"You're on!" Natsu grinned while earning a sudden boost of enthusiasm. "Hehe… Let the best man win!" Elfman agreed. Both competitors started putting more and more into the arm wrestling competition, clashing their foreheads together while letting out groans of exhaustion. The whole crowd felt their determination and reciprocated the competitor's actions with cheers of their own. And yet, once again, the room's energy sky rocketed as the competitors continued on their match, betting pools taking form and growing at an alarming rate as the crowd tried guessing the answer everyone had on their mind: Who's going to come out on top?

Even Levy found it hard to contain herself with all of the excitement that she was feeling. Watching those two pour everything they had into an arm wrestling match made her feel like she was missing out on the little moments life had to offer, she even felt kind of… jealous. Putting her thoughts aside Levy decided to enjoy the now, clenching her fists to her chest, with a twinkle in her eye, as she admired both competitors and awaited the results of the match. "Come on, guys! Give it your all!" She cheered them on as a smile grew on her face.

Despite all of the yelling and cheering going on there was one particular voice that stood out to Natsu, making him glance over and give Levy a thumbs up and one of his warmest smiles. Earning himself a light blush from the receiver. "A real man knows to never turn his back on his opponents!" Elman said before beginning to yell and putting every last bit of him into this final push. "Crap…" Natsu winced as his free hand grasped at the edge of the table, trying to keep himself at bay. But his efforts seemed like they were to no avail as Elfman forced Natsu's arm closer and closer to the table's surface. "Having trouble keeping up there, bud?" Elfman teased as he looked down on the struggling man. "Y-Yeah… just a little…" Natsu admitted sorely as he continued trying to push Elfman's arm back up.

Then, in an instance it was all over. Elfman stood up and let out a hardy laugh as the one's backing him erupted into cheers all across the room. The crowd begun to grow quite wild as they pushed and shoved on another, making Levy feel a bit uncomfortable and leaving her with no other choice but to see her way out. Before she left Levy glance over her shoulder toward Natsu as he still sat at the table with his head facing downwards, she couldn't help but feel slightly responsible for his loss. 'Should I apologize?' she sighed, turning back around to weave her way out of this rowdy crowd.

Moments later Natsu stood up from his seat while placing both hands on the back of his head. "Aw, man! You win some, you lose some!" he chuckled out loud while letting out a deep sigh. "That's right, but what's most important is that you put a good fight. Like a real manly man!" Elfman said encouragingly while placing his hand in front of Natsu's. "I just hope you keep up your end of the bargain." Elfman smiled, awaiting Natsu's shake.

Natsu met Elfman half way and shook his hand firmly "Of course I will, I gave you my word." He said before breaking their hand shake. "I'll let you know then." Elfman smile while turning on his heel and giving Natsu a wave. The pink haired man waved back with a bright smile on his face before turning to his head in pursuit of something.

"Huh? Where'd she go?" Natsu mumbled to himself as he whipped his head from side to side, looking for that particular bright blue hair that has caught his attention. After searching for a few seconds he let out a saddened sigh. 'I hope she didn't leave already…' he thought to himself while starting to walk in the direction of the kitchen. He had grown thirsty after having wrestled Elfman for the while that he had. 'Maybe she got thirsty too!' he perked up, his thoughts added a certain hop to his step as he made his way over.

"Finally…" Levy let out a sigh as she made it to a nice little balcony, away from everyone's crazy antics. Now that she could hear herself think Levy allowed herself to take in her surroundings and they were quite breath taking. Taking a step further out Levy placed her hands on the balcony's railing and took a deep breath. 'Mirajane really out did herself.' She mused as her eyes swept across the horizon. The Strauss siblings home was located on a small mountain top, just several minutes away from the city, which allowed the house to have a balcony to overlook this peaceful landscape despite it being a one story home. "This reminds me of the good old days…" she mumbled to herself as a small smile tugged at the edge of her lips. Like that, with her gaze fixed on the wonderful sight before her she left her mind drift.

