hanks for all the lovely (And some rather ecstatic) reviews. I've added something DestinChild mentioned in her review :)

You look up and find yourself looking into the face of another boy. He looks a lot like Rob.

"You okay?" he asks, setting you upright. You nod. He's extremely cute in a red plaid jacket and worn jeans with messy brown hair. And there's just something about his eyes...

"There you are! I thought I heard something." Rob reappears from the kitchen before pausing. "Hilary!" he yells, launching himself at the boy, or rather man, who's just let go out your arm.

"Becker." the boy snaps but returns his brother's hug before setting him down and ruffling his hair. It's an odd sight to see Rob hugging another boy. You hope never to see it again.

"Yeah. Call him that." Rob says airily, waving a hand and not bothering to introduce the two of you. "Now come on! The foods getting cold!" Rob pulls on your arm, dragging you away from his brother, but you turn and smile at him and you're dragged into the kitchen.

"Rob, scoot over for your brother. He can sit between you and Si." Rob's mother orders and Becker slides into the now empty seat to your right. "Hilary, this is Si. She's Rob's friend, the one I said that lives here now." You notice that Travina's voice is softer when she speaks to Becker. Becker nods at you before taking a mouthful of food. "This is my eldest son, Hilary. Although to avoid death, you might want to call him Becker." you laugh, noticing how, when Travina talks to Becker, she reminds you Molly Weasly talking to Harry Potter. She seems a lot softer.

"What you doing back?" Rob asks, currently stuffing his face with food.

"I'm on leave for a fortnight before I go back to Sandhurst for my last term. Do you know anything about the army Si?" Becker adds, turning to you. You can't work out if he's mocking you or not.

"If that's meant to be an insult you've failed." you say after a pause. "I know what Sandhurst is, I know that your next term is two months, I know you've came top of your shooting class last week and that you're top in general. That I got from Rob." you then proceed to give him a brief run up of the army and, unlike other people you've told, Becker actually stays interested.

"Nice. Good to see my bro hasn't put me to shame yet then." Becker turns to Rob and grabs him in a headlock.

"Boys! Not at the table and infront of a guest!" Travina glares at her two sons.

"Aw, don't worry ma." Becker smiles, winding an arms around yours and Rob's shoulders, sending tingles through your body, seriously freaking you out. "We're all family here, right?" You roll your eyes at him, as does his mother. "Although, what was earlier about?" you and Rob frowns at him as he drops his arms.

"The fighting?" Rob's brow furrows deeper.

"No, before that. The 'your bits, your job' part." you and Rob glance at each other and burst in to laughter. "Did I miss something?" Becker asks Travina who just smiles and shakes her head.

"I believe it was something to do with their PSE lesson today."

"Yeah!" Rob nods enthusiastically. "I was complaining about having to learn about a girl's 'time of the month' and Si was moaning about putting 'things' on us. She came up with the 'your bits, your job' part." Rob grins, and you feel yourself blushing.

"Now, Si," Travina saves you from that particular topic. "are you camping up for the night again then?" you'd normally stay at Rob's tonight but this time you shake your head.

"No thanks. I'll let you all spend some quality time together." Travina smiles at you gratefully and you gather that was the right answer. "Right, Rob. Start getting this lot cleared and I'll make us all a cup of hot chocolate."

Ten minutes later and you're all sat in the living room. "Si and Rob normally go round each other's after school. If they aren't here by four, I'll ring Si's parents to see if they're there. Once of them always does the washing up when they're here too." Travina smiles proudly at you and Rob.

"Is that what the racket was about earlier?" Becker asked, raising an eyebrow at the two of you.

"Yep!" Rob grins happily.

"All my stuff better be in one piece." Becker growls and Rob thinks for a moment before nodding.

"Yep. You're bed may be a little bit ruffled from Si sitting on it."

"Yeah, I'll re-make that before I leave." you smile at him, feeling your confidence grow.

"Don't worry about it." he shrugs, returning the smile. "I don't normally bother to make it anyway."

"That's not something to gloat about." Travina reprimands her eldest son.

A few hours later and you're laying in bed attempting to get some sleep. This is proving impossible as Becker seems to be occupying your mind. Not Dan, but Becker. No matter which way you turn you can still see his smile imprinted in your mind.

In fact, you can still smell him and feel him from when he put his arm around your shoulder and you can still hear his voice. All of a of a sudden, Dan Newton doesn't seem as nice any more and another name shoots to the top of your crush list. You sit bolt upright in bed, throwing the covers off your chest.

You swear into the darkness surrounding you. "Shit."

You manage to avoid Rob in school, making an excuse that you're needed down the front of school to skip reg. The first two lessons of the day are Maths and PE. Thankfully, you're in a different set to Rob for Maths and you're split into Genders for PE. You aren't so lucky in the third lesson.

