me and sneered, I gave her a glare of my own. She paled slightly and turned back to watch the fight. I smirked victoriously, good, she should be scared.

Matt threw a punch at Percy, aiming for his face, but he dodged and punched him in the ribs. A crowd was gathering around them, looking to see someone finally fighting against Sloan.

Sloan tried punching Percy again, but missed and lost balance. Percy used that to his advantage and brought his knee to where the sun don't shine, hard, so hard he'll be singing soprano for a week.

"You'll pay for that Jackson," He wheezed, Andrew, one of his goons, dragged him away.

"Looks like your not so tough now Sloan!" Percy called after him in response.

Nancy turned to me, "Look what your brother did to my boyfriend!"

I rolled my eyes, "So what? You can't have sex with him anymore, big deal. Just do what you usually do and bed another guy."

She gasped, trying to look horrified. "I will not cheat on my boyfriend."

I raised my eyebrow, "Oh really? I'm finding that really hard to believe."

"You Bitch." Nancy growled. She raised her hand to slap me, but I grabbed her wrist and turned her around, pressing her wrist painfully to her back. She yelped in pain.

"Listen here," I growled into her ear, "if you don't want your arm dislocated, walk away with your slutty friends and leave my brother and I alone, got it?" She nodded and I shoved her away, her friends rushing to help her. "Next time I won't be so nice." I called after them. I was surprised in myself, where had that toughness come from?

Grover and I walked over to Percy, he didn't have a scratch on him.

"Whoa," Grover said, "Dude, where did you learn to fight like that?"

"I honestly have no idea." Percy said, looking at his hands as it they weren't his.

"Let's get to class." I said. I looked at my schedule, "Looks like Ms. Walker is the Greek teacher, We have her for home room and first period."

"Ugh, two hours straight for the same class? Are you kidding me?" Grover whined

"At least it's a subject we actually enjoy." I said, "Plus, I heard from the seniors that Ms. Walker is one of the coolest teachers ever."

"Ok, that doesn't sound bad." Percy said.

It turned out Ms. Walker the coolest teacher ever. Instead of desks and chairs she had bean bags and low tables. One wall was a mural of thirteen weirdly dressed people sitting on thrones around a fire and a nine-year-old girl poking at it with a stick. Since this is class is about Ancient Greece I guessed those people were supposed to be the Olympians. All around the room there were paintings and suits of armour, and I think I saw a sword somewhere.

Behind the desk was a young woman, maybe in her twenties, writing in Greek on the board. She turned and gave us a dazzling smile, "Good morning, find your seat and I'll explain what we're doing today."

Students filed in the classroom and soon enough, the bell rang. "Good morning students, my name is Ms. Walker and I will be you Greek and home room teach this year. In this class we will be mainly focusing on the language and the Myths, because they are far more interesting than what they want me to teach you. But brace yourselves, these stories are so messed up and weird it's easy to get confused, not to mention the painful, nasty deaths"

Oh yeah, this is my favorite teacher by far.

Third Person

The gods-turned-teenagers were at the school they stopped to look at it's beauty.

"Woah." Athena said.

"If this is where we are going to school, I'm ok with this er- situation we're in." Poseidon said.

"Well your going to have to be ok with this situation whether you like it or not." Rhea said, getting out of the car.

"Wait, what are you doing?" Zeus asked.

"Oh I forgot to tell you, I'm the new principal of Goode High for the Performing Arts." Rhea said

"What!?" All her kids yelled.

"Well you do need to be kept an eye on at school, no need to get mad about it."

Hades rolled is eyes. "Great, now we're going to be picked on because we're the new kids and because our mom is the Principal."

"Oh come on Henry, you're being a baby." Said Demeter.

"No I'm not Drew, I'm being realistic." Said Hades.

"Kids! We're late enough already, don't need to make it worse. Go to class." Said Rhea

"Jeez, she sounds like a principal already." Poseidon murmured. Zeus heard this and started snickering.

"Something funny, Zach?" Rhea asked.

"No ma'am." Zeus said, straightening his back and throwing his arms at his side. Poseidon snickered at his little brother.

"Alright, here are your schedules, your lockers are all close to each other so need to worry about that, meet me at the front of the school at the end of the day. If I hear any of you have gotten into trouble you will be even more so with me, so behave." Rhea said sternly.