As Natsu made his way into the kitchen he heard a loud commotion coming from two girls that were right by the drinks. He glanced over, hoping he would spot a certain someone but nothing. His shoulders slumped down a bit at the thought of her having left and not even getting the chance to introduce himself properly. Brushing off those pessimistic thoughts he straightened his shoulders and headed towards the drinks. 'She couldn't have left, the party just barely started!' he tried cheering himself up, getting closer and closer to the loud pair. 'I just have to look aro-'

"Hey you! Guy with the pink hair, come 'eer." Cana interrupted his thoughts with her slurred words.

"Me?" Natsu responded hesitantly as he slowly stepped closer to the brunette.

"Yeah, you. You're kinda cute." Cana admitted while letting a smile grow across her face.

"Oh, thanks I guess." Natsu chuckled nervously while rubbing the back of his neck. "The names Natsu. It's nice to meet you…"

"Cana" she finished while sending him a flirty smile his way. "You here with anyone?" She continued quite shamelessly.

"C-Cana, let's not bother the poor guy!" Lucy interrupted feeling second hand embarrassment for her drunk friend. "I'm Lucy and Cana here is quite drunk so pay her no mind." Lucy said as she waved her hands in front of her dismissingly, hoping to clear things up with the stranger. "Hey, don't speak on my beha-" Cana belted out until Lucy covered Cana's mouth with her hand. "A-As you can see she's quite unbearable when she's drunk." Lucy laughed out nervously as she fought a drunk Cana to maintain her hand over Cana's mouth.

Natsu let out a short chuckle as he turned around to grab himself a drink, looking over all the available choices. "Well, it's nice meeting you two despite your friend being drunk." He continued to chuckle as he reached for the drink he decided on to then turn around to continue his search. Before leaving the corner where the two friend's found themselves he turned back towards them. "Oh, to answer your question. No, I'm not here with anyone but my attention has already been caught by someone else, sorry ladies." He said, flashing them a teasing smile and a quick wink their way.

Both friends smiled and let out a giggle. "That's one lucky girl!" Cana smiled while wrapping her arm around her blonde friend. "She's got herself one good looking man." The drunk continued, making Lucy laugh as she welcomed Cana's embrace. 'I wonder who it is…' Lucy pondered for a moment before her thoughts were interrupted with a sudden realization.

"Wait, where's Levy?".

Still standing on the balcony engulfed by her thoughts Levy found herself feeling quite reminiscent about high school and how she found herself having a more enjoyable time being outside by herself. It's not that she didn't enjoy being around her old classmates but rather that she knew how to enjoy the very rare silent moments that life has to offer. Levy also knew she wouldn't be able to enjoy this moment before being interrupted by some tipsy party goers that would then invaded her new found safe haven.

- knock, knock – "Hey…" a low, somewhat familiar voice, interrupted her thoughts. Causing Levy to curiously look over her shoulder.

"H-Hi." She replied softly as her eyes fell on the pink haired man. She turned around and leaned her back against the railing as to not rudely face her back towards him.

"Sorry, I just saw you alone and thought I could stop by and say hi." He began, while raising his hand to scratch the back of his neck. "Well, actually… I've been looking around for you." He corrected himself shyly as he put his hand back down to his side.

"M-Me? Why?" Levy asked, her curiosity peaking. 'Did I do something wrong?' She asked herself while remembering back to when she possibly distracted him and probably cost him the arm wrestling match with Elfman.

"I saw you earlier and…" Natsu started but couldn't quite get himself to finish his original thought. "I wanted to thank you, for cheering for me. It really helped." He chuckled awkwardly hoping she didn't sense his change in direction.

"Ah, I see." She said slightly relieved. "There's no need to thank me for that." Levy smiled brightly at him. "You guys put on such a fight, it was fun to watch. I should be thanking you!" She giggled, finding his gratefulness cute.

