Silent Tears

A woman's image blended nicely unto the background. She was following him all along, yet he didn't have a clue. All along, she had watched him with another girl. All along, she observed how he expressed how he feels for another woman – something that was supposed to be his weakness. And all along, she had successively fought the surging jealousy inside of her.

He wasn't supposed to act so romantically towards any other woman beside her. He was supposed to be loyal. That was supposed to be the case, although they both knew that he wasn't romantically interested in her.

It was just an arranged marriage, she knew. But, she also thought that even though it was just an arrangement, he would still be faithful. They were still bound by their marital vows either way. The thought assured her. That was until recently.

Tears began to form in her eyes, yet she made no move to wipe them. Only silent tears can scream what she feels. Only silent tears can mourn for what she can never have.

Only silent tears. And so, she let them all flow freely.
