Okay so this one I came up with after reading my first one at 1:20am. This will be the last chapter updated in 2013. Happy New Year's Eve!
Thank you anonymous1201 for stating the obvious. Jay's weakness is Nya and thanks to your review... Well you'll see what I came up with.
Disclaimer: I do not own Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu. If I did then A) Chima would never have been created. B) *spoiler to Rebooted* Nya's love match wouldn't have been Cole! I don't know who's bright idea that was, but they should know Cole is MINE! ... I mean Alex's... Go Calex! ... I own Alex but you are welcome to use her in your stories, just let me know so I can read them.
Everyone was in the game room. Alex and Nya were playing a game on the computer and the guys were playing Fist to Face 2. Lloyd was sitting off to the side reading Star Fare and waiting for the current round to be over. Finally, the television made a noise that said 'WINNER'. "Haha, Jay lost," Kai teased.
"Because you cheated!" Jay accused.
"Jay, none of us cheated. You just don't know how to use combo moves," Cole said.
"Just hand over the controller," Lloyd smiled. "I'll show you how it's done."
Jay handed Lloyd the controller and stood up. "Jay, you can come watch us if you want," Nya offered.
Jay nodded and started over to them. He didn't see a controller wire and tripped, landing flat on his face. Alex rolled her eyes as he got up. He walked over to them and asked, "So what game is it?"
"Just a game I found," Alex replied. "Wanna try?"
"Sure," Jay said. Nya moved over and let Jay have the controls. "So what do I do?"
"It's really simple. You're the little square, and your goal is to find two keys and open up the castle," Alex explained. "You grab the keys and make your way through a maze until you find the castle. That's pretty much it."
"Okay," Jay murmured as he pushed a button on the keyboard. The square moved forward and entered another area with two paths. He took the one going down where there was some kind of dragon. He quickly left. "What was that?" he questioned.
"Oh, Alex forgot to mention that one of the keys is guarded by a dragon," Nya told him. "Just go back in, grab the arrow, and shoot the dragon until it stops moving."
Jay went back into the room and went for the arrow. Before he could shoot, the dragon ate the square. "And, you fail," Alex sighed. "Wanna try again?"
"I can do this," Jay mumbled as he clicked the rest button. He went down to the dragon room and got the arrow. He shot at the dragon and missed. Then the dragon ate him again. "Let me try again!"
"All right," Nya said.
Jay clicked the reset button and hurried down to the room. He went for the arrow and started moving around. He waited until he dragon was in front of him before shooting. He hit the dragon and it stopped moving. Jay grabbed the key, making the arrow fall out of his possession. He walked over to the dragon. "Not so tough now, are ya?" he mocked. The dragon disappeared and respawned by the door.
"Jay, you have to move quickly," Alex muttered.
"Oh, so now you tell me?" Jay sarcastically growled. The dragon ate his character. "Okay this time, I got it." He went down to the room, grabbed the arrow, shot the dragon, grabbed the key, and left. "Any other dragon you should tell me about?"
"Yes," Alex said as Jay entered the next room. "That dragon."
The dragon charged at Jay who went around it. He started out when the dragon ate his character. Again. "Why do these dragons hate me?" he whined.
"Jay, that dragon you can just run right passed it," Nya told him.
"Okay, one more time," Jay murmured as he clicked the reset button.
Five more tries later...
"I did it!" Jay cheered. "I won!"
"Congrats Jay," Nya said.
Alex nodded and said, "Yep. After nine tries, you finally beat it on easy!"
So the game they were playing, I got the idea from this game system I have. It's called a Safari and it's no the kind of systems you buy games for. It already has a bunch on it. I forget the actual name of the game, but the dragon doesn't actually respawn. It just stays dead. I only added it to be more humorous. Yep, so I finished this at 1:50am. That was a good use of my time! :)
