Hey, hey guys! It's me! Remember me? Here is another prologue (and a chance at boosting my SYOT up again ; W ; )

Anyway, this prologue is all about our dear President Augustus and 'his' Victors. I wanted to make him a bit more aloof and awkward here as shown by some of the interactions but also somewhat menacing to the other tributes, you'll see that happen to some of them too! I actually liked a tea party setting where all my Victors meet to be civil and it ends up being a massive mess but this sounded a lot better.

This is still before the 91st HG so don't worry! I am actually looking for another 6 or 7 for each (male or female) and I have updated my preferences (for those that have not submitted! )

Don't be disheartened by my long list of rules and wants and what not! Submit as best as you can and we can work on it together! I do consider all the submissions and will not flat out reject them. I will tell you if it needs work and I do make suggestions.

Deadline is the end of August and I will update this again when I have enough or when I think of another prologue. So submit! It will make me happy and giddy!

Ninetieth Hunger Games – First Day of Training for the tributes

President Augustus

President's Manor, Dining Room Entrance

I made sure to send out the invitations to my dear victors the minute they arrive into their living quarters. I have thoroughly enjoyed the tributes this year, a lot of older tributes meaning they are more desperate to get home.

All I have to do now is to put my faith on Nathaniel so that he can deliver an exciting Hunger Games just like last year's and the many others before that. Here's to hoping he will not disappoint. I would hate to see him fail me like my other Gamemakers in the past have. Such a shame to see a talent just…disappear like that.

Well that's a problem I'll encounter later on in the month, for now I will focus all my attention in celebrating my victors. I have gladly took them out of their hard work mentoring their tributes for a nice cup of tea.

My love for tea has grown towards the years being President that I just simply cannot live without it now. I am quite sure that my veins and arteries are pumping tea!

I chuckle and as a peacekeeper walks in quietly telling me that the first of my guests have arrived. I dismiss the white dressed officer as I straighten my cream coloured suit jacket. Putting on a happy face I go to my front door where I will greet them all one by one before letting them into the dining hall where the real party begins.

I wait outside of the hall to see that some have already arrived and are calmly waiting. Some more calm than others obviously. Some look agitated to be here whilst the others are indifferent. The first in my sights is the only victor of the grain district: Farrina Wheatly.

As if she has heard my thoughts she turns to me, staring at me with those golden brown eyes that she has. She is wearing an airy cream dress, fit for a tea. I approach her to welcome her to my manor but she flat out ignores me.

No matter, I tell her to walk into the dining room and she listens to me then. Not really taking notice of any of the peacekeepers being wary of her. She opens the door and walks in. I stop by Ashe next.

The clever fool doesn't look completely intoxicated yet as he looks me in the eye. I see the disdain from them and I smirk.

"Welcome once again to the Capitol, Mr. Barrow." I say and he tsk at my presence.

"Thanks." He says before pushing past me.

I turn quickly grabbing on to his arm. He stops then at my grip, wrinkling his nice black blazer that compliments his hair and eyes. The stylists are outdoing each other this year I see. I give him a stern look.

"Please visit more often, I do enjoy seeing the other victors you know?" I smile cheekily and he shrugs his arm out of my grip and enters the room. Well that's two down.

I then notice Arthur standing awkwardly by himself, hands inside his suit trouser pockets, waiting for me to speak to him as I requested. He hears me approach him, he looks up and offers me a warm smile. Although he stayed a career in his Games, I don't really like what he'd become. He is a winning Career, why isn't he just that? He's mellower now.

"Ah, Mr. Graff!" I approach him with much enthusiasm. "How are we?"

"Fine." He keeps smiling. "I am grateful for this invitation, President Augustus."

"Please." I say with my smile not fading. "It's my pleasure."

He nods and starts to head off by I stop him first. I'm not done yet. I want to ask him about himself, what he's been up to for the last year.

"Wait a second." Asking whilst grabbing onto his grey suit jacket. "I have one more question to ask."

He merely nods at my request. So I begin to ask him.

"As you know, you are getting older now." He nods hesitantly at my words. "So, has anyone from your district caught your eye yet?"

