Author Notes:
Before we continue, I will respond to the reviews that I have received in these few days.
-HPfan7-8: Don't worry; he will have a different origin than Shirou. If I wanted to make a copy and paste then I would give the Gamer Power to Shirou-Kun.
-David Ezequiel: Well, you can give me your thoughts about who will be with who. Though I already have some ideas for the MC's Harem, you can still sent me your suggestions via reviews or PMs.
-Darkstel: I can understand your concerns, dude. Truly, I want to let Shirou have ONLY Arturia and Rin since those two are close enough to be considered semi-lovers/intimately close friends and they love Shirou. But I'm not sure enough about it, so I will let this subject to the readers' ultimate decision. Should I let Shirou have a harem or just those two girls?
Frankly, I love SaberxShirouxRin. I mean, those three practically have a three-way relationship in Unlimited Blade Works' Good End.
-CD123505: Trust me; I know what you mean. And I was tempted to chose one of the other routes for this story but then I remembered that my knowledge about Tsukihime, Kara no Kyoukai and Mahou Tsukai no Yoru was almost a blank sheet by the fact that I didn't reread the visual novels in a long time and my internet connection is shitty at best. I live in the Shit Hole previously known as Venezuela so my options are limited.
Though let me tell you something, this story has deeps CONNECTIONS with the Apocrypha Route and in latter chapters you are going to see why. ;)
-Hero of Justice Roxas: Thanks for your support~! The MC can be a bit manipulative, though he is not a Bad Guy but a Good Guy who use his intellect mostly. You can always send me your suggestions about the abilities and new powers he could obtain. Gamer Power is broken as hell when you use it to the limit.
-Kinunatzs the Eternal: Be cool, buddy. There will NOT be meaningless massacres in this story. Though there will be some gore moments.
-Vendre: Thanks!
-Darkjaden: Amen at the brother! I mean sure, being a hero is a great objective but you have to be realistic some times. But Shirou's case is a particular one because his nearly suicidal attempts to become a Hero of Justice are justified by the fact that he has Survivor Guilt and Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome. Thankfully, he was able to overcome it in the Heaven Feel route. Who would have thought that the key event that triggered that route was that Taiga doesn't volunteered to escort Sakura home on the first in-game day? Lol
But there is a HUGE flaw in your theory. True, Shirou wouldn't become a Counter Guardian but EMIYA WOULD continue to exist even if he killed his past self because Servants are removed from the time-space continuum. He's like Doctor Paradox of Ben 10 if you think about it.
-Necrogod: Why, you say? Because I actually want to expand this world a little bit more. I'm aware that most of you disagreed with me and I, MISELF, even disagreed with MY OWN decision! But there are some thing in this story that has GREAT RELEVANCE with Tsukihime Story and the rest of the Gamer Stories (That's right, ladies and gentlemen. I'm gonna make other Gamer Stories within the Nasuverse)
-Guest: …Seriously? …Do you think I am unaware of this? Do you really think I'm that dumb? Just think about it for a minute.
The number of Fate/Stay Night's Gamer Stories route are way too much for the tastes of most people, heck, even the number of Fate/Kaleid and Fate/Apocrypha stories are less than the 30% in the whole Fate fanfiction.
Within those universes there is MUCH MORE action, drama moments, epic moments and Character Development than the Standard Fate verse – Except Fate/Zero, perhaps. We can even see character way stronger that the Servants of the Fourth and Fifth Holy Grail War. The Mother Fucking Karna, OZYMANDIAS, Paracelsus, Saber/Arthur and Archer/Gilgamesh Prototype, Assassin/Beautiful Hassan (The one who can use almost if not ALL Zabaniya Noble Phantasms), the friggin Achilles… Fuck this shit; in FGO there are several Servants that are actually more troublesome enemies than those of the Fifth Holy Grail War (Schátach, Gorgon, Cú Chulainn Alter, Da Vinci-Chan, etc).
The readers and authors actually want to read/write a story centered in other universes with more potential and I am one of those people. I actually wanted to make this a Fate/Apocrypha story first because I LOVE Mordred and Jeanne characters but I decided to do that latter.
It's fucking fact that Fate/Stay Night is outdated at this point. I am well aware of this and there is good fucking reason behind all of this. I can do stupid things but I'm not blind.
You got a problem with this? Then get the fuck outta here because I don't need reviews with no merit nor constructive critics. I'm just accepting the ones whose reviews actually help to be a better author and writer. I respect all the people and their opinions and thoughts but don't flame me if you don't like the story, just don't read it and the problem is solved.
Swiftwolfbeta: Yeah, not gonna happen. The MC maybe a bit idealistic but he is NOT naïve and childish. Let me remind you, he was an ADULT when he dies, thus he knows how the world usually works.
