It was about two weeks after she transferred that Fakir met her personally for the first time.
She had been rushing away to one of her classes when they collided; she fell down right in front of the dark haired male.
She stared up at him like a young child.
"Oh, you're always with Mythos, right?" She asked as she slowly stood up while she seemed to be checking that she hadn't broken a bone in her body.
"I'm his brother." Fakir decided that she wasn't as oblivious as he once thought, and that she was definitely a threat to Mythos' heart.
Fakir started to walk away.
"You don't act anything like him, do you?" Ahiru seemed to actually deflate at Fakir's rudeness.
"Listen here: I want you to leave him alone." Fakir warned her; may be she would heed the warning, and never bug him again.
"I don't see how that's your decision." She pouted while she argued with the boy.
"He's my brother, and you're a threat." He felt that he might have told her too much, so he pushed off the fear; the past is the past.
"I can't be a threat." Ahiru seemed to debate what that actually meant as Fakir finally managed to walk away.
Fakir was relieved that he didn't cross paths with her again for awhile after that.
The bus rides continued to have her be overly friendly to Rue, and then hang out with her best friends.
It wasn't until Mythos was sick that she decided to talk to Fakir again.
"Where's your brother? Is he okay?" Ahiru asked as she sat down right beside Fakir.
He ignored her.
"Come on. I'm just worried about him." She pouted, and Fakir suddenly doubted that she was actually a teenager and not a five-year old in disguise.
"You are not his friend." Fakir made sure to emphasize every single word as if she was an idiot.
"I can still worry about him." Ahiru insisted.
"He's sick." Fakir grumbled to hopefully make her shut up,and leave him alone.
"I hope he gets better soon." She spoke up hopefully, and she did not change seats later on.
"It's just a cold, idiot." That was the last thing either of them said during the whole bus ride.
