Author's Note: Hello everyone! Here at long last is the latest chapter to this story!
I'm deeply sorry for the wait but my graduate schoolwork must come first.
I just have a few quick things to say in this beginning author's note (I'll have more to say in the bottom one). Firstly, here you will see the other fanon couples in this TD AU. This is my first stab at actual fanon pairing so I'm curious to see how you think I am at it. Secondly, if you're a Sierra fan, you have been warned in advance. Thirdly, if you'd like a small taste of where this story might end up heading to, please take a look at my new Cody/Lindsay lemon, "Dreams Really Do Come True".
Having said that, here's the second chapter of "Second Chance At Love": A Fresh Start
On the fourth day of their three weeklong free Hawaiian vacations, the teens began to stir. Slowly the golden beams of a new dawn were seeping into the rooms of the resort. At paces and in manners unique to them, each teenager was rising up in their own ways.
Gwen, who had retired to bed early the previous night without Duncan joining her (to his grave disappointment), was reluctantly getting up and licking her hand before using it to smooth out any loose ends in her teal-highlighted hair. Owen was forced out of his bed by his roaring belly, both due to his hunger and the fact that it literally knocked him off of his bed. Justin awoke and engaged in what he would do for the next three hours or so, look at himself in the mirror as he marveled at his own believed physical perfection. Katie and Sadie, literal seconds after awaking, started the first of many conversations.
One of the last ones to be released from his slumber was Cody, who slept smiling. From the moment his head had hit the pillow, he had entered a world far more appealing than the one that he reluctantly had to acknowledge as reality. It was a world of endless pleasures, ever-changing circumstances…and two constants, two permanent shapes.
Just like these two constants, the starting point was always the same…it was always last night. All of the imagined pleasures grew out of the previous night like mighty tree roots.
As the Tech Geek opened his eyes, it appeared that the dreams wouldn't release him from their smoky and alluring grasp just yet. They projected the two goddesses before him. With his eyes still somewhat fuzzy and him knowing that it was just a daydream, Cody allowed himself to simply stare at the two lovely shapes as he kept absently smiling.
One was stockier and curvier, with skin resembling the finest chocolate on Earth. Her hair was pure raven black, kept in order by it being tied into a long ponytail. Her eyes were brown, like delicious almonds. One hoop of light tan came from each lovely ear. Her midsection, complete with eye-catchingly large breasts, was covered in yellow-white cloth with four red kumquats of varying sizes. Her lower body was covered by blue jeans that stopped somewhere between her knees and her ankles. Her feet had brown scandals.
The second was taller and thinner, with a figure matching a human-sized hourglass. Long blonde locks of hair descended from a blue bandana and reached to roughly her waist. Her eyes were bright blue, almost resembling shining sapphires. A brown and red tube top covered her midsection, thought thankfully not enough to prevent a colossal cleavage of crème colored breast from expose itself. An orange skirt that barely surpassed her thighs was the only clothing covering her lower half had aside from tall, tan cowboy boots.
They were so different and yet so equally wonderful to the sexually starved Tech Geek. Even in just their normal clothing, these images of Leshawna and Lindsay amazed him.
Cody would have prefect content to just stare at these magnificent mental manifestations if not for one tiny perception that he quickly realized.
"So…is he, like, awake, uh, La'Nieya?"
They weren't mental manifestations! Leshawna and Lindsay were really in his room!
For the second time in less than twenty-four hours, Cody let out a high-pitched scream that normally would have come from a girl! As he did, he jumped up and fell off of his bed, trapped in a prison of knotted up bed sheets. He was now writhing on the floor.
"Yeah, I'd say he's awake, White Girl." Leshawna says calmly with a kind smirk.
Still only half way out of the tangled trap, Cody nearly shouts in alarm, "What time is it!?"
With Leshawna raising one eyebrow in confusion at that being the first question on Cody's mind, Lindsay checks her watch without any similar thoughts and then says, "About 8:30. That is, 8:30, right?"
Leshawna looks at the watch. "Yup, it is about 8:30, Lindsay."
"You mean I got the time right this time? YAY!" Lindsay happily cheered.
By now, Cody had finally removed himself from the messed up sheet and stood up. "What are you two doing in here!?"
"'Bout time you asked that." Leshawna says, with her smirk disappearing afterwards. "Me and Linds here were headin' down to get some grub when we saw someone huddled over your door. We didn't get to see whom 'cause of the long hallway but then Linds confused you for them and called out your name. Don't know why but he ran away like a rat seen by two alley cats. Seein' the door was forced open; we decided to see what was here. I swear, we just got here when you started stirrin'. But who'd force open ya door?"
Suddenly Cody was not feeling nearly as good as he was moments ago as he said, "Sierra."
"Oh…" Leshawna says in realization. "Uh…can't ya switch rooms or get some locks?"
