I stared at the ground which was littered with plastic bottles and cigarette butts. It was next to impossible to not notice the figure standing beside me. "Dan," I looked up at Arin. "are you okay?" "Yeah," I said heavily. "You just... Well, you haven't even looked at me for thirty minutes. Am I making you nervous?" I glanced back at my feet. "Well, to be honest, yeah." I looked back up at Arin, our eyes meeting for a second. A grin spread across Arin's face. "Don't worry, man. I won't bite." He laughed. "I didn't really think you would. Now I'm kinda concerned." We laughed together. "I'm ferocious," somehow, imagining Arin being in any way "ferocious" eased my nerves. There was a moment of silence when suddenly Arin spoke up. "Do you want to come over to my place? Curfew is in fifteen minutes and I don't want you to be taken back to your dorm in a police car on your first day." Arin proposed. I just met the dude and he already wanted me to go to his place? Damn, I was one lucky son of a bitch. "Oh... Umm... Sure," my cheeks had turned dark red and my eyes were glued back to the ground. Arin took me by the wrist and led me in the direction of his dormitory.

A/N: So sorry for the short chapter, I really didn't know what else to write.
