"Annabeth? Where are you? Say something Annabeth" I am screaming now. Where is she? Where am I? It's so dark that I can't tell. But the only thing I'm worried about is Annabeth. I see a gold glint on a tree branch 10 feet in front of me….that's the golden fleece.. This is Half-Blood Hill. I don't feel any calmer I just know that I have to call for help because I'm weaponless, I dropped Riptide a while ago..
I start making my way to Thalia's pine tree but that's when I hear a shrilling scream full of desperation. My heart drops to my feet. There is one thing on my mind and its Annabeth. I run towards the scream. "Annabeth, I'm coming!" I yell.
I don't know where I'm going. It's too dark to know that. I stop for a while to listen "Annabeth!" I yell one last time as I check in my pocket for Riptide but it's still not here…. It never takes this long.
Then I hear Annabeth say "Percy? Oh my gods, I'm here…" I walk towards the voice and I am about to pull her into a hug but my eye catch 2 red lights. I slowly turn to look at what it is. They aren't lights….They eyes.
"Look Out!" I yell but it's too late. The beast which looks like a wolf but wolf aren't the size of a car and aren't so vicious with red glowing eyes lunges. I want to push Annabeth out of the way but I can't move..
All I do is scream as the ugly-beasty-wolf bites Annabeth shoulder and watch as Annabeth screams in agony.
I wake up with the shrill of my alarm clock and. I. Can't. Breathe.