"Neither of those things seems to help. This is only our fourth day here and I've already switched rooms five times. And she's managed to work her way through three of the most state-of-the-art door locks that I could find."
"How could she do all of that?" Lindsay asks, confused.
"If you thought she was relentless during World Tour, she's a million times worse now!" Cody says, suddenly looked haggard despite his amazing night's sleep.
"Dang, Crazy Girl's worse than I thought. And I woulda said that Izzy was the nuttiest." Leshawna says to herself before noticing Cody's new state. She placed a hand on his shoulder and smiled. "Don't you worry your little head 'bout her, Cody. Say, how 'bout you join Linds and me for breakfast? After that, how about we spend the day together?"
"Yeah, Kojak! Spend the day with us. Pretty please!" Lindsay adds with her hands clamped together.
Cody's spirits had returned to their previously soaring heights. "Sure, I'd love to! Just give me a few minutes to get ready and then I'd love to spend the day with you two!"
The Tech Geek then stretched, feeling much of his body stiffened because of him struggling with his bed sheets. He didn't realize that he was being checked out secretly. Both Leshawna and Lindsay took note of how, while not exactly a bodybuilder with bulging muscles; Cody wasn't quite as scrawny as he often seemed. He was by most definitions not that impressive physically but he did have some notably nice muscles. Maybe these were because of him always moving to avoid Sierra during TDWT? Either way, both girls, despite what they would have previously thought, liked what they saw.
That was what dominated their minds while Cody went to his room's restroom to freshen up. A few minutes later, he emerged fully dresses and sporting a smile. The girls smiled back. After that, the three of them headed off to the hotel's main restaurant for breakfast.
As the three teens entered the restaurant, they saw that pretty much all of the others were already there, eating their meals at varying stages of completion. At first nobody seemed to notice the first latest arrivals, mostly because they were either eating or conversing.
Most of the tables were taken but Cody spotted one at the other far end of the restaurant. Slowly, Cody, Leshawna, and Lindsay made their way across to the only vacant table. Through their three sets of eyes, every other contestant and their reactions were seen.
Firstly, seating at various tables by themselves were Trent and Al. Both were shocked at the sight but otherwise totally different in their reactions. Trent, seeing his close friend surrounded by two lovely single ladies, lifted his otherwise normally dampened spirits. Him breaking up with Gwen took its toil on him, even though it allowed him to realize some previously buried issues of loss which he had been combating and overcoming ever since. Still, Cody (and to a lessor extent Leshawna and Lindsay) felt sorry for the Musician. Despite his earlier behavior, he was a good guy and deserved to be happy. But one person who the three felt like shouldn't be happy was Al, whose emerald eyes now showed wrath and envy instead of shock as the three passed by his slightly burnt self.
From there, they saw two tables, each containing a metaphorical roadblock for them.
For a moment, Cody froze. Even after all of this time, even after her choosing two guys over him, Cody still found it hard to not focus on the amazing Goth eating with the Punk. He knew it was dumb and pathetic but he couldn't help himself, Gwen was so great. Thankfully for him, he felt two hands on his shoulders. Turning his head on both sides, he saw Leshawna and Lindsay offering him reassuring smiles. That helped him a lot. He found himself able to move his feet again, and the three of them continued on their way. As they did, the Goth and the Punk had seen them together and were naturally shocked. While Gwen merely showed confusion, Duncan showed confusion mixed with malice.
Then at the second one, it was Leshawna who found movement robbed from her legs. She saw Harold, staring lovingly into Heather's eyes as they shared their morning meal. Seeing him be that way with a girl that she still considered to be a devil hurt her deeply. Even more so when she saw that one of Heather's hands was under the table and slowly moving up and down, confirming the rumor that they were a very sexually active couple. It was widely believed this was because of them being apart for almost all of TDWT. [1]
Suddenly Leshawna felt a hand clasp hers, a thin white hand…belonging to Lindsay.
"Come on, LeDunca. I'm sure the food here's, like, super yummy!" She says smiling.
Smiling in graduate, Leshawna continued. As she and the others past them, both Heather and Harold finally noticed them. Both were confused to see the three be so buddy-buddy. And while she was a little suspicious, Heather ignored this and continued to move her hand under the table up and down. Harold quickly lost any thoughts not relating to this.
After passing through those sections of evil leers and awkward moments, the trio of teens found some sights that aroused feelings that ranged from indifference to pleasantness.
