Here's another chapter i manged to make between the studies _A roar.
A very distant roar could be heard from afar.
Nameless, heard the roar. Being ony one day old his instincts were dull--aside from one, fear. He looked at his parents. His father, looked in the direction of the roar. And slowly gave a gentle croon to Mother who soon started to wake up.
Nameless sqwaked to his father and mother, but they did not reply. Then, suddenly, his mother took him gently in her mouth and put him on her back.
After that, the ground started to tremble as the two godly, serpentine Elder dragons started moving off the mountain.
Nameless didn't know what to do but cling on to his mother's scales. He slowly but surely made his way up to her forhead, where he coiled around one of her spear-scales and drifted off to sleep
As the ground shook before them, the two serpents looked at eachother in worry. They would need to hurry to get oit of it's way. As they crawled agains the mountains, scraping the sides of them with their scales,Nameless looked around tehe scenery. Everywhere he looked ,he could see gray mountains,a gray sky and most importantly,Mother and Father. After an hour of crawling his parents stopped and looked around, scanning the area.
Then silence. Only the winds could be heard blowing.
Nameless sqwaked to his mother,to wich she returned a reassuring croon. After that the parents coiled around another mountain, then put the baby serpent in the center of the plateau.
When he got down,Nameless just slithered to his mother's taill then started to nip at it.
Mother suddenly took him gently with her tail and put him back on the center of the plateau. Nameless chirped, asking for food. His Mother than proceeded to regurgitate small pieces of meat, enough for the little one to swallow with ease.
After the feeding Nameless drifted off to sleep while his Mother breathed hot air on him to keep his tempereture high. Then she fell asleep aswell, leaving the male Serpent King to look away in the distance.
Sorry another short one.
