Escapade

II

Written by Dragenruler

Long gaunt fingers facilely migrated across torrid and begrimed skin; long salient nails brutally crawled across his robust abdomen. The bitterness of the night swiftly infiltrated his exposed body, prickling his skin as the raucous wind bellowed mellifluously along chanting moans. A languid groan escaped from his bruised mouth as the nails frantically clawed downwards.

Sombre-coloured tresses enthrallingly caressed his physique as icy unmitigated moisture vigorously withered against him. An ethereal giggle resonated throughout the eternal darkness, soothingly calming his throbbing sinews. Delicate kisses promptly grazed his barren skin, dispersing his cognitive thoughts.

Everything seemed overwhelmingly searing. It was agonizing, the tormenting torture that enveloped his physique. He laboriously breathed, his chest constrictively halting as he resolutely wrenched the miasmic swelter to dissolve. The penetrating nails menacingly rooted further into his skin, embellishing his numbing senses.

The scorching blaze that consumed his body gradually disintegrated as he grudgingly forced his eyes open, continuously blinking. He panted ferociously, his chest derivatively halting with air as he strenuously gasped. His head barbarically jostled against solid wood as his arms limply sprawled around him, imitating vulnerability.

"How delicious…" A haughty detached voice hauntingly echoed throughout his senses, his eyes forcibly widened as he gawked at the everlasting night. Dainty limbs eagerly enclosed around his sweltering physique, leisurely moaning as a corpulent amount of tension collided against his tormenting shoulders.

A coarse cough crudely escaped from him as a profound amount of emulsion sputtered from him, concealing his skin with various liquids. His limbs felt gruelling and toilsome as his sinews tightly hauled together as he strenuously tried to move. His head sluggishly lolled against the wood, a faint sensation delicately flickered against his cheeks.

Emaciated fingers eagerly curled along his features, an ominous and insidious giggle promptly echoed throughout the foreboding silence that enveloped the forest. His forehead deeply furrowed, brazenly scowling as he exhaustedly lifted his head, tortuously grunting at the paralyzing sensation.

Shadows violently shuffled across the abyss of darkness, the miasma rapidly consolidated as he continuously shifted his staggering vision. He falteringly squinted as the darkness leisurely obscured, the light fluttering against his cheek elegantly lured the nebulous mist to dissolve. "What strong essence…"

His eyes frenziedly dilated, a stringing twinge rhythmically walloped against his forehead, his vision instantly restored. He trembled uncontrollably as the bitterness of the night rapidly embraced his exposed figure; long dark locks seductively cascaded across his visage as black endless eyes bewitchingly beamed at his paralyzed body.

A hauntingly alluring giggle echoed throughout the dense forest, her mouth immobile as the melody resonated. She grinned insidiously, long salient nails swiftly clawed against his chest forcing him to grunt sordidly. The fire riotously crackled, the logs fiercely succumbed to embers as the howling wind squalled; rupturing the ebonized ash.

Her movement was seductively elegant as she shyly shifted her nude form against his torso; a prominent blush adorned her physique as she gracefully twirled her head backwards. Long locks entrancingly cascaded behind her as she lazily groaned. Her long fingers swiftly roamed across her breasts, harshly caressing and pinching.

He painfully squinted at the obscurity as he rapidly scrutinized the endless landscape that seemed to embrace the lithe physique of it. The shadows perversely assimilated against her nude figure as she fondled herself, leisurely bowing her head as her caressing fingers slid downwards, nails firmly hauling against her white skin.

Her pliable physique eagerly coiled against him as she firmly seized his face, gently creating large twisting slits across his features. Blood swiftly speckled as it spewed from his mauled skin, rapidly coating the wood underneath him. She alluringly settled open kisses against his scorching body, lazily migrating towards his mouth, utterly consuming him.

A grimace falteringly formed across his features as he studiously analysed her movement, desperately trying to force movement into lifeless arms. His chest constricted as he breathed harshly, the dulling ache in his shoulders instantly intensified, his finger vigorously wobbled as it arduously lifted. A profound scream emerged from him as he swiftly hauled his head forward.

His eyes immediately widened as a roaring thump promptly resonated throughout the suspiciously empty forest as he battered his forehead against the ethereal being. He swallowed tediously as he threateningly gawked into the lifeless voids of a skeleton. The effulgence of the opulent moonshine fleetly engulfed her physique, unveiling her true form.