At one table, they saw Katie and Sadie, being as charmingly bubbly (and possibly creepy) as always. However, unlike always, there were two other people who were in the middle of them. Both of them were boys, each eating their breakfast while flirting with them, well; one was more eating than flirting. That teenage boy, Owen, was wooing Sadie. And the other teenage boy, Justin, was charming Katie. Of the two, Katie found a guy first. After he had been "disfigured" near the end of TDA, Justin's already low self-esteem reached its lowest point. With him in a self-appointed emotional abyss, he grew to really appreciate the bubbly cheerfulness of the Twins. So much so that he ended up developing a sincere attraction to Katie, which she gladly returned. For Sadie, she remained alone (in the sense of a boyfriend) until roughly three-quarters of the way through TDWT, when Owen was eliminated. She was in the eating area, silently wallowing in her boyfriend lack, when she saw Owen doing the same over Izzy breaking up with him. It didn't take long for them to click, especially when Owen discovered that Sadie was a great cook.
Moving on from that pair, they saw the newest pairings among the cast. Well, at least one of them was official, anyway. That official pairing was Courtney hooking up with DJ. After the events of TDWT, in particular her being betrayed by both Duncan and Gwen, the C.I.T. was more hurt and alone than she had ever been before. Listening to his Mama, despite his fear of Courtney, DJ started to comfort her. With her normal defenses lowered, Courtney was very grateful, resulting in her officially starting to go-out with the Gentle Giant a few days before the finale of TDWT. Needless to say, DJ was very thankfully to his Mama for suggesting that he reach out to her to help her deal with her pain. The unofficially pairing was Ezekiel and Beth. At the moment, it was just the Farm Girl helping the Homeschooled One recover from his abuse during TDWT…but more could come from it.
Of all of the couples that had formed after TDI, only one could rival Heather and Harold as the most unlikely based off of TDI. Sitting at the next table was a pair of teens making out. They had likely been doing this for some time; their food was largely untouched by either. But if asked, it is likely that neither teen would have complained. And that was shocking given who one of the teens was…Noah! But even more shocking was the girl who was so passionately making out with the normally bitter bookworm…Bridgette!
This couple, with polar opposite personalities, with one being cynical and introverted and the other being optimistic and extroverted, could only be explained by how they hooked up. Bridgette had been becoming more and more bitter towards Geoff, who had let the fame of hosting the aftermath show go to his head and become a Chris Jr. during TDA. But she was still terribly devastated when he broke up with her after the second aftermath show. As she was crying by herself after it happened, Noah, who was just walking by, found her. Despite him having no normal skill or interest in doing so, he became a shoulder to cry on. While normally not an emotional individual, for some reason how Geoff treated Bridgette caused a fire to grow in his belly the likes of which he wouldn't have believed beforehand. For the first time ever, he felt anger instead of cold indifference at another's suffering. One day, when Noah found Geoff, he unleashed a verbal tongue lashing so bad and powerful that it almost literally whipped the arrogant jerk out of the former Fun Guy. Her being touched by the gesture combined with his comforting her before that lead to the Surfer Chick making out with him as passionately as she could. Noah was reasonably pleased and eagerly agreed to have his first girlfriend.
For quite sometime after his breakup with Bridgette, Geoff was largely a pariah among the cast. There was, however, one person who treated him the same as she always had. But then again, Izzy treated everyone the same way. It was just far crazier than most would. That, combined with her wild nature and lust for life, resulted in her hooking up with the disgraced Party Guy. She might have been the only girl who surpassed Bridgette in terms of willingness to passionately make-out in public, but it was honestly very close. More importantly, that was a huge part of Geoff getting back in many people's good graces. The only thing that helped more was Bridgette saying that she forgave him. Likely because of this, Geoff had finally returned to his original party loving, kind self. Proof of this could be seen in him flirting with Izzy in between kisses and eating food.
Seeing that, the three made it to the only open table. Cody was in a middle seat while Leshawna was on his right and Lindsay was on his left. Roughly a minute after they sat down, their waitress came. She was a cute Hawaiian girl with brown eyes and brown hair with a hint of redness in it done up in odango buns. She said that her name was Alamea.
After taking their orders smirking, she remarked how Cody was a lucky guy to net two such lovely ladies. With all of those at the table blushing to varying degrees, she left.
Once the redness left all of their cheeks, the three teenagers exchanged in small talk. They only stopped when Alamea brought the there food. True to Lindsay's prediction, it was, like, super yummy. As there waitress collected their bill (complete with a large tip), Leshawna broke the new silence and asks, "So, whata we gonna be doin' today, guys?"
For a few minutes, no one could think of a single suggestion. Then Cody got one. "How about we start off playing some Wii games on the console in the game room? I've got some games and a few extra controllers from back home so it wouldn't be a problem."
The two girls looked at each other confused. Cody feared that he had made a stupid suggestion until…
"Sure! That sounds like it could be fun. I always kind liked playing with Tyron's Wii." Lindsay happily says, not realizing the innuendo in her statement. It took all that Leshawna and Cody had in them to not start laughing at the Blonde's expense.
"Very good Lindsay." Cody says smiling. "How about you, Leshawna? You up for playing the Will with me?"
