Chapter 2: Fry+Father Time=No Future
There was a blinding flash of blue light and Fry felt himself falling backwards in a chair. He fell into a chamber that locked and froze him for 1,000 years.
Rewind-
Time suddenly reversed to the part where Fry was leaning back on his chair.
"Hey what happened?" asked Fry. Fry suddenly fell back and landed in the chamber but the door didn't close and he didn't get frozen.
"Huh." Mumbled Fry. Fry stepped out of the chamber and looked puzzled.
"Welcome to the world of tomorrow!" declared a voice.
Fry turned around to see a an old scientist holding his hand up with glasses and yellow hair.
"I'm just messing with you," said the figure as he stepped out of the shadows. "These chambers don't even work. They were de-activated 20 somewhat years ago."
He walked to the chamber Fry was in and tapped it. He then turned and saw the pizza on the table.
"Oh my pizza is here," said the man in delight as he picked up the pizza box and soda.
"Wait, your I. ," said Fry confused.
"Oh that," said the Man. "My names Dr. I.C. Meaner. Your boss must have head me wrong."
"This doesn't make sense," said Fry.
"What doesn't," replied Dr. Meaner as he drank some of the soda.
"When I fell into that chamber I was frozen and I woke up in the future! "cried Fry.
"Yea right," chuckled Dr. Meaner as he sipped his soda.
"Its true!" replied Fry angrily.
"You're a real comedian," said Dr. Meaner.
"Your not I. ," whined Fry. "Nibbler is! He was the one that made me go into the chamber so I would stop an evil brain invasion and then stop the head brain from gathering ever piece of info that exists and then destroying the universe."
"Hahahahah!" laughed Dr. Meaner. "Yeah right."
Meaner walked away while Fry stood there confused.
"It must have been the crazy Father Time," said Fry to himself. "He's stopped me from ever going to the future and meeting everyone. But this isn't my time. The future's my time. Nooooooooo!"
