Rated MA for language, violence, and sexual content (yes, there will eventually be hot lesbian sex, but also a plot and a story)

This is a lesbian fanfiction people, if you don't like it, don't read.

Disclaimer: If I owned the Teen Titans, I'd be a whole lot richer. As it is, if you sue me, I'll laugh and help you look for money. But in all seriousness, I do not own these characters, DC, Cartoon Network, or any of that jazz.

Yay feedback and followers! I seriously can't tell you guy what it means to me! I'm planning on releasing a chapter every week since I'm not done writing it and don't want to post a bunch of chapters and then make you wait for who knows how long for the next part of the story. Working full time and trying to go back to school is kinda kicking my ass though so sorry if it takes me longer to post!

Chapter 2

"Yes! Ha! Eat my dust!" Robin cheered, his red and black car shooting past Cyborg's blue and white one on the huge screen above him.

"Bring it on, punk!" Cyborg retorted.

"Raven, why does Robin want Cyborg to digest his dirt particles?" Starfire asked.

Beast Boy snorted into his bowl of tofu and quickly tried to cover it up with a cough. Raven couldn't help but smile at the alien's choice of words as well.

"It's just an expression, Starfire." She replied.

It had taken her only ten minutes of attempting to meditate for her to realize that every time she closed her eyes, she saw two pairs of red ones glowing back at her. It was one of the extremely rare times she felt that distracting herself would be more beneficial than meditation. Although watching digital high octane vehicles race and smash each other to pieces wasn't anywhere on her list of 'fun activities' she did enjoy watching her friends tease each other. Best two out of three had turned to best three out of five, and now Raven was pretty sure they were on race thirteen.

"Yes! Seven to six! I win the tie-breaker round!"

Robin leaped from the couch, punching his fist into the air.

"No way, we're not finished!" Cyborg protested.

Robin's response was cut off by the flashing red and blaring sound of the Titan Tower's alarm. The video game was wiped from the screen and replaced with a map of the city. A blinking red dot signaled trouble in the upper east neighborhood of Jump.

"Titans, go!" Robin ordered.

It didn't take long to spot the cause of the disturbance as the Titans flew to the scene. An armored truck lay on its side, it's driver and guards unconscious on the street. A huge, muscled teen with shaggy brown hair was stuffing wads of cash into a large black duffle bag. A kid with a high tech control pad was attempting to crack the safe in the back of the truck that held even more valuables. And perched on top of the overturned vehicle was a slim girl with shockingly pink hair and matching pink cat eyes.

"Don't these idiots ever get sick of getting their asses kicked?" Robin smirked.

He drew his metal staff and Starfire hurled him towards the largest member of the thieving trio.

"Look who decided to show up." Jinx alerted the other members of her team in her melodic voice.

Mammoth looked up in time to dodge out of the way of Robin's catapulted attack. Gizmo quickly activated his backpack rockets and flew up to meet Beast Boy's pterodactyl form. Starfire sent a rain of green bolts down onto the street, forming mini craters around Mammoth and effectively preventing him from escaping Robin's attack. Jinx leaped from her lookout position and was gracefully dodging Cyborg's blasts while Raven flew him around the scene in circles. Beast Boy had managed to drag Gizmo back to the ground but was having difficulty finding a form that could get through the kid genius' metal claws that suspended him in the air while deflecting the shape-shifter.

"I'll help BB! You take the pink one!" Cyborg called up to Raven.

She nodded and swooped down to drop him onto Gizmo's backpack before heading to face the sorceress who's pink rays of bad luck were turning the battleground into a minefield.

"Azarath Metrion Zynthos!" Raven cried, sending a wave of black energy towards Jinx.

The pink haired girl had been distracted by her attack on the rest of the team and she only looked up just in time to see the black wall before it sent her flying across the street. Getting unsteadily to her feet, she sneered at Raven, who landed several feet in front of her.

Raven sent pieces of the broken asphalt shooting towards Jinx, who skillfully performed several back handsprings to dodge the concrete missiles. She then jumped towards the side of the nearest building, launched herself off of it towards Raven, and landed a swift kick into Raven's side, effectively knocking the wind out of the Titan. Raven managed to send another wave of energy towards her enemy before Jinx could land another hit.

Around them, the battle continued, with the Titans clearly overpowering the thieves. Gizmo was quickly running out of gadgets as Cyborg expertly blasted through a small army of robotic creatures and Beast Boy successfully tore Gizmo's backpack from him before morphing into a hawk and soaring up above the building tops. Starfire and Mammoth were engaged in an almost kick-boxing style fight as the huge teen and deceptively strong alien swung punches and kicks into each other. Robin still had his staff out and was jabbing at Mammoth every time he left an opening.