The Tech Geek froze, only realizing now that he had fallen into the same verbal trap. This time Leshawna couldn't stop herself from laughing; it happening twice was too much. Thankfully, Cody wasn't hurt by this laughter and actually joined the Soul Sister.
After laughing, Leshawna thought about it. While playing video games wasn't her ideal way to spend a day, she didn't want to be a wet blanket. Besides, it might be fun, right?
"Sure, let's give it a-shot, Short Stuff." Leshawna says with a smile.
Smiling, Cody told them where the game room was located and said he'd meet them there after he went to his room and collected the needed equipment.
As they departed, someone who had been watching them the entire time shot up in fury. Vanishing in a streak of tan and purple, this person was seething to the boiling point.
She would not allow this insidious perversion of the natural order to go unchallenged!
Lindsay and Leshawna waited in the large room. At the back of this room was a glass doorway that leads to the hotel's gym. Within the room itself was a truly massive flat-screen TV of the highest HD possible was the centerpiece of the room, with it surrounded by a VCR/DVD combo set, a Blue-Ray, and every major video console available, including a Nintendo Wii system.
The two different yet equal beauties waited for Cody on a large couch in front of the TV. Leshawna had checked her watch a few times; she was wondering what was taking the Geek so long. She knew that his room wasn't that far away from here so what was up?
The opening of the door to the main room's entrance broke her train of thought. Both girls looked at the door, expecting to see Cody. But it wasn't he who entered the room. When they saw whom it was who entered, Lindsay's face changed from joy to horror.
It was Tyler and Eva, both carrying gym bags and dressed in workout clothing. The athletic couple didn't seem to even notice Leshawna or Lindsay as they traveled through the main room to the gym. After they passed through the glass doorway, the two girls could see that they each got on an exercise bike and started their shared heavy workout.
Leshawna looked at Lindsay, and saw that the Blonde Bombshell was very upset. Even after roughly half a season, she still was having a very hard time moving on from Tyler. Those normally sweet, shining sapphire eyes of hers were starting to turn red and watery. Despite knowing (shockingly) how pathetic it was for her to cry about this in public, Lindsay was about to. Her inability to stop herself only made her feel even lower.
Thankfully for her, she felt a hand gently squeeze hers. Looking, she saw Leshawna. While the Soul Sistah didn't say anything, her comforting brown eyes said it all. Spoken without words was recognition of her pain and the genuine belief she'd overcome it. Smiling, the Blonde Bombshell shook her head at the Chocolate Goddess gratefully.
After a few minutes of this shared silence, Cody finally entered the gaming room. His hands were full with three Wii controllers and six Wii games: Godzilla: Unleashed, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Wii Play, Game and Wario, and Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games. Of greater curiosity to the girls, mainly Leshawna, was how he seemed to be really out-of-breathe and faintly sweating.
"Boy, what took ya so long? And why do you sound like you just ran a marathon?" Leshawna asks the approaching Tech Geek.
"Oh, um…you see," Cody starts to say, suddenly getting a little nervous. "I had just gotten the games when I had a, uh…little run-in, yeah that's it, with Duncan and Al."
"You did, did you?" Leshawna asks with her eyes narrowing a bit as her voice growled. She felt like she might have to have a "talk" with those two punks while she was here.
Cody waved his hand. "That's no biggie, Leshawna. Ducking creeps like them for years has made me pretty good at it by now. I got away even carrying all of these Wii games. Speaking of which, which game would you and Lindsay like to play?"
Looking at Lindsay, Leshawna knew that she was still a bit uneasy thanks to seeing Tyler and Eva. She was in no mood to choose a game.
So Leshawna says, "Whichever you want, Short Stuff. They all seem the same to me."
"Come on Leshawna, that's profiling." Cody says with a cocky grin. She laughs at this.
With the Soul Sister's laughter as a kind of background noise, Cody places his SD card and one of the game disks into the Wii. The game Cody had chosen was The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, since he had already started this game and as such he wouldn't risk boring the girls with a long introduction. He'd explain the controls as he went along. His aim was after watching him plays a single player game for a bit, and allowing them to see how the Wii works, they would then all take part in some of the multi-player games.
Once the game started up, it displayed an area called the Ancient Cistern, an ancient temple that shows a mix of technology with nature that had visual touches reflecting an aesthetic of Buddhism. The graphics conveying this world were enjoyable to look at.
And that notion was put to the test as a mostly dark brown spider the same of the game's hero, the green-clad pointy-eared warrior Link, that had markings that gave its abdomen the uncanny similarity to a human skull descended from the ceiling on some webbing. Lindsay and Leshawna didn't know it but this kind of enemy was called a Skulltula.
Acting quickly, Cody thrust his control stick forward, causing Link a forward thrust.
Noting the looks of confusion at the action (more from Leshawna than Lindsay for once) Cody says, "Uh, that's how the Wii works. Your actions and movements affect the game. In this case, me moving the control stick affect how the sword is swung by Link."
