Mistlekit was born a normal cat. As she grows into an apprentice, she is torn between the path of a medicine cat and a warrior. StarClan speaks to her, telling her of a prophecy she can't ignore; she must become a medicine cat to avoid fulfilling the prophecy. However, when she chooses to be a medicine cat, everything goes downhill.