"Excuse me?" He asks a bit gobsmacked.

"I was asking if you've found that special someone?" I say wiggling my eyebrows with a cheeky smile.

The response was just what I expected. He pulls away from me, all flustered and red bumping into Cabel Link as he apologises to his fellow victor, who didn't even say anything to just try and get away from me.

It seems that my victor from One has been embarrassed. Maybe he does have someone? I smirk, approaching the person he bumped into.

"Cabel Link!" I say arms wide as if I was expecting a hug, which of course I wasn't.

The rather pale man wearing a faded grey cardigan complete with a black skinny tie and white shirt looks at me. His glasses shining from the intense light hiding those green eyes. The smart looking victor freezes up as he looks at me but then somehow finds a resolve and stays calm.

"How are you my boy?" I say swinging my arm around him.

I can feel him squirming beside me as I make him face the oaken doors of the dining room. I proceed with my questions from his home district to try and make him as uncomfortable as possible.

"Have you found the latest gizmos and gadgets yet?"

Nothing.

"Any inventions that are life changing?"

Nothing yet again and I couldn't help but laugh as I let him go. He dusts off his cardigan as if it was dirty. He looks at me when more time and pushes his glasses to hide the green eyes that are now in display. Walking away from me he opens the door we were facing and walks in.

Right so that's four people I've spoken to let's move on to. I scan the room and see Julia waiting, she's not one to wear dresses but it seems she complied with this dress code. She's wearing a short mini dress coloured in a nice pastel pink. It doesn't suit her and I can tell she dislikes it very much.

"President Augustus." She nods as I approach her. "You're not one for glamorous tea parties."

"On the contrary, my dear Julia." I say. "I hold them all the time, I just don't invite you because as I recall you worked as my head peacekeeper whilst Orion becomes mentor."

"So I'm invited now that I am a mentor?" She says with an accusing tone. "I see how it is."

"Give me the report." I sigh. "I know you have some sort of report."

"Well the tributes from Two are both strong and are now out training."

I just nod at this woman, she may be good at what she does but she works too much.

"I'm still not happy how you've moved my own brother into One." She adds folding her arms.

I just shrug my shoulders with a smile on my face. "It's not my idea, dear."

She makes a sort of snarky smile at me before leaving for the dining room. Everything is going well, now let's see. Who is next?

"Robin!" Practically shouting across the room, not even getting a glance from the other victors as they continue to do their business.

"President Augustus." She nods, she moves her long red dress out of the way. "Thank you for the invitation and I do apologise for Ashe's behaviour."

"Nonsense! Ashe has been a marvellous guest so far." I smile at her.

She excuses herself from the conversation and drags her dress right into the dining room where I can hear light chatter from now. Smiling at her I move onto the next guest, and my current favourite, Kaiser.

He approaches me instead and gives me a calm smile. He return a similar smile, his cold blue eyes scanning my face before speaking.

"Thank you for granting my request, President Augustus."

"I hear your sister is not taking the move well." I say challenging his relationship with his sister.

"Does she?" He says. "I barely noticed. Last I spoke to her was when she arrived in the Capitol this week, told her 'Good Luck' and just left."

I laugh out loud at his machismo and his relationship with his sister. He gives a bow before leaving my presence. I give a silent chuckle before bowing myself. He is without a doubt my favourite. I can see him doing well with his tributes.

Moving onto young Christopher who is standing near a window, looking outside my garden. I cough to get the dirty blonde's hair, he turns and with a smile shakes my hands.

"Thank you for inviting me to this tea party!" He says with his plain white t-shirt and black blazer. "Kind of like the Mad Hatter?"

I didn't like that joke and I show it with a frown on my face. He sort of stops smiling after that and just laughs it off, from the nervousness I can hear it tells me that he is uncomfortable. He shoves both his hands inside his black trouser pockets.

Orion approaches me next. The man that has changed the way by being winning the so called 'Victor Games'. He looks at me with his stern look and nods.

"District Two is well, President."

I nod at him before he dismisses himself before it can get anymore awkward between us. He walks away slowly before I am greeted by Aqua next. Her blue hair still shimmering in the sunlight.