"Hehe… yeah. Oh, um! My name is Natsu, by the way." He said with a warm smile placing itself on his face while his hand extended out towards hers. "Levy, is it?" Natsu inquired, hoping he was remembering it correctly.

"Uh.. yeah. How'd you know?" She looked at him quite quizzically by how he already knew her name as she extended her arm and softly grabbed his.

"I asked Elfman, while we were arm wrestling…" He started, growing slightly nervous. He broke their hand shake earlier hoping she wouldn't notice his now clammy hands.

Seeing as to how awkward the conversation had grown Levy tried changing the subject, for the greater good. "So, you're Elfman's friend?".

"Yes, we work together at the Fire Department." And just like that, the awkward tension between the two melted away as Natsu's smile grew across his face in what seemed to be a sense of pride. She could really tell he enjoyed his work.

"Ah, right. I forgot Elfman graduated not too long ago!" She remembered Mirajane mentioning it in the group chat to make sure everyone would congratulate him on his achievement. "How long have you been in that line of work?" Levy continued the conversation, clearly curious about the pink haired man in front of her.

"I just graduated alongside Elfman." Natsu stated while trying to remember when exactly they had started officially working together. "So I'd say it's only been a couple of months. Not too long." He finished his thought, thinking it was as accurate as he would ever get it to be.

"Either way, your line of work is no easy one. I truly admire people like you…" Levy said with a small yet warm smile as her eyes seemed to drift somewhere far away from them.

Natsu felt himself get a bit flustered by just looking at that small smile. "There's no need to thank me." He said while bringing one of his hands up to scratch his cheek, a lame attempt at hiding the blush creeping up on his face.

"Why'd you get into firefighting?" Her head bounced back up as her eyes locked into his. Her question seemed to catch him off guard. "If you don't mind me asking that is." Levy corrected herself, hoping she wasn't prying too much.

"That's kind of a long story, one I'd rather share some other time." He replied with a soft smile gracing his lips, hoping to not come off to defensive.

"You mean the next time Mirajane decides to host a party?" Levy joked, letting out a small laugh.

Natsu let out a small smile. "No, like, after we get to know each other a bit." Natsu's tone changed, it was more serious but non-threatening. He wanted to make it to be clear, he wanted to go out with her and see her outside of a party of a friend they had in common.

Levy was taken a back with his sudden bluntness, it wasn't quite what she was expecting but she was also not surprised from it. She softly bit her bottom lip in contemplation, what was there to lose, right? "I wouldn't mind that…" She admitted softly, letting a small smile grow on her face and hoping she wasn't blushing as much as she usually does in situations like this.

"I'm glad to hear." Natsu replied back softly, letting out one of his signature side grins. "Let me save your phone number then." He continued as his hand went into his pocket in search for his cell phone.

"Natsu! It's time." Elfman peaked his head into the balcony, he seemed like he was in a bit of a hurry as some sweat drops were dripping down his face. He probably spent a bit of time looking for Natsu throughout the party.

"Can it wait, I'm in the middle of something." The pink haired man said as he turned to face the larger male and gestured towards Levy which was still behind him.

"You gave me your word." Elfman spoke sternly. Making Natsu's shoulders slump down in frustration. The pink haired man growled in agreement as he started to follow Elfman. Before turning the corner and leaving Levy's field of vision Natsu turned to face Levy. "Please, wait here. I'll be right back ok?" He begged, putting his hands together in front of him and bowing his head as a small apology.

"I'll be here." Levy spoke softly as she let herself smile warmly at Natsu, waving at him in a slightly teasing manner.

Natsu let out a huge smile, quite grateful he found her alone on the balcony and that they even had a moment for themselves in the craziness that is a Strauss sibling party. "I'll see you in a little bit." He confirmed before turning around and chasing after a slightly aggravated Elfman who was waiting on the pink haired man.

Levy let out a small chuckle to the event that just unraveled when her eyes fell on a pair of chairs and a table sitting in the corner of the spacious balcony. 'Might as well get comfortable.' She mused, as she took a seat facing towards the view. That's when she noticed her face was feeling a bit warm, one of her hands flew up and lightly touched her cheek.

