After a long day full of surprises and deception, Patton, Logan, Roman and Virgil sat on the sofa in their common room watching a film as they did after filming a stressful video to strengthen relationships that may have strained. Today, Thomas had allowed himself to see the not so good sides of himself, making Deceit visible. This put a lot of strain on Virgil and Patton in particular, Virgil because he had a past with Deceit and Patton because the deceiving side had been pretending to be him and only Virgil knew, but even he was unsure.
"Hey, Virgil, can I talk to you for a minute?" Whispered Patton to his best friend.
Virgil frowned as the worries of what Patton wanted to talk about flooded through his veins, his throat closing. What was this about? Was it what he said about not being friends? But he didn't like to show the others when he was having an attack so he just put his hood up and walked to the kitchen gesturing Patton to follow him.
"How you doin' kiddo?" He questioned.
"Alright, I, I guess? Why?" Virgil replied, hiding his face with his bangs.
"It's just, the others filled me in on what happened and how you looked upset when Deceit was revealed. I wanted to check you were okay."
"I was angry, I guess, he pretended to be my bes...you Patton." He said, "And I said some things...you know what, it doesn't matter, I'm gonna go to my room. See you dude."
"Later kiddo?" He frowned.
The words Virgil had said stuck with Patton. What did he mean by 'I said some things'? What ever he meant, Patton was determined to find out what it was but for now, he decided to just give him some space. He'd ask about it later when the time was right.