The bones euphoniously whetted against one another, evoking a wandering howl as charcoaled speckled cartilages efficiently jostled above his exposed body. He crudely heaved; violently breathing as he recklessly omitted the tormenting pain in his shoulders. Byakuya silently cursed, the melancholy rapidly withed inside of him, stimulating his rambling thoughts as he forced movement into his paralyzed body.

His legs unconsciously wobbled, desperately trying to labour his panting breath as he forcibly shifted his torso against her, gruellingly hauling the Hone-Onna upwards. He promptly groaned as he vigorously lifted his knee, malevolently clouting against its pelvis. His skin splitting as it further mangled along the shattered fragments of bone.

His vision blurred as a vociferous screech penetrated throughout the suspiciously isolated forest, as the concealing fog coagulated. The trees impetuously thudded along the shrieking clamour, eerily embellishing the invading wailing of the Hone-Onna. The speckled skeleton frantically recoiled as the scream echoed.

The bones maniacally dithered, the movement rapidly twisting, obscuring the skeletal form of the Hone-Onna. It instantly halted; the silence swiftly resonated throughout the endless forest as it haltingly shifted its hollow gaze towards Byakuya. A demonic chuckle eagerly infiltrated the atmosphere as her form instantly collapsed.

It fragmented, promptly disintegrating into grit as it brutally surged against his exposed physique, concealing his skin. He exhaustingly exhaled, his eyes desperately closing as his head jostled against the wooden surface of his cage. He cringed, cumbrously panting as the dull aching in his body swiftly intensified.

He needed to escape the forest, immediately.

Byakuya arduously tugged his legs closer towards his chest, strenuously grunting as his arms limply sprawled beside his form, useless. He tiredly forced the remainder of his strength into his legs, his facial features twisted painfully as he laboriously hoisted his body forward. His sinews agonizingly elongated as his body falteringly settled itself upwards.

He exhaustedly bowed his head; his long ashen-coloured locks swiftly sheltered his gaze as he wearily exhaled. His forehead furrowed as the dense, endless forest remained reticent. Something was still astray… He frenziedly coughed, blood rapidly disgorged from his mouth. His heart hectically thudded against his multiple fissures.

Byakuya horrifyingly gawked at his immobile physique; his skin loosely drooped against unnaturally gaunt limbs as ashen-coloured tresses cascaded across his paralyzed shoulders. His eyes rapidly dilated as he destructively gasped, his gaze rapidly shifted across his body. He violently trembled as the bewildering reality invaded his senses.

It was preposterous! She consumed most of his life essence, deteriorating his physical being… His chest tightly constricted as he swallowed wearily. He immediately scorned his incessant thoughts as he sluggishly lifted his head, brittle ashen-coloured hair firmly lingered against his blood-coated skin.

His head falteringly shifted along his gaze as he exhaustedly tried to analyse his surroundings once more. The forest seemed infinite; tenebrous shadows swiftly coalesced with the everlasting trees as the obscurity of the darkness eagerly gambolled. The fog rapidly coiled against the earth as he sceptically scrutinized the landscape.

A decrepitating bellowing halted his senses; his tired gaze lazily migrated towards the barely blazing fire, trifling flames haltingly flared as the wind howled. Cinders lolled against the murky earth as embers hastily whispered along the wind, instantly soothing him. His gaze sedately roamed across the various corpses that littered the earth, his features impassive as his body became stingingly numb from the bitterness of the night.

His body violently trembled as the coldness seeped into his sore physique, eagerly enveloping him. His form promptly slumped forward, desperately clutching his eyes closed as his arms lifelessly dangled besides him. He snorted, leisurely shaking his head as the silence of the forest embraced him. It was fucking coquetting with him.

A provocative and demonic laugh harmoniously resonated throughout the forest, his eyes widening as it vulgarly echoed through his ears. The howling wind silenced as the shadows lurked closer, the tyrannical laugh instantly engulfed him. Byakuya grimaced in torment when he forced his physique up, his features illuminated by the barely breathing fire as he lifted his defeated body.