"Did that really just happen?" She mumbled as her mind replayed the events in her mind.

"Alright, where is she Elfman?" Said an annoyed Natsu. "Let's get this over with as soon as possible." He added, crossing has arms across his chest in frustration. 'He sure has some timing…' Natsu thought as he sent a side glare towards Elfman. But he did lose their bet, he sighed.

"Where'd she go!?" Elfman panicked, noticing his beloved Evergreen had wandered off, after he specially told her to wait a couple minutes while he got something. "Damn it…" He growled under his breath. He seemed to be growing aggravated.

"Geez, why don't you just ask her out instead of have me try to make you look good?" Natsu sighed, he knew Elfman has been interested in this Evergreen chick for a long time but it was getting a bit tiring. Especially since it was getting in the way of him getting Levy's number. "You just beat me at an arm wrestling match. I don't think that's going to make any miracles happen." He admitted, hoping his friend would just make a move on her.

"I can't… I need to prove my manliness to her before having the privilege to ask her out." The large, muscular, man confessed in one of the more serious tones Natsu had heard from him yet. "There. There she is." Elfman pointed out as his gaze fell on her. A knot started to form in his throat and Natsu can sense him tense up a bit.

"Alright, let's go then buddy. Let's prove how manly you are."Natsu said while placing one of his hands on Elfman's shoulder. In an attempt to calm him before they continue with their agreement.

Elfman nodded and started towards her.

About ten minutes had passed and there was still no Natsu. Levy let out a saddened sigh. She didn't mind waiting for him but she also didn't want to miss out on the rest of the party. Especially since if Lucy didn't see her enough she would never hear the end of it. Levy could hear it already: "You go to parties to be alone!?", "You didn't even have a single drink while you were there!", "You avoided everyone on purpose!". Levy rolled her eyes at her friend and her hypothetical accusations.

"There you are! I've been looking for you!" yelled an upset and mildly tipsy Lucy. "I was worried sick, why are you out here by yourself!?" Lucy continued, clearly upset with the blue haired woman.

"I'm just…" Levy caught herself and contemplated whether she wanted to tell Lucy about Natsu now or later. Later, she decided rather quickly. "getting some fresh air." She finished, hoping it was believable to her friend.

"Hmm. Alright, just come back in and have at least one drink before we head out later." Lucy surrendered, not wanting to have the same old argument with Levy. Over the years she and learned that it was just a dead end, something they weren't destined to agree on.

"Alright, just one…" Levy agreed, she felt bad for having wondered off in the first place but Lucy and Cana were just on a different kind of level when it came to parties. But she definitely didn't regret doing it this time around.

After standing up from her seat and heading inside Levy looked behind her and let out a small sigh. 'Maybe he got distracted with someone else.' she thought to herself. It wouldn't be the first time after all. It was just how it went, guys would see someone that would interest them more than she would and she'd be overlooked. 'It was nice while it lasted I suppose…'.

Then the two disappeared back into the crowd, making their way back to the kitchen where they'd grab their last couple of drinks for the night. Well, Lucy would. Levy would pretend to in order to make Lucy happy.

It's been about 30 years. Or, at least that is what it feels like to Natsu, who has been stuck between Elfman and Evergreen as they continue bickering over lord knows what. It started off by Natsu and Elfman trying to talk up the latter. Trying to make him seem as manly and as worthy of her attention as possible while they recounted what had previously occurred earlier in the party. But it somehow ended with Elfman and Evergreen yelling at each other over the fact that Elfman has yet to ask her out. Well, that's the little of what Natsu and the immediate surrounding party goers have gleamed off of this whole situation.

Natsu let out a deep sigh. 'Why am I still here?' he thought as his hand went up to place to a finger on either side of his nose. 'Ah, that's right…' Once the arguing started picking up he had tried to leave since his agreement with Elfman had indeed been completed. But, the pair had kept him there as a way to prove their points while they were bickering amongst themselves.

