I waited. I waited for someone to bust through my metal door, or at least bang on it, hoping that someone would notice that I was missing. But there was nothing. No one came. No one cared. I held on to hope, every day and night, that I would see civilization again. I don't know how long he plans to keep me here, but every night the screaming gets louder, and other nights I can hear other things happening just outside the walls, but its very faint. There is a girl who talks to me, she speaks with me through the vents. She says her name is Haruhi. She used to call me Mr. Wrench, but I somehow managed to help her slip back into reality. I told her my name, she told me where she was from, we kept each other sane. I told her they stopped sending me my medication to keep my stomach full. She said that they did that to her for 2 days. But I haven't had anything to eat in at least 4 nights. Her voice is melodic, and the way I can hear her tap a beat on the vent soothes me somehow.

"Time for bed, Tamaki."

"Can someone please tell me why I haven't had any of those pills for 5 nights now!?"

"Calm down, Tamaki, it is a punishment."

"What did I do to deserve this torture?"

"You are making contact outside of your room."

It didn't make any sense though, I have only been talking to Haruhi since the day AFTER I didn't receive the first morning pill.

"She is the only thing I have.."

"You have me, Tamaki."

"You aren't enough, Kyoya! I cant speak to you like a person! You trapped me-"

"That was not my doing, Tamaki."

"Whatever! I'm trapped in here, talking to a girl that sounds like she is from my dreams. I sound crazy!"

"Oh no, Tamaki, she is very real. You-"

The line cut off and the intercom died. What happened?

"Haruhi, are you there?"

"Where else would I be?"

"Kyoya just told me that you were real, isn't that weird? I mean, of course you are real."

Haruhi didn't answer me very fast, but when she did answer me, she apologized..

"Sorry, Tamaki, has your food come yet?"

"The box appeared, but the likelihood of it having anything in it is low."

"Check anyways. You never know until you try."

I walk over to my box, I slowly open it, but to no avail…

"It's still empty."

"Don't worry, Tamaki, you will be fed soon."

I could hear the genuine concern she held for me.

"Thank you. You are like my guardian angel in this place. You give me hope. I promise, once we get out of here, I will find you and take you on the best date of your life."

"Oh, thank you Tamaki, but Im married.. "

"How long have you been in here?"

"I lost count after 2 weeks.. maybe.. 3 months?"

"Whats the likelihood that your husband has waited for 3 months for you to come back to him from this hell?"

"You don't know him…"

"And that is also true.. why don't you tell me about him? I would love to listen."

"Well… I don't know how to describe him."

"Let's start out like this, what's his name?"

"Hikaru.."

"That's a nice name. Where did you meet him?"

"I met him at New York City while I was Studying Abroad."

"That's peculiar, you two just happened to live in the same area of Japan?"

"Well, no. You see, I lived in a common dwelling. He was from a more prestigious way of life. He was visiting New York as a way to further his career in the fashion industry."

"Oh, so he was in the fashion business. Where is his line of work?"

"He is actually inheriting the Hitachiin business."

Haruhi's voice was becoming more and more delighted as she spoke. I could tell that she was really in love with this man.

"I see. That's a very high class business, you are a very lucky women."

"Yeah, I guess I am. I can't wait to get out of here though. I miss him so much.."

"Yes, yes. Im sure it must be hard to bare with."

"Im tired… Im going to sleep."

"Goodnight, my dear. I'll be here when you wake up."

"Goodnight."

And with that, our conversations were put to an end as I heard a 'Sssssss~' noise enter the room, and everything went into total darkness.

When I had awoken, I was in my bed. I lay in a softer bed than the last time and a little window right above. I could see nothing out this window, and I doubt that they could see in.

"Have you awoken, Tamaki?"

I hadn't answered him. I walked to the vent in this room.

"H-Haruhi?"

No answer. My heart began to pace faster.

"HARUHI?!"

"Tamaki, please stop shouting. What is the mat-"

"You bastard! Where is she!?"
