Sorry I haven't updated. Also I just realized how many people like this story. This chapter is going to be an outside point of view of Clarisse and Chris.

Disclaimer: I don't own Percy Jackson and the Olympians/Heroes of Olympus

Chase didn't pay much attention in class. He was too busy seeing if Amy was breaking up with her boyfriend, the two were whispering in the back, causing Chase not to care about atoms or whatever the science teacher was going on about. Amy was the single hottest girl in the school and Chase had been trying to score a date with her for the past 3 years, but so had almost every other boy in the 11th Grade. Every time Amy got a boyfriend she would break up with them soon after, and that's what Chase was hoping right now.

Chase's buddy Chris brought him back to reality. Poking Chase in the side and whispering that they teacher was telling them about a quiz on Monday made him snap back to the notes in front of him. He may be trying to score a date with Amy but his parents said they weren't paying for college unless he got a 3.0 so he actually tried some in school.

A few minutes later when the bell rang to single the end of school Chase turned to Chris. "Come on man! Help a dude out. I just need you to stand there."

"I told you." Chris responded, "I'm not going to help you get a girl whose gonna dump you two days later."

Chase wasn't going to give up that easily. "I'll help you get a girl. Point one out, I'm a ladies man."

"Then I have two points to make. Number 1," He said lifting up a finger, "If you're a ladies man why do you need my help" Chase opened his mouth to speak but Chris cut him off by talking over him. "Number 2, I have girlfriend." Chase had no response. He hadn't even considered that. Chris never responded to anyone asking about a girlfriend so most people assumed he was single or gay and left it at that.

"Really?" Chase asked suspiciously.

"Yup." Chris responded opening his locker. "Her names Clarisse. She borrowed my car this morning so she has to pick me up. She should be here in 5 minutes." He spoke easily so Chase didn't doubt he was telling the truth. Chase looked at the clock. 3:10. His mom was picking me and not wanting to appear as if his mom was she wouldn't be there till 3:30.

"I'll wait then." Chase decided.

"Okay."

By 3:15 Chase and Chris stood outside the school waiting for Chris' car. Chase knew what it looked like. He had ridden in it time enough. When it pulled up in front of the school and a buff chick who was covered in scars stepped out, Chase thought someone had stolen his car. The girl looked over the crowd and walked straight over to where Chris and Chase were standing. Chase cowered a little, he wouldn't admit that later, but damn that chick was scary. Chris smiled a little as the entire school started. He kissed her and she seemed to kiss back.

"Hey Clarisse. How was camp?" He asked.

"Same as usual. Fully of prissies who can't hold a spear." She responded. Chris made a point to look at me and then back though I don't know why. There was some loud noises as Jake walked over. Jake was the quarterback and the rudest guy in school but he seems to think he's a ladies man. He and Chris play on the football team together and he thinks that Chris wants to be his best buddy.

"That your girlfriend Chris? You could do so much better. She seems to masculine to be any good in bed." Chris face seemed to get redder and redder as Jake talked but not as red as Clarisse was getting. "I bet she's paying you so she could pretend she's female. I bet-" But he was cut off by Clarisse jumping on him. She knocked him on the head and I could see him getting dizzy. It took me, Chris, and some of Jakes friends to pull her off. He was black and blue and bruises started forming.

She looked down at him. "I'm twice the man you are and three times more the woman." She stated. "Princess, next time I see you, you're going to regret the day you walked this earth." I was confident she would have jumped on him again but she was still being held back. Chris grabbed both her arms and pulled her to the car.

"See you tomorrow, Chase! " He called driving away.

xXPercy JacksonXx

I never saw Clarisse at school again. Chris told me it was because she wasn't kidding. She would make him regret it and Jake really didn't want to see her get mad. Chris told me that he would have beaten up Jake if his Girlfriend hadn't beaten him too it. I would see other friends of Chris' come by sometimes. A black haired guy who seemed like he was keeping up a façade. A blonde whose eyes would seem broke but light up when the black haired guy talked. A buff guy with more on his plate then should be. A 13 year old girl who held no innocence in her eyes like they should. And several other people who could all probably beat me up. Now hen I looked at him I could see Chris sometimes seemed broken. I didn't know what these people were messed up in but I knew that they didn't want to be anymore. That they were tired of it. I think Chris was done too.

Originally this was supposed to be about Clarisse but it ended up being about Chris more. I loved the ending though. I hope you liked it too.