Death was imminent. He elevated his visage, glaringly ogled at the endless clumps of trees as it ensconced the blackened heavens. Byakuya firmly imbedded his begrimed feet into the earth, uncouthly growling as the maniacal laugh enhanced. He would surely die, he was certain, but to die at the coquetting games of an yōkai was degrading.

Byakuya calmly inhaled, perilously trying to ensnare air inside of him as the malicious laughter reverberated through his thoughts. The hour of the Ox was still upon him. He immediately jerked sideways, his body ineptly shifted as his feet heavily slammed against the earth as he bolted, indiscriminately fleeing deeper into the concealed forest.

The hollow sound of ethereal laughter gradually diminished as he bunglingly leaped through the forest, further dispersing into the nothingness of obscured shadows. The consoling shimmer of the erroneously fire rapidly dissolved as he blindly roamed into the unknown. His feet solemnly swatted against the oozing molasses.

Byakuya fumblingly stumbled as his feet strenuously pummelled against the disarrayed earth, piercingly cleaving his muck plastered legs. The earth plunged as his feet frantically collided against the grime as it rapidly speckling against his erratic movement as he arduously evaded the gnawing branches.

His raucous gasping gratingly infiltrated the atmosphere, overwhelming him as he falteringly halted, desperately grappling against the moss-coated trees. He exhaustedly closed his eyes, lolling his head against the viscous morasses. This throat arid as he wearily swallowed, bowing his head as his dishevelled pants swiftly devoured the malignant laughter.

His vision blurred as his physique uncontrollably quivered, bark sternly sliced against his flaying skin as his obscured gaze reluctantly scrutinized his exposed form. His body was begrimed, filth and blood crisply torrid as it fragmented, skin delaminating as grime assaulted his spewing injuries.

He sluggishly grunted as he desperately tried to bestow sensation into his lifeless arms, slattern hands limply dangled beside him. Long ashen-coloured locks hewed against his cheek, tips tinted with blood as he fiercely tossed his head backwards, brutally colliding against the biting bark. Violently coughing as he exhaustedly arched his neck, sighing.

It was ominously appropriate… He never anticipated his death to be caused by age, luxuriously mitigated by various servants throughout his dying moments in his palace. Byakuya sanctioned it, it was a righteous death. Escaping the annihilating control of a Hone-Onna was an inconceivable victory that would forever remain a dubious fable.

His death would not be widely known.

Byakuya continuously blinked, trying to clear the tenebrous obscurity that fogged his vision. The bitterness of the night immediately seeped further into his trembling limbs as the darkness consumed him. The dense forest hauntingly echoed throughout the tenebrosity, thoroughly blinding him.

Various obscured shadows seductively cosseted him as they plunged throughout the overwhelming darkness, swiftly coiling before rapidly merging together, bewildering his exhausted mind. The eternal trees swiftly concealed the heavens, forbidding light from intruding into the darkness. Shadows violently shifted across the abyss as the trees riotously thudded, branches combatively slammed as the wind bellowed.

His searing sinews tautly wreathed as his legs cumbersomely contorted, tremulously distorting his effete limbs as they rebelliously collapsed, jerking him further into the earth. Muck wallowed adhesively against his skin, the bark tortuously clawed at him, abrading his raw skin as his form leisurely receded downwards.

An effulgent fleck vibrantly glistened, celestially illuminating fragments of the dense forest as it promptly fluttered throughout the bitterness of the night. Byakuya languidly lolled his head sideways as the lustrous blaze swirled; shyly hovering as the gleaming orb violently flickered. It haltingly crawled through the atmosphere, the glowing azure-coloured sphere hesitantly moved closer.

A tiny streaming glow swiftly ensued behind the meretricious orb as it promptly twirled around Byakuya, intensifying the obscurity of his vision. A lofty snort escaped from him as he gradually coughed, his physique paralyzed as he drowsily closed his eyes. He was thoroughly exhausted… Death seemed kind.

"Ane!" The obstreperous wailing raucously intensified, hysterically resonating as the shrieking cries advanced. The Hour of the Ox was inauspiciously silent. The wind was peculiarly voiceless as the atmosphere gradually altered; the ominous sensation immediately penetrated her dainty physique. An uncontrollable quiver promptly vibrated throughout her form, her eyes rapidly dilating as she analysed the environment.

