You know the drill...

Now kitten

. . . . . Those voices again

Who's your new friend?

. . . . . .He flinched

Did you forget our promise?

. . . . . . How could he not?

Come now, he must have a name…

. . . . . . . "…"

I see, we see.

. . . . . .Still silence, dripping with fear

Kitten thinks he's so smart

. . . . . . Fear now rising

Thinks he can win at this game

. . . . . . Fear still growing

Silly, silly, kitten

. . . . . .Wandering hands

You're wrong.

. . . . . . Gripped his mind.

His name, child.

. . . . . . A running caress, shaken off

Kitten? So eager to play

. . . . . . The caress returned

But…

. . . . . . Strongly, roughly

You're new at this game

. . . . . . And found his heart

We could teach you

. . . . . . Clamped it fully

But that's no fun

. . . . . Desperate struggle

Besides

. . . .…useless

Kitten's too stupid,

. . . . . . Pried it open

Too simple

. . . . . Raking thoroughly

To beat

. . . . . . Pain excruciating

Us.

. . . . . . Caught the name

At our own game.

. . . . . . ."Bakura."

A few after notes: I'll do my best to update this. Going on a family trip to LA, for a week though. By the way, this is my favorite chapter; the last line really kicks in and all the words are purposeful.

Two chapters, one story loaded, in one day! Yes!

By the way, all of this was created in bed, last night, at midnight.

Pets Shadow. Good muse!
