Too Much
How do you know when something is too much?
When you grab a handful of candy, and they spill out your hand.
Or when you try your best in a race, but you can't catch your breath.
Does this count as too much?
When you look at someone, and all you see is him.
When you try to think of something else,
But it all goes back to him.
When you try to give him up,
To your cutesy, dearest friend
But you fail to horribly
Because you just love him.
But now I do know what is too much.
When you are so sick and thin
When you collapse
And fall in the gym
When you make me worried
When you make me upset,
I realize that is too much.
