Mice are weird. They are furry and soft at the same time. I love hunting them in the forest, breathing their scent, pouncing on the small bodies. They taste good too, unless you are in leafbare. Then mice are thin and stringy, not good to eat at all. But in newleaf they come again, plump and juicy. Mice are a good choice to feed the Clan, easy to catch and the perfect size. If only these clumsy apprentices would understand how to stalk them! Well, I better go hunt some more. I need a mouse to fill my hungry belly!
