I found another poem I wrote, and it's not really edited well so... please no spamming, but do review!

An Angel with a Dagger

Every person is given the chance
To fix a fault, mistakes.
Every person takes the path,
The easy one to make.

But here's the thing, I so believe,
That there's one way left to go,
The path on which you do not meet,
The angel filled with woe.

That angel does a dagger hold,
The dagger drips with blood,
That angel you cannot trust,
That angel only floods.

It shall flood you with ideas that,
If listened to shall make,
You into something you should not,
Not ever put at stake.

So take the path, the harder one
The devil shall you meet,
The devil which shall tell you that,
You can always cheat.

Listen not and take instead,
The path that slopes up high,
The steeper one which climbs and climbs,
It goes up into the sky.

If taken, that path will lead,
To a place where you shall see,
You've chosen right, you left all wrong,
This is where you aught to be.

No angels stand with daggers held,
No devils with red horns,
'Tis here and only here you can,
Be truly, truly borne.

NOTE: All angels/devils are metaphorical. I am not religious. They are meant to represent types of people, and I'll tell you straight out that if you are really good at analyzing poetry, you do not need to read this. If not, then it's a good thing you read it.