Returning his attention to the game, Cody performed an upward motion with the control stick, causing Link to preform an upward slash. The Skulltula was now on its belly. Executing the proper motion of the control stick, Cody had Link perform a downward stab, executing the Skulltula.
The Tech Geek was slightly startled by the reaction of the two super sexy speculators. They were clapping, lightly mind you, but they were still clapping.
Amused by this, Cody ended up making exaggerated bow after exaggerated bow as he responses in a good-natured way with, "Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank-" However, in his bowing, Cody had taken his eyes off of the screen and as a result Link was quickly killed by a swarm of Skulltulas. "-You gotta be kidding me! Come on!"
Lindsay and Leshawna couldn't help but laugh at what had taking place. Thankfully, Cody didn't mind. Even he had to admit that it was pretty funny. He laughed too.
With that behind them, Cody continued to show Lindsay and Leshawna this game. As he played, the girls were kind of impressed by how much finesse and skill at timing. He might not have been that muscular or socially skilled but he could make a sexually ambiguous elf in green tights kill spiders better than anybody else either girl knew!
The highlight was the boss fight with an ancient automaton called Koloktos, which was enormous, possessing six arms, and each hand having either a massive sword or axe.
Though it was a challenge, Cody ended up beating the ancient automaton. Despite themselves, the two girls had gotten into the fight and cheered after Cody won.
But the highlight of playing Zelda was when Lindsay cooed at seeing the massive Heart Container and said, "Aw! That looks like Cody's heart, all big and bright!"
As you'd likely guess, the Tech Geek was blushing madly with a look of embarrassment. Meanwhile, Leshawna merely chucked at the young man's silly yet sweet expression.
After roughly two hours of playing various Wii games, the three decided that it was they had had enough for now. Cody turned off the Wii and returned his things to his room. Once he came back, he says, "So, do either of you have any ideas for what to do now?"
"Well, I think it'd be good if we all got outside for a bit, ya'll." Leshawna says.
"I agree. But what exactly do you have in mind?" Cody asks.
"Well…how 'bout we do snorkeling or something like that?"
"Um, that's a pretty good idea. Lindsay, do you have any suggestions to contribute?"
Lindsay was tapping her lip, doing something that was very hard for her to do: think. "Uh…ummmm…oh! What if we, like, go on a jungle tour and see all of the pretty flowers and pretty birdies?"
"That'd be fine with me." Leshawna says to Lindsay.
"And I would like snor-snork…seeing all the fishes." Lindsay responds back with.
"Fair enough. Then it up to you Cody to be the tiebreaker. What should we do?"
Cody was deeply conflicted. On the one hand, picking Leshawna's option would be nice…and let him see these girls in their swimwear. That was a massive plus! In fact, Cody for the first second or two wasn't torn at all. He was about to without hesitation pick Leshawna's choice but then he had a thought. Cody thought back to the beach last night, mainly when he was about to shove his face right into Lindsay's boobs. He remembered how he almost gave into the purely sexual side, not considering the girl. For some odd reason only knowable to the Tech Geek, that idea made him not want to see Leshawna and Lindsay in their sexy swimwear…at least, for the time being, that is.
"How about we go on a jungle tour?" Cody finally says.
To his relief, Leshawna agrees and the three of them walked towards the doorway out.
However, what wasn't to his relief was the fact that someone was now blocking the door.
It was a tall and tan-skinned someone, with only a few patches of purple hair on her head. That combined with her natural height advantage, crossed arms, and the fierce scowl on her face made Cody frightened, even more so than normal when it came to Sierra.
But then the scowl on Sierra's face suddenly vanished and was replaced by a full smile that, even despite its fullness, didn't feel genuine. After the smile appeared, Sierra says, "Oh, there's my Cody!" Her voice was overly bright…but its artificialness was clear.
Grabbing Cody with shocking speed and trapping him in one of her bone crushing hugs, Sierra adds, while being deaf to the sounds of his bones breaking and his gasps for air, "Where have you been, Sweetie? Mama was so worried about her little Cody-Boo!" While still "hugging" Cody, Sierra's eyes suddenly became narrow and her voice changed into a growling hiss as she looked at Leshawna and Lindsay before adding, "So, Cody, what have you been up to? And what are you doing with these lonely ladies?"
The Tech Geek attempted to answer but his attempts failed to appear because of the lack of oxygen. Between realizing that and not liking Sierra's attitude, the "lonely ladies" became miffed; for some reason Sierra's antics bugged them both more than normal.
"Not that its any of ya business," Leshawna says with a tone just as nasty and defensive, "but me, Blonde, and Short Stuff there were plannin' on takin' a jungle tour…alone."
