Cassidy was on the train back from Hogwarts. It was very noisy, very crowded. They were excited to be going home, though Cassidy was sad to be leaving. It would be the last time she rode on the train. She had a great seven years. She was chosen Prefect like Lily and Remus. Only, she became Prefect two years ago and Lily and Remus became Prefects together back in September. Cassidy was also the first person that Remus told about his werewolf condition. She accepted him as a friend and she helped him revise for his OWLs, but Cassidy couldn't always help him because of her NEWTs.

Cassidy shared the carriage with James, Sirius, Remus, Peter and Lola. Lola was her best friend, besides from Lily. She trusted Lola like she didn't with anyone else. But Lola was troubled at home and at school. She was drawn to bad decisions, tempted to join the dark forces. Cassidy mainly blamed this on Lola's dad for being so cruel to kick her out in their fourth year. Since then, Lola moved into her own apartment and had a weekend job in Hogsmeade to help sustain her property.

Cassidy just wanted to be with just Lily and herself, but Sirius was her boyfriend now and she couldn't just leave him. Same rules apply for Remus, James, Peter and Lola. They were her friends. Well, James was her brother, but still.

She was going to miss all of her friends, but it was agreed to keep in touch. After all, most of them were going to be apart of the Order. Though she wasn't that all sure about Lola, who was a close friend of hers. They seemed to have gotten distant these past few Months. She wondered if it was because of the Examinations. Lola was never good at asking for help or coping with them.

"Cassidy," Lola whispered to her. She gestured to outside of the carriage. They got out with excuses to go to the bathroom.

"Cassidy," Lola repeated. "I've decided."

"Decided on what?" asked Cassidy.

"My decision to join the Order of the Phoenix."

Cassidy's stomach fell. She had almost forgotten about it.

"And what's your answer?" she asked eagerly.

"After a lot of consideration, I'm going to join it."

Cassidy's mouth split into a wide smile. "That's great. But why did we have to go out of the carriage?"

"Because, it's a secret society. You haven't told your brother or your boyfriend anything."

Cassidy blushed at the word 'boyfriend.'

"Well, that's true. But, we all get to know that they will when they get given the choice."

"I think we should go back in now," Lola said with a pause. She was biting her cheek, apparently hiding something.

"Yeah, I think we should," Cassidy said, not pressing matters any further.

So they walked back into the carriage. The Journey seemed far too short, shorter than usual. Cassidy never really appreciated the ride. Or Hogwarts.

It was far too late to start doing that now.