"Hey Si!" Rob grins, sliding into his seat next to you in English. "What's up with you, you look distracted."

"Oh, nothing." you smile at him, cursing his ability to read you like a book. "Didn't sleep to well last night, that's all."

"I'm not surprised. My brother would give anyone nightmares!" He grins and you push him playfully. You push him a little too hard and he has to grab onto the desk to stop himself falling out of his chair. "Hey!"

"Would the two of you please settle down!" the teacher calls from the front of the class. You and Rob grin at each other, getting out your copies of 'To Kill A Mocking Bird'.

"I have nothing against this book," you whisper from behind the hardback. "But I do object to having to break down every sentence!"

"I know how you feel. This used to be one of my favourite books!" Rob whispers back.

"Perhaps you would like to read, Rob?" the teacher calls from the front of the class and Rob rolls his eyes. The teacher only seems to pick on the pair of you. Not surprising seeing as you're the only ones who really wind her up. He reads out a page an a half before the teacher takes over again.

"Hey, um, is it okay if you don't come over tonight? Mum wants us to go to the beach." you don't think that Travina would exactly mind seeing as you normally going off rock climbing, but you nod.

"Don't worry about it. Have fun and try not to drown."

Later that night you're sat at you bedroom desk, tapping your pen against the wooden surface. You're bored out of your mind. Rob got back from the beach an hour ago then promptly went to the cinema. You're happy that he's spending time with his brother an all that, but you feel odd without your 'Partner In Crime'. You push your desk chair back from your, rolling across your room to the far end. You laugh quietly, happy to have found something to do for a while. You repeat the action a few times until, on your eighth go, you collide with someone. "Oof!" your topple from your chair, sending it backwards as you and roll over the person that stopped you. "Ow!"

"Rob!" you yell, hitting his shoulder. "It serves you right!"

"I wasn't expecting you to try and kill me now, was I?" he laughed, picking himself off the floor. He offers you a hand but you scoot back so that you're leaning against your bed.

"No thanks. I like it down here." you grin, crossing your legs.

"Aw! But now we cant show Beck our moves!" Rob pouts and it's then that you notice Becker's leaning in your door frame. Your heart skips a beat- he looks so gorgeous stood there in worn jeans and a faded red shirt, his brown hair ruffled.

"Anything to see my brother getting beaten by a girl." Becker smirks and your heart melts. You jump to your feet.

"In that case then." you grin, throwing your duvet and pillows to the floor. Rob overturns your mattress, pushing it up against the edge of your bed.

"Am I safe stood here?" Becker jokes and you size the room up.

"Probably not." you reply, taking him by surprise. "Come in, close the door and take a seat on my bed." Becker pauses for a moment, weighing up his options.

"Seriously, bro. I'd do it." Rob calls from under a pile of pillows. Becker sighs, doing as his brother orders. Once he's settled, you hand Rob a plastic knife, pick up your own and the two of you begin circling each other. You lunge first but Rob nips nimbly out of the way. When you lunge again, you catch the edge of his shirt and you smirk. The two of you continue to lunge at each other before you sense Becker's picking up a pattern. The next time Rob lunges, you take them both by surprise. You grab his arm, pull him around in a circle and twist his arm in such a way that he's forced to fall on his back. You twist his hand even further, pressing a knee into his chest and he drops the knife. You quickly flip him onto his front, holding his hands behind his back.

"4-1 to me." you smirk, rolling from his back. "And that's how to beat your baby brother." you grin and Becker raises himself off your bed.

"Impressive. I wonder though, how long would you last against me?"

"W-what?" you stammer, frowning at him. Rob howls in laughter until you both deliver swift kicks to his arms.

"Hey!" he protests, sitting up. "Seriously though," he smiles, turning to you. "Give it a go." you nod, getting to your feet and turning to face Becker.

"Well, go on." you gesture for Becker to start and you're more than surprised when he lunges at you straight away. You somehow manage to dodge him but he catches you on the second one. You fall backwards onto your mattress, Becker following you.

"Seven seconds." Rob calls gleefully.

"If I remember rightly, you can't last three." Becker smirks, getting to his feet and pulling you up with him. "I get you out on the first lunge."

"Yeah, well, you we going easy on her!" Rob says, floundering for a retort.

"Sure I was." Becker rolls his eyes at his brother before pushing him off your bed frame and throwing your mattress onto it.

"Whatever. We need to go anyway. Preferably before mum has a panic attack."

"What does that say about you then?" you laugh, earning frowns from the two brothers. "Your mum doesn't care if you're late so long as you're at mine. However, when Becker's concerned..." you trail off, allowing Rob to glare at you. "Aw, someone's jealous!"

"C'mon. Before she really gets under my skin." Rob mutters, pulling Becker from the room.

"Mate, I practically live under your skin – I can wind you up so easily!"

I know it's a little short, but I'm planning a holiday in the next few chapters, so that should be longer :)