'Wait.' Natsu paused his thoughts as he saw an opening. The two had calmed down and were having a dispute amongst each other rather than yelling at the other for others to hear. 'This is my chance.' Natsu resolved as he tried his best to slowly tip-toe away, getting himself to a safe enough distance to make his escape. 'They really do deserve each other…' He pondered with a sly grin on his face as he got far enough away from the two.

Now that he finally got himself out of the sticky situation Natsu headed towards the balcony. His pace quickening every step he took and his heart beginning to follow in suit. How was he getting so nervous over someone he had just met? Right before he reached the door leading to the balcony he stopped himself, placed a hand over his chest, and took a deep breath. 'Relax.' he tried reassuring himself that she wouldn't have agreed to seeing him again if she didn't want to in the first place. So why was he so nervous? Natsu tried shaking away all thoughts from his mind. None of that mattered at the moment, she had waited long enough for him to come back and it was better to let it all play out than asking "What if?".

He nodded to himself and forced his legs to move forward. Natsu leaned in to the balcony, a great big smile on his face. "Sorry for making you wait so… long." His words fell out of his mouth, just like his smile, because there was no one to receive them. His hand reached to the back of his neck while his head lowered in disappointment. "I guess she had better things to do." He mumbled to himself, his tone sad and bitter. Natsu's shoulders slumped forward as he turned around, headed in the direction of the kitchen. "I need a drink." His tone grew frustrated; he'd blame Elfman for his bad timing but the only person he could blame was himself for losing their bet in the first place.

"Why do I have to keep my promises?" another mumble escaped his mouth as his hands sunk into his front pockets and he kicked an imaginary rock out of his path.

Back in the kitchen Cana, Lucy, and Levy were having a laughing fit, gaining the attention from most party goers as they walked by to get their own drinks.

"And- And do you remember that time with that guy"

"From first period our junior year?" Lucy continued Cana's thought but couldn't go on from the sudden burst of laughter they all got.

"Guys, stop... My stomach… it hurt's…" Levy said in between laughing fits, she could barely catch her breath as the drunk pair brought up memories one after the other.

The blue haired women wiped away a tear from one of her eyes as she tried to catch her breath. They had really been laughing for the longest time. She had truly missed this. A warm smile tugged at the edges of her lips as she looked at her two close friends, still laughing away. 'They're crazy, but they're my crazy friends.' The thought tugged at her heart strings as she tried to imagine a life without them, she couldn't.

"You lied." A low voice spoke up from behind her. Surprising Levy enough to earn a small almost inaudible 'eep' as she turned to see who it was.

"Natsu…" She exclaimed mildly confused. "I'm sorry, you took so long and then -".

"It's alright, it took a lot longer than expected." He admitted. "But, a piece of me was hoping you would still be there." He said shyly, stepping closer to Levy in an attempt to make the moment feel more intimate rather than just a casual conversation at a party.

"Hey, it's mister pink hair." Cana piped up from behind Levy. "How'd it go with that girl?" she asked bluntly as Lucy peeked from over her shoulder, clearly also interested in what he had to say.

Both Levy and Natsu had slight blushes come across their cheeks at the direct question.

"I don't know; how do you think it's going Levy?" He asked looking down at her, his gazed soften as it met hers.

Cana and Lucy's eyes both widened at his question, they turned to each other as if looking for confirmation that they had heard him right. After looking confirming with each other they both turned back to Levy and Natsu, eagerly waiting for her response.

"It's going, pretty well I suppose." Levy said as her gaze dropped from not being able to look at him. Her hands beginning to fidget with the hem of her dress. Both Cana and Lucy caught her shy gesture.

"Then let's drink to that!" Cana yelled happily. The rest of the party goers let out a big "Hoorah!" commemorating whatever it was Cana was cheering for at the moment.

