Ok I realize that I have not updated this story since I posted it. I have no petty excuses as to why I never did, the only thing I can do is admit that I neglected my stories and all of you. I can only ask that you forgive me.

now on a happy note here is the second chapter. I dedicate this to everyone who has waited for it to come out.

It was a good 30 minutes before they reached the shrine were Mayura lived. to the door they could both since that something was wrong, very wrong with the property. Once they both stood in front of the door Loki knocked, waiting for an answer that came a few minutes later when she answered the door. Her face held no real emotion as she addressed them.

"What do you want now Sensei" the last word was stressed with a frosty bite that both men felt. Neither were sure how to react after all the girl they left behind was carefree, naive, kind and friendly. This girl before them held non of those traits, she was cold, distant and biting.

"Miss. Daidouji we were wondering if you would like to help us with the mysterious cases we investigate." they waited for that spark to light up her pink eyes but they stayed duel.

"No now go away" before she was able to close the door Loki placed his hand on it, causing her to sigh before stepping out of the house. She looked both men in the eye before finally giving in.

"If it will get you to go away I'll help you." Mayura really didn't like these to, she got the feeling they hurt her in the past but how is that possible if she has never met them. They smiled to her as Loki handed her a slip of paper.

"Perfect, come to this address to morrow at noon and we'll get started." The only reply they got was the door shutting in there face. Turning they both left the shrine with only one though. 'What have they done'.

*Time Skip - Dream*

'Blackness, why is it always so empty?' was her only thought as she floated there in silance. Scene played out behind her closed eyes. It was an odd scene that involved a girl snooping around where she shouldn't of been. A boy with brown hair came from no where scaring her but the scene begain to fade before she could stop it. 'Please don't leave me in this dark place.' The scene changed to the same darkness but this time water could be heard making a steady dripping sound. 'Where is that coming from?' She never expected an answer and she never got one.

*Time Skip - End of Dream*

Slowly Mayura sat up and looked to the sky and there twinkling little lights that's danced. As a shooting star shot across the sky a single tear fell, this tear marked the beginning of something that not even the heavens could imagine.