"Is that so?" Sierra says, her voice becoming even more venomous than before. Setting Cody down without taking her eyes off of Leshawna and Lindsay, the Stalker walked up to them, violating their personal space and not caring. "Leshawna, Lindsay, let me save you some trouble, all right? Cody is all mine. He loves me! So he's off limits to both of you! You two have had your own interests and ruined them, so leave mine alone!"
Both Lindsay and Leshawna became even more crossed than before. Leshawna more so, as proving when she retorted with, "Crazy Girl, I don't know what little planet you are livin' on but it'll be a cold day in Hell before I let a nut-case like you tell me what to do! And just in case you can't see the painfully obvious, Cody doesn't love you, not one bit. I've seen injured mice that loved the cats trying to eat 'em more than Cody loves you!"
"Well, yeah," Lindsay added, not as fiery but definitely annoyed at Sierra's claims, "Cody's never seemed that into you. Why do you think he likes you so much, uh?"
Sierra actually looked taken aghast, horrified to death at the prospect Lindsay proposed. "WHAT!? Of course, Cody loves me! That's as obvious and beautiful as the sun rising!"
"Then why did he try to avoid you all throughout this season and try to vote you out a couple of times?" Lindsay asks, both angry at Sierra and genuinely confused.
"Simple; that was just my Cody-Wody being unfamiliar with the feeling of real love!" Sierra shouts with her all.
"But then, like, why does he always look so nervous and afraid when you're around?"
"That's just my Codikins' nerves weakening by the strength of our shared love! Its power knows no limits and travels through his body like a surge of beautiful lightning!"
"Oookkay…but then why does he keep changing rooms and locking his doors when you try to enter them?"
Sierra was briefly silent, both unable to find a answer and inwardly fuming at having the obviousness of Cody's love for her challenged by someone who can't remember names.
When Sierra's voice came back to her, it was more akin to dragon's in terms of its wrath as she says, "Now you listen to me you little big-boobed brain-dead bimbo, I…!"
"Sierra! What are you doing!?" Cody shouts, finally finding his voice return to him.
"Stand back, Honey Pot. Let Mommy deal with these vile, shallow temptresses!" Sierra says before turning to face the Tech Geek, "Cody, why are you hanging out with these girls instead of me? One is a total airhead who can't even give get people's names right and lost a boy because of it, and the other has so much attitude almost as big as her body who shunned away a guy trying to love her! They are so low and unworthy of your angelic radiance! I'm the only girl who is worthy of worshiping you, my Codikins!"
"Since when did Cody become yours!?" Leshawna and Lindsay shout in angry unison.
"He's always been mine, even before I knew he existed! I saw it in dreams after I first saw him on Total Drama Island. From that moment, I knew that we were meant to be!" Sierra shouts back, channeling an almost religious zeal that disturbed the other teens.
"Sierra! Please stop th-!" Cody begged, even more horrified than he was before.
"Quiet Cody!" Sierra shouts at the object of her affection with thunderous volume, silencing him. "Let your old Mama Sierra deal with these horrible, heartless harlots!"
"Sierra!" Cody grunted, with his voice filled with anger instead of fear. Not knowing he was doing it, Cody's hands were balling themselves into tight and shaking fists.
Sierra didn't notice as she says, "Hush, Baby! Now then, Big Boobs and Bigger Butt, I'm only going to warn you one time…STAY AWAY FROM MY CODY! You've both had your shots at happiness and you both destroyed them! Your nothing but a plague, destroying everything you touch. I will not allow you to bring your filthy pestilence upon my pure little Cody-Wody. He's a guy who neither of you could ever hope to have love you. I'm the only one worthy of him! I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL LOVE HIM! I'M THE ONLY ONE HE DOES LOVE, AND WHO HE EVER WILL LOVE! I'M…"
"SIERRA! SHUT UP!"
Sierra froze, her impassioned words dying in her throat. She looked shocked and horrified. Leshawna and Lindsay, who had by that point been staring Sierra right in the eyes and getting ready to smack the Stalker down, were equally shocked. Turning around slowly, all three girls were stunned at the sight they saw.
They saw Cody. But was this truly Cody?
It was Cody all right, the gap in his teeth and his teal eyes were unmistakable. But he was different. The gap in his teeth was hard to see because his mouth was contorted into a facial expression fit for demons from Hell. His teal eyes were like burning blue flames. The normally timid Tech Geek never looked so angry and legitimately frightening.
Though all three girls were stunned, Sierra was by far the most unnerved by what she saw. "C-Ca-Cody…wha-what's gotten into you? You've never shouted at Mama before! Was these two home wreckers? Did they put you up to this? I knew it! Of course they did. Well let me just put them in their place so you'll stop confusing their wretched lies for what you really think about me and…"
"KEEP THAT DAMN MOUTH OF YOURS SHUT!" Cody snapped, causing the Stalker who never stopped talking to shut up and keep her mouth shut. "For this whole season I've listened to you saying what you seem to think I feel about you. Well, guess what Sierra, now the gloves come off. Like or not, here's what I honestly think of you!"
