Again, nothing really new! Just a few additions! I hope you like!

The last class of the day seemed to roll around quickly. Reid had become increasingly disgruntled at not yet meeting the two new girls that had allegedly enrolled into the school. He had been looking around the whole day in search and now, even still continued to do so in swim class instead of taking his swim turns.

"Man, what is up with you?" Tyler asked, snapping him out of his reverie.

"Have you seen them yet?" he asked, absentmindedly. He hadn't thought about the fact that they basically had all the same classes.

Annoyed, and somewhat incredulous Ty shook his head. He rolled his eyes toward the ceiling. "Had it ever occurred to you that maybe it was all some dumb rumor to make you look as stupid as you look right now?" he walked over to the diving board to take his turn before he added. "Besides, she's probably not even as hot as they say anyway. Not that you would have a chance either way."

The others laughed at his remark. "Pshh whatever; I'm every girl's wet dream." He grinned.

"Isn't that what dudes have?" Caleb commented in sarcasm .

"He should know seeing that's as close as he gets to females; in his dreams." Pogue insulted.

Reid laughed. "You're getting me mixed up with you."

Her last case of luggage was put away and they still had enough time to catch the last class of the day. Ariel, however, was certainly in no mood to catch a last-minute gym class. So, she jumped on her full-sized bed and laid down, when she saw that her sister had apparently had different plans.

"Where are you off too?" She asked, propping herself up slightly by the elbow.

"I'll be back." Solara answered.

Ariel sat up in her bed. "Wait-where are you going?"

"For a swim." She answered and left the room.

For the first time in a while Caleb had grown tired of swimming. "When is this class going to be over?" he was ready to see his girlfriend, though he certainly wasn't going to admit to that aloud, knowing the ridicule he would get from Reid and baby boy. Not to mention the envious look he would receive from his best friend.

"I'm pretty sure Sara will be outside waiting when class is over." Ty commented, already having known what was on Caleb's mind.

"Well at least he has someone waiting for him." Pogue replied disgruntled.

"What a loser." Reid scoffed, annoyed with Pogue's negative load.

Accomplished was what Caleb attempted to avoid in the first place between his friends; confrontation. "Leave it alone Reid." Caleb warned as he was not in the mood for the oncoming drama between he and Pogue.

Another word could not be spoken before the swim coach called attention to the class.

"Attention all swimmers; essentially those on the team! We have a new addition to the class as well a potential team member." He began. "This person has the fastest record in the district, it seems."

Pogue got out of the water and stood next to the others, back against the wall. "Hear that Pogue? Seems you may have a little competition." Ty replied.

"I doubt it." Pogue returned as he dried his hair of, his gaze averted from the coach and whomever the guy was that he was about to formally introduce.

"I expect you guys to treat our new addition the same way you would treat any new comer." After he was done saying what he had to say the others went back to their business. They didn't care much for new comers; they were all the same; great track records, that is, until they swam with Pogue.

She walked into the semi-crowded swim area, ignoring all of the surprised looks from guys and envious stares from girls. She was used to it. She looked at the diving board before smirking at the lie that the coach read on her manuscript. While she was a great swimmer; among the elite, it could be said, she never attended a school that recorded it. She climbed the diving board, knowing that she would have to prove that her script rang true.

"Wonder who the new clown is." Tyler remarked.

"Some washed up loser from another school, trying to make his mark." Pogue returned; he was tired of the numerous newcomers claiming to have a skill they did not possess only to eventually be ranked as just another wannabe-not even faster than second-string swimmers on the team. He knew that this one would be no different.

"What the-" Pogue heard Caleb mumble. "That's the new recruit?"

Pogue turned his head so quickly, he heard his neck crack as he looked into the direction he saw all the other guys' heads go. "You gotta be kiddin me." He scoffed as he watched the raven-haired girl climbing onto the diving board. She was definitely a looker, he had to admit that. Her eyes were big and exotic, yet still seductive and dreamy like, as she glanced around. When her eyes touched his direction momentarily he could practically see her eyes starting to turn a deep aquatic blue. Her beauty was indeed that of an unordinary nature.

"Guess you were right, Reid." Caleb said. "We do have a new girl."

"And she-is-hot." Reid added.

Solara caught the gaze of everyone staring at her, but the four guys standing at the far corner of the pool caught her attention in particular as they seemed especially peculiar. They weren't giving anything away about themselves, other than their apparent male testosterone; but she still could tell that there was something else about them that did not seem normal.

She caught the long-haired blonde staring at her particularly harder than the others. She knew then that he must have been the Pogue Parry; the swimmer that the coach so proudly boasted about. She could tell that he was offended at the mere thought of a girl being compared to him. She smirked at him. 'this will be fun' she thought and then dove into the water to do her laps.

"Man, I don't know." Ty said watching her take her laps like a pro. "She's pretty fast."

"They all look fast when they're not going against someone else." Pogue crudely remarked. He then watched as she got out of the water, her hair while it was in a tight knotted bun was now loose and cascading down her back. She looked back at him, her eyes now completely blue; she then walked away without a word.

"Um-either she's really digging you Pogue, or she just called you out." Tyler commented as he watched her walk away. "I'm going for the latter." He teased.

"Don't worry baby boy." Pogue replied as he watched the strange girl walk away. It was rare that a girl was considered good enough to challenge him-even more so when they did so personally; he decided then, that he didn't care much for her arrogance-that he needed to knock her down a notch-or ten.. "She won't have that smirk on her face for long."