"Yes ma'am." They all said and went off to their classes and Rhea walked off to the office.

Hermes

"What are you losers doing here?" Said a snotty voice.

Thinking it was directed towards us, we turned to see it was a girl dressed in strips of clothing and so much makeup Aphrodite would be disgusted. She seemed to be talking to three kids, but they were blocked from view by what looks like her boyfriend.

"Nancy Bobofit," said a familiar voice, "How I wish I could say it's nice to see you again."

"Back at ya, Trash Bag." Said Nancy.

"Ooh, burn." The other girl said. Nancy growled and glared.

"Now as I said, what are you doing here? This program is for talented people only." She said.

"Then the real question is what are you doing here, Nancy?" Now that is a burn.

The boy stepped up with his fist clenched, "Don't talk to my girlfriend like that you bi-" he was shoved back before he could finish. Percy Jackson, with the scariest glare I have ever seen, looked murderous.

"Stay away from my sister, Jackass" he growled. So the other girl was his twin, Andy.

The boy looked scared, but then he sneered. "Ooh, Jackson's playing the tough guy now huh? What do you think boys, should we teach this loser a lesson?" He cracked his fists and his cronies followed in suits. Percy's eyes darkened to a glare that would have Hades run away screaming.

"Yeah get him babe!" Nancy screeched. Andy gave her a scary glare of her own and she stepped back in fear. Jeez, Poseidon's kids can be scary when they want to be.

The boy threw a punch at Percy, aiming for his face, but Percy dodged and punched him in the ribs. A crowd was gathering around, I recognize some of the heroes from the Argo II, but they didn't seem to know Percy or Andy, they were probably looking to see the school's bully get beat up.

The tried punching Percy again, but missed and lost balance. Percy used that to his advantage and brought his knee to where the sun don't shine, hard, all the boys cringed away. I hate his dude, but you have to feel sympathetic when someone hits you in that spot.

"You'll pay for that Jackson," He wheezed, then one of his goons dragged him away.

"Looks like you're not so tough now huh, Sloan?" Percy shouted in response.

Nancy turned to Andy, "Look what your brother did to my boyfriend!"

She rolled her eyes, "So what? You can't have sex with him anymore, big deal. Just do what you usually do and bed another guy."

She gasped, trying to look horrified. "I will not cheat on my boyfriend."

Andy raised her eyebrow, "Oh really? I'm finding that really hard to believe." Man, this girl has guts.

"You Bitch." Nancy growled. She raised her hand to slap Andy, but she grabbed her wrist and turned her around, pressing her wrist painfully to her back. Nancy yelped in pain.

Andy growled something lowly into Nancy's ear, what ever it was it must have been terrifying because her face was white as paper by the time Andy shoved her away. Then She went over to Percy and Grover and they walked off to their next class.

"Dylan? Your kids are badass." Apollo said.

Poseidon smiled smugly, "Yeah, they are aren't they?"

"Ok enough of this, let's just go to class and meet at lunch ok?" Athena said, obviously annoyed.

"Yeah, let's go. See you at lunch!" Said Hestia. And with that, we all separated to go to our first class of the day.

Ok, so I have some explaining to do.

First, I'd like to apologize for how long this chapter took for me to write, I suffered from major writer's block. I also know that this is nothing like the summary, but I don't really want to change it so…yeah.

Second, you probably want to murder me for separating friendships and adding in unwanted characters from Percy's past, but it's my story so deal with it.

Also, I decided to make Hera and Zeus act as Brother and Sister instead of husband and wife, I just wanted it to be unlike the other stories about the Olympians becoming teenagers, plus I think it's more interesting.

And you're all probably wondering where Annabeth is. Well…when their memories about being demigods were taken away so were the memories of them meeting each other, because Annabeth and Percy didn't meet until Percy came to camp, they don't remember each other. It's the same for most of the friendships Percy has from Camp Half- Blood, Andy and Grover don't count because he knew them before he found out about being a demigod and all that other stuff.

If you have any questions, ideas, or new characters about this story please put them in the reviews or PM them to me if you like. Also, don't forget to tell me if this is too cliché, I really want to try and not make it like other stories.

I hope you all are liking this story, I'm not the best writer or very creative so…yeah.

Thank you to those who are being so supportive

Don't forget to review!

Love,
