Jade and I bolt from the table and I almost tackle Cat as we run up to her. She turns around and looks at us with a scowl. "What do you guys want?" I've never seen her this pissed and upset.

Jade looks down, ashamed, "Cat, we just wanted to apologize."

I nod my head, "Yeah, Kitty Cat. We're so sorry," I hang my head down.

Cat rolls her eyes. "Really? You're sorry that you asked me out, then had sex with me, and then had sex with another girl fifteen minutes later in the same spot?" she glares at me. "And you," she turns to Jade. "You're sorry that we helped you out and invited you over after Beck dumped you? And you're sorry that you stole Robbie from me, and then did it again half an hour later?" She shifts her eyes and looks at both of us. "So you guys are sorry that you hurt me so badly because you couldn't even admit you wanted each other?" She turns around, "I don't really buy it."

I grab Cat's arm and turn her around. "Cat, I'm sorry. It was hard for both of us to face the truth but we both love you and we never wanted you to get hurt."

"We're so sorry, Cat. I never realized how I felt about Robbie until this weekend," Jade tries to explain.

Cat huffs, "So your excuse is that you guys didn't know what was going on? And that's why you felt the need to lead me on and break my heart?"

I widen my eyes and feel a tear falling down my cheek. "Cat," Jade says gently. "We were so wrong and we feel so bad about hurting you. And if you don't want us to be together, we won't."

I shoot Jade a look but she avoids my eyes. I sigh, "It's true, Cat. If that's what you want or need, we won't be together."

Cat's face softens a little, "Really? I mean, no," she shakes her head. "You guys are my best friends, if you want to date, you should."

"Aww, you really mean that?" Jade asks.

Cat nods a little, "Yeah. I mean, I'm not super happy about what you guys did, but I forgive you."

Me and Jade both wrap our arms around her. "Thanks, Cat,: I say.

"Thank you so much," Jade says into her ear.

"By the way, guys," Cat pulls away from us. "I might've told Beck about everything that happened because I was really upset."

Jade frowns, "What did he say?"

"He didn't care. He said he was expecting it and he helped me calm down, actually. He said he's known how you guys have felt about each other for ages and he wanted you to be together."

Jade and I both smile, "That's so sweet," we say at the same time. We look over to each other and start laughing.

"Yeah, I'm glad he calmed me down. I was honestly way more furious before if that's even possible. I felt so betrayed." Cat starts frowning again.

Jade puts her hand on her shoulder. "Cat, we were so wrong to do all of that. I'm so sorry."

Cat shakes her head. "It's okay. You shouldn't have done that but I forgive you, really. Guys, I have to go do some homework."

"Okay, we'll see you later?" I ask.

Cat nods her head, "Kay kay."

Jade and I sit back down at a random table. "So we can keep seeing each other," I tell Jade.

"Yeah," she nods. "I wonder how that's going to go."

"I'm not actually sure. We've always had such a strange chemistry."

"That's true," she gets up and puts her hands on my shoulders. "Guess, we'll have to see." She kisses me on the head and leaves before I can say anything else.