Sierra's lashing out at Leshawna and Lindsay proved to be the straw that broke the camel's back. For the first time in his entire life, Cody was about to hold nothing back. Unknowingly, he was about to unleash at once all of the opinions and emotions that he had repressed throughout TDWT thanks to him being concerned about Sierra's feelings.
"I don't see you has someone I love, or that I'm capable of loving! You are a stalker; you have no respect or understanding of the concept of my boundaries! I don't think you see me as a person but instead a living toy that exists only for your delusional fantasies and pleasure! Your endless violations of my personal space and wishes say that much clearly! No matter what I say or do, you make it conform to your twisted worldview; making obvious attempts to get rid of you seem like an insidious conspiracy and not simple truth! But your self-deceiving delusions don't end there. I honestly think your obsession with me is so deep that you'd start seeing me everywhere even when I'm nowhere near you. Despite your deep obsession, I think the idea of me is important to you than the real me! I could never ever consider someone as a significant other who views me in that way! Even in a season in which my dream girl overlooked my feelings for her and chose a vile cheater instead of me, your mere presence was the worst part of it and easily the worst experience of my entire life! If you had asked me during this season at any point, I would have gladly would have given away everything I own…just so long as I didn't have to worry about you stealing my clothes or making me into a mindless zombie that you carried around like a backpack! And you know what, I still feel exactly the same way!"
Cody stopped his rant only to breath. His voice was getting hoarse and his throat was starting to hurt but he didn't care. He was determined to finally get this all out of him. Leshawna and Lindsay were awestruck, unable to imagine this angry person as Cody.
But their disbelief could not compare to that of Sierra who was barely able to form words. "B-b-ba-but…but…that's-that's…I-I, I know you la-love me…love me, Cody…"
Sympathy would come later. Right now, Cody wasn't letting anything stop him from finally getting these massive boulders off of his chest and out of his mind for good.
"Have you ever even considered that I didn't love you, that I couldn't love you!? Have you ever considered that your efforts repelled me instead of enchanted me!? Did you consider it but ignore that because it didn't fit into your madness that you've elected me the center of!? Could you have envisioned that I didn't love you and that I never would!? Did you once ever actually think of me instead of what you wanted from me, Sierra!?"
Cody stopped, his chest heaving in and out rapidly to replace the oxygen he just used to final say what he had secretly hoped to all season. He knew it was mean but he didn't care. It was the release for Gwen choosing Duncan, for Alejandro beating him so easily, for Sierra making his life a living hell and clearly having no intentions of stopping that.
As the cobalt coals of his eyes finally died down, Cody saw Sierra, who was perfectly still. She had the look of someone whose entire perception of reality had been shattered. Her black eyes were starting to form tears. Though her voice was soft and overwhelmed, the Stalker was clearly trying to say that Cody hated her. Even though Cody meant every word of what he had just said, that didn't mean that he enjoyed bringing someone, even Sierra, to tears.
With Leshawna and Lindsay still trapped in shock and Sierra now trapped in sadness, Cody's voice was the only one that filled the air of the gaming room. But now his voice was calm, soft, and, dare it be said, comforting as the Tech Geek says to her, "Listen, Sierra. Despite what I just said, and meaning every single word of it, I don't hate you. Heck, despite making me miserable I don't think you're the worst person in the cast. It's sometimes hard for me to acknowledge but I know you mean well with your actions. And I can honestly say that I never would have made is far as I did this year without you. I never would have even made it to Hawaii in the first place without your undying help."
Cody paused when he noticed the genuine smile on Sierra's face. Similar to what he just said, he meant every word. Just as he equally meant all of the following words, "But though that's all true, there's more I need to say. I know you want me to return your feelings but I just can't. I don't feel the way about you that you do about me. I would hate myself if I acted like I did just to make you happy and it ultimately would do you a disservice. You deserve someone who cares about you as much as you care about them.
"I wouldn't mind having you as a friend, Sierra. But you have to acknowledge that I don't and I never will love you. I know it's a cruel irony considering that's basically the situation between Gwen and me but now that I've been on the receiving end I understand. If the person you have a crush don't like you back, you have to move on, no matter how painful it is, or you'll be cursed to be trapped as someone who can't get more out of life.
"So, what do you say Sierra? Will you choose to be a good friend and not a lover who I will gladly accept or a stalker who I will shun?"
For a minute, the teens stood there in silence, absorbing everything that Cody just said.
Leshawna and Lindsay looked at Cody, their pervious fear replaced by amazement. Thanks to their talk last night, both girls knew that Cody was a lot more mature than he normally lets on. But even so, they were floored by the display of maturity he showed.
They along with Cody waited on Sierra; waiting to see which option she would choose. They all hoped that she would accept becoming Cody's friend and leaving it at that. If she did, it would show a deeper depth previously unseen from The Obsessive Uber-Fan.
