Lucy groaned as she brushed her teeth, she couldn't believe that school had come so soon. Totally unfair.

She spit out the toothpaste into the sink and wiped her mouth and then she walked back into her bedroom.

The blonde stared into her mirror at herself, she looked different with the school uniform. The uniform was the same but it looked different on her. Did she get fatter over the summer? Probably, knowing her and Sting. Or maybe it was just a newly gained curves. Lucy bent down to grab her bag when she heard a loud ripping sound. Her brown eyes widened as she began to panic.

Oh shit.

Her school trousers had just ripped on her first day back! This was an absolute disaster. She rushed to her wardrobe and hurriedly flicked through to find her spares. Damn it, where were they? She knew Sting was waiting outside because he kept beeping at her to come out. Her heart was racing as she wondered what she would do if she couldn't find them.

"Dad!" She shouted, "Where are my other pair of school trousers?"

"At the dryers, honey!" He shouted back up at her.

"Oh god." Lucy groaned to herself.

Suddenly, something blue caught her eye from the wardrobe and she was happy to see her old school skirt hidden between her clothes, however it was from when she was fourteen and now she's sixteen, that wasn't great.

She had no other choice but to wear it, or she'd be going to school half-naked (and nobody wanted that). So, she put it on but it was a little tight around the waist and was very short. Lucy didn't even know it was possible for something to be this short. First day of school is going terribly so far but she had to strive through the embarrassment.

Grabbing her back along the way, she ran down the stairs holding the back of her skirt down. Her father and little brother, Scorpio, were at the table eating toast, so she took a slice before she left.

Her father looked at her sternly, "Lucy..."

"I know, Dad...I have nothing else, my trousers ripped!"

He sighed, "I guess I could stop by the dry-cleaners later and drop them off at school."

Lucy sighed in relief, "Thank you, Dad!" She hugged him, "Bye Scorpio! Bye Dad!" They both waved as she left the room with her hands still trying to cover herself.

She walked outside where Sting was waiting in his car, he looked at her and laughed at her.

"Lucy! Jeez, you are unbelievable. Are you that desperate for male attention?" He teased, and she slapped his arm and she entered the car next to him.

"Shut up! My trousers ripped."

"What about your backups?"

"They're at the dry-cleaners."

"And what about your backup backups?"

"These are my backup backups!" She whined.

"Okay, but cover up, I don't want to get distracted while I'm driving." He joked and his arm earned another slap.

In ten minutes, they were at the school, so Sting parked although it was dodgy, as always.

"Sting, learn how to park already." Lucy laughed at him.

"Well maybe, if you learnt how to drive then you wouldn't need to deal with my terrible parking."

She frowned at him, "Why do that when I can have you as my own personal chaperone?" Sting shook his head at her and laughed.

"Hey, don't forget, we need fundraiser ideas." She told him and he nodded.

The two blondes stepped out of the vehicle and began walking towards the school, and as they walked there were whistles going around and gasps, mainly directed towards Lucy. Many comments were being shared between people.

"Damn, is she new?"

"She is hot!"

"Holy shit man, I think that's Lucy Heartfilia!"

"No way!"

Lucy pretended not to notice and Sting looked at her worriedly, "Lucy everyone is looking at us," he then glanced around him, "let me rephrase that, everyone is looking at you."

She shook her head, "No they're not." Despite disagreeing, she still ducked her head with a burning red face at all the attention.

Suddenly, Orga came up from behind them and slapped Lucy's behind. She gasped and turned around at him, with tears in her eyes, and Sting was fuming.

"What the hell, Orga?!" He shouted.

"It's fine, Sting, I got this." Lucy timidly said. Orga was standing there with a stupid smug look on his face.

"Relax, tiny Dreyar." Orga chuckled at him.

"How about I relax your face?" Sting threatened.

Sting tried to throw a fist in his face, but Orga caught it and twisted it round.

"I did not think that through," Sting muttered to himself as Orga got ready to punch Sting in the face for real.

"No, no, no, no, don't do it!" Lucy chanted to Orga.

Just as he was about to release his fist into Sting's face, Laxus came out of nowhere and slammed Orga. down with a fist.

The two boys continued to throw punches at each other.

"Laxus! Stop!" Lucy screamed at him, she wasn't a fan of violence.

The fight lasted about five seconds until the headmaster came and split them apart.

"You three in my office. NOW!" He shouted as he walked away.

Lucy gasped, and pointed towards herself, "Me?"

She's never been in trouble before. Lucy gulped.