"Ms. Chambers." I give a curt nod. "How are you this find day?"

"Fine." She folds her arms over her white short dress. "I dislike tea."

"We have alternatives." I say bowing down to her.

She flicks her blue hair to the side giving a slight 'hmph' before walking away in her flat white shoes. I only sigh before encountering Scarlet, the second latest winner of the Hunger Games. She is by her own sitting near another set of large windows.

She is wearing a faded green long dress and her light brown hair has been allowed to flow beautifully down her head.

"Ah, the beautiful Scarlet Hickory!" I cry out loud getting her attention.

"President." She stands up and does a small polite curtsey.

"No need for the, my dear." I smile patting her head. "How is it? Mentoring people your age?"

"I can handle them, sir." She said curtly. "I have my ways."

I give a roar of laughter at her haughty nature before dismissing her from my side with still a smile on my face. Looking on for my next person, there's not much else left. All the careers are inside now so I move onto Quanta, standing there in a gown dress coloured a slate grey.

I move closer to the red haired girl. "How are you today, Quanta?"

She doesn't reply. I feign sadness and shock at her silence towards me and I can tell she got annoyed by it. She looks at me with greyish blue eyes, eyebrows furrowed. I just nod at her before she leaves my side and into the room where she can re-join the others.

With a sigh I move onto Warren standing awkwardly in the middle with his arms folded. He is wearing a long sleeve white shirt, a lazily put together red tie that matches his hair. He looks at me giving me a nod and I approach him.

"How is Warren Quark?"

"Grand." I can tell that he's being sarcastic but no matter.

"And your brothers?"

Nothing was said as he folds his arms, which they all seem to be doing now. I give a smirk.

"I suggest you drop the act, Quark." I said whispering into his ear. "Wouldn't want those sweet brother of yours to just…disappear."

He tenses up at the last words and just leaves me as soon as he can. I didn't bother chasing him, I think he got the idea. I look around and see the last two tributes, each at the other side of the room one standing and the other sitting down looking nervous.

Naturally I approach the most nervous one first.

"Roscoe Tarpan! My boy!" I say and he tenses up at that. He looks at me with those blue-green eyes, full of somewhat fear but anger. "How's the family?"

Seeing his jaw clench just filled me with a slight thrill. Of course I now that his family have died. His sister died in the Hunger Games before his and his parents died after he won his. I could've helped him had he asked for my help when his parents suffered through the widespread disease that caught district Ten but he refused.

"I'm doing well. Thank you." He says standing up and walking away from me, leaving me with one person left.

Viola Aspen. The woman I have grown to hate as I continue my presidency. A fluke winner of the first Hunger Games of my term. To say that I was not happy was an understatement. I look at her with disdain as I approach her. She looks at me with her bright green dress; a smile on her face.

Despite all I've done to this girl she still finds a reason to smile. Why? I should've killed her when I had the chance. Her parents have all died, her friends 'reaped'. Out of all the victors, Viola is the one I tortured the most.

Yet she smiles.

"President Augustus." She curtseys in front of me. "How delightful it is for you to invite me."

"Cut the crap." I say and she continues her smile.

"Thank you." She says and walks away from me, black hair waving behind her as she enters the doors.

I'll figure you out, even if I make you suffer a little longer.

Dining Room, Tea Party

It has been hours since I have welcomed the victors into my manor. They didn't expect the tea to be a full blown course of endless meals and drinks. I can see them all tense as each hour goes by. Thinking about their tributes? Perhaps.

I just watch on as I eat my food silently and calmly. Looking at each of them individually, some avoiding my eyes, others with glares and the rest with some sort of adoration.

All in all I reckon this Tea Party has been rather successful. I'd ask my victors but I'm guessing I'll get a mixture of views and replies from them all. I put down my cutlery and smile at them.

"Thank you for visiting me." I say and they all look at me. "I get rather lonely here, with just myself."

I lift the wine glass closest to me and lift it to the air.

"Let's make this another brilliant Hunger Games!"

Reluctant glasses raise into the air as I give a roaring laugh filled with pride and confidence, then sipping some of the red wine.