After turning around to face Leshawna and Lindsay, Sierra made her decision, saying, "You see, you home wreckers! CODY DOES LOVE ME! Your temptations failed you! The strength of our love knows no limits! And it will be unchallenged after I get you two to stop trying to steal my man!"
Saying nothing more and catching everyone off-guard, Sierra lunged at Leshawna and Lindsay!
Acting on instinct, Leshawna and Lindsay quickly stepped to their sides. Sierra ended up going right between them. And Sierra didn't stop there. She had really lunged at them.
KRRETTTTESSH!
Sierra had smashed right through the glass separating the game room from the exercise room. Tiny clear crystal shards had caused many very tiny cuts on her tan skin. The last thing she noticed before stopping was that what ended her travel was something softer.
Even with the pain, Sierra had no intentions of stopping her attack on the two tempters. After all, she had the right and necessity to do so. They had tried to take away her Cody! Such a vile trespass could never be forgiven! They would receive no mercy from her!
And Sierra was not the only one who would offer no mercy today.
"WHAT THE HELL!?" Shouted a voice that instantly inspired fear in Sierra.
The softer thing that Sierra had speared into had gotten up, shaking Sierra off of her. The entire wrath on Sierra's face drained away the moment that she saw the wrath on Eva's!
Powerless to do anything else, Sierra muttered a barely hearable, "Eep."
Realizing what was about to happen, Cody, Leshawna and Lindsay all quickly beat feet and retreat!
Despite Tyler's best efforts to calm his new girlfriend down, Eva was beyond pissed. She didn't take kindly to the unexpected hit to her very toned abs.
Sierra, even if only in her own mind, had the right and necessity to stop Leshawna and Lindsay from stealing her Cody. But against Eva, right and necessity weren't enough.
The next minute or so the only sounds in the air were Sierra's screams of fear and pain combined with the noises of Eva's powerful fists striking her flesh.
Still fleeing the scene, the three teens ran towards the bus station to head out on their jungle tour.
As his sneakered feet ran, Cody had a thought, 'Even after what she tried to do, I feel bad for Sierra. But…maybe I won't have to switch rooms or getting better locks anymore? Maybe now I can finally have a fresh start?'
Ok, and that was the second chapter of this story! Cody is, at least for now, free of Sierra. As a result, he can actually bond with Leshawna and Lindsay. YAY!
Some might accuse me of Sierra bashing but this is how I see the character reacting. As her behavior in TDAS showed, Sierra is hopelessly delusional and obsessed. Cody might be a bit too mean to her but writing is dialogue came so easily to me. What are your opinions about how I portrayed Cody and Sierra in this chapter?
So, as I said, before, this chapter is my first real foray into AU fanon pairings. Aside from Heather/Harold and Tyler/Eva revealed in the first chapter, the new one are: Katie/Justin, Owen/Sadie, Courtney/DJ, Beth/Ezekiel, Noah/Bridgette, and Geoff/Izzy. To be perfectly honest, I'm not a huge fan of most of these new couples. Before writing this chapter, the only one I liked was Noah/Bridgette. After writing it, the ones I like are that one and Geoff/Izzy (and maybe with a little more thought Courtney/DJ). However, please let me know what you think of this first stab at explaining fanon couples within a timeline different from Total Drama's canon, ok?
In fact, I have another question in regards to these couples I'd like to pitch to you. As it stands now, Cody won't get to any hot actions with either Leshawna or Lindsay until chapter five or six (at the moment I'm planning on eight chapters). Naturally, this means that there will be no sexual interactions until then. However, there might be a way around that. I might be persuaded to writing a sexual scene with one or more of these fanon couples so you get some sexy action before the main event. I'm truthfully unsure if I should do this or not and I'd like you opinions. On the one hand I'm sure you'd all like some sexy goodness sooner than I'm planning on delivering it. But on the other, I'm worried that having sex scenes with other couples might be pointless and take away from when the main characters do it. Leave your opinions on this matter in your review or in a PM to me if you'd like. Also, please tell me which of these other couples, including Heather/Harold and Tyler/Eva, you'd like me to depict and why. If I were to do this, the couples that I would mostly do this with are: Heather/Harold, Bridgette/Noah, Izzy/Geoff/, or Courtney/DJ.
The next chapter will have Cody, Leshawna, and Lindsay all taking a jungle tour. To be perfectly honest, aside from one or two events, I don't know what I'll have the three teens doing here. If you have any ideas, please let me know about them, ok?
[1] It might be unbelievable that Heather would be so sexually open with Harold in public. I acknowledge this but I can't stop myself from writing it! It's so cute and hot! Besides, the two had been spilt apart literally the entire season so it not totally shocking that I'd both be sexually starved and wanting to make up for lost time.
Until next time, please read, review, favor follow, and spread the word! :)
