Dipper awoke yet again to his reoccurring nightmare of becoming wood again. Dipper the Pine. Yikes... Anyways, seeing it was morning he decided to go downstairs. But he couldn't help thinking about her again... Pacifica Northwest... what was she to him? Dipper thought they were enemies, but his stance on that had definitely changed. He could tell they were now on friendly terms, but he couldn't help noticing he felt... different about her. He pushed the thought aside. As he began to descend the stairs, he was startled by the voice of his sister, Mabel. "Hey bro-bro, whatcha up to?" She said in her usual cheerful voice.

"Oh, you know, just going downstairs. You coming with?" He replied.

Dipper continued downstairs, but he just couldn't stop thinking about Pacifica, no matter how hard he tried. "Oh well," he thought to himself, "she DID save your life after all. That's probably why I feel so much different."

Dipper then went into the kitchen to make himself some breakfast.
