Thalia

Thalia caught up with the other hunters after bringing her brother to Aeolus' palace.

"What now, Thalia?" Phoebe asked.

"We have to get to the Wolf House," Thalia breathed.

"Why?" Phoebe wrinkled her nose.

"As much as I hate it, we need to help Hera."

"What? Why?"

"Because I promised my brother we'd hold it until he catches up."

"You're doing this to help a male."

"My brother," Thalia corrected. "Family."

"We're your family."

"Yes, Phoebe, you are, but my brother needs our help, and I promised. I'm not one to break promises."

"I know, Thalia."

"Great," Thalia smiled. She turned to the rest of the group. "Let's go!"

"Hey, Thalia?"

"Yeah, Phoebe?" Thalia turned to her friend.

"Why have you never mentioned this brother before?"

"Because like the rest of you, my family is crazy and messed-up." Thalia shrugged. "I never told anyone about him. I thought he was dead."

"Yet, you still want to help him?"

"He's the only family I have left, and he's my brother."

"You're wrong, Thalia. He isn't the only family you have."

Thalia smiled. "How could I forget?"

"But this isn't about being the only blood family left, is it, Thalia?"

"I thought he was dead," Thalia repeated. "Now he's back, and I'd really like to keep him that way."

"Well, come on," Phoebe smiled. "We have to go save your brother."
