A/N Hey everyone. I only have 2 Tributes so far, and I need 22 more. Please keep in mind that they can be ANY age that is part of this year's Hunger Games. This takes place 5 years after the Capitol fell.

"Belle, wake up honey," said my mother, while gently shaking me. I groaned. I did not like where I lived, or how I lived. We were an average family from the Capitol of Panem. At least that's what they used to call it. Now it is just called District 14. It isn't as glorious as it used to be, but it used to be built on hatred. Our former president, President Snow, wasn't exactly nice. He initiated the Hunger Games, and there were 75 before the Capitol fell. Now, we are led by a new President, who I also don't like. She seems too focused on the other Districts. Then I remembered, today is the day of the reaping for the 76th Hunger Games. I know it will only involve Capitol children, and those that were related to the past rulers are much more likely to be in the Arena, than children who aren't.

I walk into the bathroom and turn on the shower. As I step in to the shower, I feel the warm water embrace me. Its warmth reminds me of blood, the blood of the past tributes that the Capitol tortured. I hate the Capitol for what they did to the districts; I feel I am the only one in the capitol that feels this way. I step out of the shower and dry off. I adjust my makeup. I go downstairs, and eat a luscious breakfast. I walk outside to the city circle.

"Welcome, to the reaping of the 76th Hunger Games. This year's Hunger Games will have 2 special twists. First off, everyone will train in one of the districts. Each district will have 2 tributes in it. Also, to remind the Capitol that its decisions affected every person in Panem, the tributes will be reaped from a pool of every Capitol Citizen." Says a Capitol Woman

I heard some shocked gasps. This has never happened before. I wonder how it will go.

"Now, please welcome President Paylor."

The President talks about the history of Panem. She talks about how horrible the Hunger Games were, and how the rebellion started. Finally she gets to the reaping. I can feel everyone biting their nails. No wonder they didn't bother separating us, it would have been too difficult.

"Ladies First," say Paylor

She reaches into a glass bowl, and pulls out a name. It seems nature itself has stopped in anticipation

"Aalia Isabelle Grey," reads Paylor clearly.

My heart falls. I am going to the Arena.
