John tiptoed into her house. He marveled at the the coziness and how simply… Liz it was! Her professionalism mixed with her softer side. Perfection. He slid the tray onto the mahogany table. Liz pulled a chair and sat.

"Come on, Sweetie, sit with me!" Her smile was so sweet John had to comply.

Her slim fingers pulled the tin-foil cleanly off the glass tray. The contents of the dish were enticing for something as pedestrian as lasagna.

Ruby red tomato sauce that glistened in the light. The bright cheese paired with the skillfully made pasta that would make anyone excited. There was also thinly sliced pale orange meat that would catch anyone's eye.

"Looks delicious, Honey-Buns!" Liz squeaked, hastily pulling out a fork and shoving a piece into her mouth.

John watched lovingly as she chewed. The sounds of the chewing and her delighted groans were like music to his ear. He could feel tingles down his neck from the mere sound. All was well until Liz's slimy cough.

Before John could move, Liz pulled out an orange hair from her mouth. She made a disgusted face, which morphed hastily into humor.

"I guess this was Garfield's involvement?" Liz raised a poised eyebrow. John felt a dangerous smirk mold on his face. His plan was going well.

"Actually, Garfield was involved with ALL of this…"

"What?"

"I mean… Doesn't the meat taste unique? I mean… Unless you eat cat on the daily…"

Realization hit Liz's face harder than any bullet could. She scrambled from the chair and rushed to the bathroom.

"Get out of my house, you freak!" Liz called between wretch of vomit. John merely giggled as he skipped out the house.

"I really know how to kill two birds with one stone, huh?" He murmured to himself.