The air stung with bitterness, she thoughtlessly pondered, eagerly enveloping the night as her physique nonchalantly shifted. The scorching season of summer rarely endorsed a winter breeze, it instantly soothed her. Her gaze swiftly swept across her surroundings, scrutinizing the reprehensibly constructed hovel.

The shadows of darkness alluringly frolicked along the tiny fulgurating flames that littered every edge of their crafted dwelling. The incessant vociferous wailing magnified, frantically echoing throughout the forest. A toilsome frown adorned her visage, her eyebrows firmly furrowed together as she hesitantly glimpsed towards the twill that concealed the aperture.

The trenchant essence of the blazing flames encompassed the tiny space as she falteringly shifted towards the clumsily ornamented twill, fleetly contemplating the silent atmosphere. She lazily shook her head, her movement inept as the boisterous shrieks resonated throughout the hovel once more.

"Rukia?" She admonishingly pondered, crudely glaring as the twill rapidly avulsed from the aperture, exposing a childlike form as it arduously wobbled into the dwelling. She immediately hastened towards the young girl, hesitantly halting as an unrecognizable lithe physique concealed the child. Blood and grime instantly seeped onto the earth.

Her feet firmly hewed against the torrid earth, smut and grit ardently surged as she circumspectly analysed the mutilated physique of a nude elderly man. An infuriated scowl swiftly adorned her features as she gawked at her blood-coated sister. "Rukia…!" She chided, hastily scrambling towards their immobile forms. "What have you done?"

Her gaze immediately migrated across her sisters wobbling form, hysterically embracing onto the lifeless physique of the man. Her body overwhelmingly trembled as she approached them, wearily swallowing when her hand promptly nudged at the iciness of his skin. A feeble thud instantly pulsated through her as she firmly clutched onto him.

He was barely alive, his skin abnormally coloured from the elements. She immediately seized onto the mauled body, falteringly heaving the weight from her sister. "Rukia, what happened? What did you do?" Blood rapidly spewed onto the earth as she sluggishly allocating him onto the arid grit, strenuously tugging him towards the middle of their tiny hovel.

"Hisana…!" Her ingenuous voice dramatically murmured; frantically gasping as the outsiders' blood cascaded through her dark tresses. Locks firmly hewed against her face as she tellingly gazed at Hisana. "I was pursuing the hitodama you wanted to collect!" Her eyes widened as she panted, urgently clutching onto her locks. "It exposed him to me. He needs healing!"

Hisana grimaced; swiftly painting her visage and hands with his blood as she brutally examined his mutilated physique. Her movement agile as she promptly nudged the bones perversely protruding from his shoulders, chaotically mumbling as she rapidly scrutinized the flaying fissures that scattered across his skin. She sealed her gaze, firmly situating her palms against his cleaved chest, hectically rummaging through his depleted essence.

"Rukia get me life, now!"

The strident bellowing of footfalls riotously collided against the torrid earth, aimlessly erupting grit everywhere as the twill rapidly flailed as Rukia instantly bolted, swiftly abandoning the hovel. Hisana instantly opened her eyes, sceptically ogling at the man as she cautiously nudged the ashen-coloured tresses from his lacerated features.

"A hone-onna..." She voicelessly murmured, shyly bowing her head as she tactfully shifted away from the lithe physique. The walls of the hovel frantically jolted, the various chattels littering the clumsily constructed walls chaotically oscillating as Hisana rapidly situated her form away from his mauled body. "Imbecile…"

She silently cursed, promptly moving her body as she swiftly scrambled against the earth. Her palms frantically clawed at the soot that concealed the floors, hastily sweeping at the grit. Turgid figures instantly manifested as she cleansed through the dirt, elegantly coiling against one another as it artistically entwined.

A delicate sigh escaped from her, her fingers wearily ached as they roamed across the endless blood enclosed figures, secretly exploring the prohibited rituals that concealed the flooring. She could heal him; rejuvenate his physique to its original form. His shoulders would need complete reconstruction; multiple amounts of life essence from various creatures would be acquired for him to heal.

The fraying fissures that mutilated his skin desperately needed cleansing and stitching. An effortless herbal ointment and concoction could facilely purify infections, immediately lessening the immutable quantity of disfigurement and blemishes. She apathetically glanced towards the dying man, her visage enthusiastically enlivened.

What an enthralling occurrence…
