Across the rooftops,
Through the crowded streets.
There, a flash of white, and the smirk of vengeance.
Then, the body of a freshly killed Templar.
Who, not known for he remains unseen.
Why, for his personal vendetta.
Where, in the ancient city of long ago.
When, within a moments time.
How, with the cold, steel blade of murder.
What, the dance of the assassin.
There are many little tidbits about this poem. First, in the third line, the phrase "... smirk of vengeance" refers to the assassin's pure hatred for the Templars, essentially being opposites in terms of personal beliefs, glorified by the dead Templar in the following line. The words also relates to the Xbox 360 Achievement "Personal Vendetta", which are the last two lines of sixth line. The poem itself, starting on line three, use a similar, uniform way of telling the rest of the composition. In fact, from lines five through ten, a scrambled version of the phrase "Who what where when why how" is used to describe the actions of our fabled assassin. Finally, the poem, entitled Dance of the Assassin, is similar to the first poem, Creed of the Assassin, and they are both akin to once again achievements available on the game, i.e. Eagles Challenge, Eagles Eye, and Eagles Dance, all unlocked by performing a certain feat a number of times.
