Marcus Flynn - (Means War like)
Marcus woke to the sounds of people yelling at him. Quickly lifting his face from a drool covered text book, he took in what was happening. Everyone was looking intentionally at him, some laughing, others frowning, including his teacher. "I knew this would happen one day Flynn." She sighed. "Every single class I have you, you seem to be battling with your eyelids! You should be-". She was cut off. Silence. As one, everyone else turned to where Mrs Foreman had been sitting. Marcus frowned. "Hang on, what the hell just happened? Where did Mrs 'Four-eyes' go?". The class started to shift in their seats. "Did she ditch us or something?" a kid called Jasper exclaimed. Another kid went and stood outside the door. "I can't see her." She called back, and came back through the door frowning, a look of confusion on her face. "Well, she can't have just… Gone! She's got to be somewhere right?" Marcus looked over at the girl who had just spoken. It was Rachel, and she looked as confused as anybody else, but she looked cute when she was confused. Marcus suddenly realised what he was doing and looked away, hoping no one had seen him staring. "What do we do?" he heard a voice he barely knew. "Do we stay here or what?". A girl ran out the door and into the corridor saying something about 'I'll be back in a sec'. The class was starting to get messy, and kids were starting to get out phones to text people. "What the heck? There's no service! My phones playing up!" a kid called James exclaimed. "Nah man, I think the network is down. All our phones don't have service either." came a reply. The noise level was rising, and the girl who had run out the door came back with a worried look on her face. "All the teachers are gone! There are no more teachers in the other class rooms! They've all got the same problem! Plus, I don't think it's just the teachers, all the cars I've seen have their motors going but there aren't any people in them." Everybody stopped, taking in this new information. "I have to go see my Mum and Dad!" yelled someone, and they took off. Many others did the same. Marcus just sat there at the back thinking slowly. All he could think of to say was "This can't be good".