"I'm glad to hear we're both on the same page then." He chuckled, looking down to meet Levy's gaze but hers was still on the floor. "Do you want to head back out to the balcony?" Natsu asked, she seemed a little uncomfortable while in front of her friends at the moment. He also wanted to get her number but didn't want to do so if it was embarrassing

"Y-Yeah." Levy replied shyly.

As the pair headed towards the balcony Cana and Lucy couldn't help but giggle amongst themselves as they watch the pair walk away.

Back at the balcony Levy took a seat looking towards the landscape, it was completely dark out now so you could barely make out what was previously there but there was still something peaceful about the sight.

Natsu took a seat across from her right before taking out his phone.

"I don't want to miss my chance. If you still want, you can save your number on my phone." He said nervously while sliding the phone to her side of the table.

Levy smiled softly as she pulled out her own phone and slid it to the opposite side of the table. "There, save yours on mine too." She requested softly as she then grabbed his phone and started saving her own number on it. Natsu complied as he did the same with her cell phone and handed it back to her.

"Before you finish up, I'd like a picture of the two of us. I like having pictures on all my contacts." He explained. "I know it's silly but it's just something I like to do." He further explained, hoping she didn't find it to weird.

"Then why of the both of us?" she inquired.

"Because it's slightly less awkward than asking to take a picture of you." He chuckled, covering his mouth with his hand, trying to hide how flustered he felt.

"Ok, then." Levy chirped confidently while motion for him to scoot over to her side, where the lighting was better.

Natsu quickly obliged to her request and moved his chair besides hers, angled his phone up and tried to get an angle they could both agree on. Sooner or later he took a picture but he didn't like it too much because it came out blurry. The next one wasn't to Levy's liking. Then Natsu didn't like how dark it came out. And so on and so forth, the pair ended up taking an array of pictures together until they found one that they both liked. But at that point they both found themselves having a bit of fun making faces and taking pictures so they went on a little longer than they both initially thought. Before they knew it the night grew old as the two continued on taking pictures, and telling each other small things about one another, shifting closer and closer with every passing minute.

Until Levy noticed something odd. "Isn't it a little too quiet in there?" Levy asked as her head turned, trying to look inside.

"Yeah, you're right. Let's check it out." Natsu said as he got up from his seat, turned back toward Levy and offered his hand to her.

"T-Thank you…" Levy said softly as she put her hand in his and was gently lifted up from her seat. When she stood up Natsu and her were a lot closer than she expected but she didn't mind to much. She thought as she looked up towards him with a smile.

Natsu looked downed and returned the gesture. "Come on, let's go." He said softly while leading the way, her hand still in his. She nodded in agreement and followed closely behind until he came to a stop at the door.

"What's wrong?" Levy asked curiously as she stepped next to him and looked inside.

Both of their jaws dropped when they saw that the party had pretty much ended and the remainder of the attendants were the ones too drunk to drive home.

"Uh-oh…" Natsu said while letting out an awkward chuckle.

"Levy, Natsu." Mirajane chirped from a corner of the living room. "I see you guys met! I'm glad. But what are you still doing here Levy? Lucy left thirty minutes ago." The silver haired woman asked worriedly. "Didn't you come here with her?".

"Yes, I did." Levy admitted sadly. "She probably forgot. But who drove her? She was too drunk to drive!" The latter was Levy's biggest concern. Finding a ride was the least of her worries.

"No worries, Lisana offered to drive her and stay the night until tomorrow when I pick her up." Mirajane waved off Levy's worries rather quickly, there was nothing to worry about anyway.

"So you don't have a ride then?" Natsu asked from behind Levy. Honestly, she had forgotten he was there for a second.

"Yeah, I guess so." Levy said as her hand scratched one of her cheeks. "No need to worry though, I can find a ride." She said, trying to reassure him.

"I know, because I'm going to be your ride." Natsu said with conviction and no hesitation in his tone what so ever.