Raven and Jinx were now battling in close combat; a dance punctuated with smooth kicks and graceful dodges. Jinx pulled back and readied another punch, this time, however, she surrounded her fist with crackling pink energy. Raven met her punch with a block, her arm cloaked in her own black magic.

Neither girl could have prepared herself for the result of their both physical and magical collision. In the several seconds that felt like an eternity that followed, it was as though Raven's dream from the night before was playing in fast forward on an HD screen that completely surrounded the two teens. Jinx's cat-like eyes widened in shock as she watched the scene play out. Her eyes met Raven's for a moment before the explosion of their combined magic sent them both flying in opposite directions and landing with painful crashes onto the street.

"Raven!" Beast Boy shouted, having just landed from disposing of Gizmo's backpack and morphing back to his green human form.

The others looked up at his alarmed cry. Robin and Starfire sent Mammoth crashing into the armored car before rushing to the aid of their friend.

Raven sat up slowly, feeling extremely shaken and nauseous. She again met Jinx's gaze from across the street before Mammoth scooped the pink haired girl into his arms and ran from the scene, followed closely by Gizmo.

"Are you ok?" Beast Boy asked, crouching down next to his purple-haired friend.

To Raven it sounded like he was yelling at her through a tunnel. She shook her head, trying to clear the dizzying fog.

"What happened?" Robin asked, looking at Beast Boy.

"I dunno dude. They were fighting when all of a sudden they both punched with their magic. There was this huge explosion of light and then I saw Raven hit the ground."

Starfire was helping Raven slowly to her feet.

"I-I don't know… It was…"

Raven had barely mumbled the words before her vision went dark and she fell backward, plunging into unconsciousness.

Jinx paced around her room restlessly. After shrugging off Mammoth and Gizmo's inquiries of exactly what had happened between herself and the most mysterious member of the Teen Titans, she had locked herself in her room and spent the last few hours trying to figure out the answer for herself.

She racked her brain for every battle the Hive members had ever had with the Titans. There was no way she and Raven had never had a collision of magic before, especially if that was the apparent result. The more she reminisced, however, she quickly realized that they had never encountered each other that way in a fight.

Flopping back onto her bed, Jinx gazed at her ceiling and tried unsuccessfully to forget the vivid scene she had glimpsed.

"What the hell was that anyway!?" She asked the empty room aloud in frustration.

Unable to stay still, she leaped from her bed and began pacing again. The part of the strange vision that stood out the most also unnerved her more than she cared to admit. With a determined huff, she sat down at the high-tech computer system Gizmo had designed for her and brought up the search database. Ignoring the ominous feeling in the pit of her stomach, she quickly typed 'four red eyes' into the search bar and hit 'Enter.'

After waking up on one of the beds in the hospital wing part of the tower, Raven managed to avoid her friends' questions by insisting that she needed to meditate. She assured them she would explain as soon as she was mentally and physically recovered. The moment her bedroom door slid shut, however, she collapsed onto her own bed, shaking uncontrollably.

How could she explain to her friends what had happened when she had no idea? Somehow, the bad luck sorceress had connected to her mind. Even for a brief moment, a connection to Raven's mind was not something she knew anybody should ever have. The strange psychic connection she and Robin had briefly shared had been more than enough for her and that had been with one of her best and most trusted friends. Jinx was an enemy who would no doubt use any insight into Raven's mind and powers as a means to destroy her and the rest of the Titans. Sure they had only ever really attempted petty theft and burglary, other than their one attempt at working for Slade, but that didn't mean that they didn't have higher ambitions. And access to Raven's mind and powers was way more than they would need to really make a name for themselves in the criminal world.

I have to remove the memory, I have to make her forget.

Raven realized with a sinking feeling. It was a part of her powers she had only used twice in her life, and once had been by accident. Raven knew her powers scared just about everyone, including her friends, including herself for that matter. But the only time anyone had truly seen the depth of her power had been when she had defeated her father. The ability to manipulate someone's mind was a power she firmly believed no one should have. What Jinx had seen was, of course, harmless, as she would have no idea what it meant. But if Jinx believed she could do it again, or even worse, find a way to deepen the connection, that was something that Raven just couldn't risk.

Before she could change her mind, Raven materialized herself through the walls of the Tower until she was outside and flew off towards the one place she knew she could get some info on where the pink-haired villain and her friends were hidden.
