Playtime
Her smile radiates sunshine,
Across the sky so gray,
Full of love and joy,
For she is happy today.
Dancing across a field of flowers,
The whole world in the palm of her hand,
As far as the eye can see,
Beautiful patches of land.
Spring sparks a light in her,
As she plays with his fur,
But then the sun begins to fade,
Down to bed she goes and lays,
In hopes of tomorrow he'll play again.