And before Levy could protest Natsu grabbed her hand and gently led her to the exit before waving back at Mirajane and thanking her for having him. Levy did the same to not seem impolite but her mind was more occupied with the fact that Natsu was so set on making sure she got home. It was sweet, but she felt like she was burdening him.

Mirajane waved the pair off with a sly grin on her face "My, my. What the odd couple we have here." She giggled to herself. "But I'm not one to protest love." She giggled some more as she continued to tidy up the mess her old classmates had brought upon her new home.

As Levy and Natsu drove towards their destination they sat in silence for a bit. It wasn't awkward which Levy was thankful for but she still felt the need to say something.

"Thank you." She spoke softly, but even then I felt deafening with how silent the car ride had been.

"No need to thank me, what kind of guy would I be if I didn't make sure you got home safely." Natsu said nonchalantly as he sent her a quick glance her way before returning his gaze back on the road.

"Still, thank you. You didn't have to." She insisted.

Natsu let out a short sigh. "Alright, alright. Don't worry about it." He chuckled and shot her another glance.

"Stop looking at me, keep your eyes on the road!" Levy laughed but kept her tone stern.

"Sorry, it's hard not to look at you." Natsu admitted bluntly, making Levy blush ever so slightly. 'Good thing he's driving.' She thought to herself while turning her head to look out her window in an attempt to hide her blush.

"Ah, it's right over here." Levy pointed out Lucy's apartment complex so that Natsu could turn in to it.

"So this is where you live?" Natsu inquired as he looked up at the tall building.

"No, this is Lucy's place. I left my car here and then we drove together to Mira's place." Levy corrected him as she pointed out her car, allowing Natsu to slow down to a stop right in front of it.

"Wait!" Natsu exclaimed, throwing his arms I Levy's way so that she wouldn't be able to get out of the car. "Give me a second, geez." He continued as he took off his seatbelt and exited his side of the car and made his way to open Levy's door for her. Levy felt a bit out of her comfort zone, no one had ever gone out of their way to do such a small gesture for her. She could even feel her face flush at his gestures.

"Thank you." She said sincerely as she glanced up at him one last time for tonight.

"Again, no need to thank me." Natsu said softly, brushing a lose strand of hair behind her ear. The two stood in silence for a moment, just enjoying each other's presence until Natsu let out a cough, breaking the silence.

"Um, uh, I should… get going." He said while trying to clear his throat. Taking a step back and gaining some space between the both of them.

"Good night." Levy giggled softly as she made her way to her car, unlocking it and glancing towards Natsu once more.

"Night." Natsu said from the driver's side of his car, holding is door open and looking at her as she sat in her car.

"Don't forget to send me the pictures!" levy yelled out before closing the door.

"I won't! I'll send them to you as soon as I get home." Natsu re-assured her.

Once Levy had closed the door behind her and started her car Natsu got in his and slowly drove off. Lightly slapping himself to make sure that it wasn't just a dream and that he had indeed met someone like Levy. As he smiled liked crazy as he recalled the night from start to finish.

As Levy sat in her car she did the same, pinching herself everywhere to make sure she wasn't just dreaming about how a guy like Natsu had been interested in Levy. Her mind wandered off to them taking pictures and the small gestures he had shown even with the short amount of time they had known each other.

'He really is something.' Levy smiled to herself, holding her hands close to her chest.

- knock, knock – Someone tapped on the glass of her car window.

"Yer in my parking spot." A low, unfamiliar, voice growled at her through her window.

A/N: SOOOOOOOOO, uuuuh. It's been like 4-5 years? But I'm back. I'll only be updating like 1-2 times a month but I'm going to try my best you guys. I know you prob hate me lol but it's cool.

I honestly just came back to at least finish what I started and because I remember being so excited about this particular story I had in mind because of x and y things that were happening in my life at the time. And although I only remember vague plot points I wanted to hit I have the overall plot planned out in my head.

Even though I still don't know who she end's up with I do have a rough plan for the next 2-3 chapters.

ANywaYYY, like always thanks for reading!