—Anyway, that aside. I want to thank all of you for your support of this project of mine. Don't forget to sent your reviews with suggestions, thoughts and ideas~!

[Gamer user Number 04] The Gamer System
Chapter 1
Kotomine Kosuke; Part 1
~~~~~~~~~~~~~/~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[You have rested long enough. Your HP and MP had been fully restored]
The darkness began to disperse the moment the System was turned on. My mind began to work once again and the images that my eyes were receiving quickly showed me where I was.
I was in a large hospital room with another group of children. My new body was resting in a bed in the back of the room and I had bandages around my torso, arms and throat.
The beds were filled with the children, and most of them were injured and, like me, they had bandages covering their bodies. Some of them have minor injuries but others… Well, their wounds were so severe that it was an understatement to assume that most of them would be cripples for the rest of their life.
"I... I—"
I tried to speak but the words could not get out of my mouth because I immediately felt a severe pain in my throat. I think I need to hydrate (Although for some reason my voice was waaay more hoarse than normal).
"Water... I need water"
I repeated that little prayer as I tried to sit on the stretcher where my new body had rested. Who would have imagined that rebirth would be so bizarre? For a moment I thought I was going to experience my early childhood again.
[No, your infant mind couldn't handle such a level of information. The best I could do was keep your old-self mind and memories in a state of "stasis" until your brain had fully developed]
Huh? System, is that you?
[Affirmative, Player 04]
I can see that. So all I experienced in the Void was not a hallucination or a dream. It's a relief, but I don't have time to chat or have an internal monologue because my sore throat is unbearable. I need some water.
"Nurse...!" Using every muscle fiber I could, I was able to project my voice loud enough for the nurse to notice my presence.
"Oh my, I see you're awake." She commented with a kind and sweet smile "How may I—?"
"Water...!"
The woman was a little surprised by my lack of tact but she nodded as she understood my obvious pain while speaking.
I didn't mean to sound rude but this sore throat is killing me. Damn it, when I chose this route I didn't consider the state this new body would be in. Well, I suppose it can't be helped since the Route itself implied that "I" was the survivor of a massacre, it's logical if some parts of my body a wounded in certain degrees... That doesn't make it any less painful, though.
After a few minutes that seemed like an eternity, the nurse returned with a glass of water, which I drank quickly in order to alleviate this unbearable discomfort in my throat. It didn't disappear completely, but the pain subsided greatly.
At that moment the doctor entered the room and immediately greeted me.
"How do you feel, young man? Your recovery time is remarkable" He commented with a sardonic smile. Does he find the whole situation funny or does he just want to lighten the mood?
"My... My throat feels... horrible." That's what I managed to say. The pain is gone but even talking is uncomfortable. That's how chronic smokers feel every day? Because if that's the case then I think I understand them better now.
The doctor adjusted his glasses, "Well, that's understandable. Your throat suffered a lot of damage because of the amount of smoke you inhaled outside, and your burns only made your condition worse. Wow, this man is very strange.
"What happened...? What happened to me?"
"You simply survived a great fire that almost destroyed more than half of Shinto. You ran with luck considering you only have second and first-degree burns" He stated dryly.
Oh, that's right. I almost forget that I was transported to the Fate/Stay Night world, and apparently I am one of the lucky bastards who escaped the Fuyuki Fire. Frankly I'm amazed that my body hasn't suffered more damage. Heck, even Shirou was doomed to die but Avalon's intervention saved him.
Well, that was to be expected. The fate of the Protagonists is one of their most powerful weapons in Anime and Manga.
"Leaving your physical condition aside—" The doctor commented sharply as he sat in a chair in front of my bed "Tell me, young man, do you remember anything from your past? Any events you witnessed during the fire?"
Huh, right to the point. Anyway, the man must have a lot of patients to treat so it's best to answer honestly.
"Sorry... I don't... I don't remember anything" I said that without hesitation. I have memories and knowledge thanks to my previous life and my experience with Anime and video games, but I really can't remember anything about my 'current life'. Literally I am a blank sheet right now.
The memories I had collected during my new life were rewritten, erased or perhaps sealed because of Angra Mainyu's fire. Perhaps my 'other self' didn't endure the trauma and his subconscious blocked every memory of that experience in the Fuyuki Fire. I wouldn't blame him for that as I know what kind of hell Kotomine Kirei, Matou Zouken or Gilgamesh would unleash on earth, and the Fuyuki Fire was just the tip of the Iceberg.
Don't let my lack of reaction fool you, a part of my remorse for the simple fact that I can't remember the faces or names of those people who were my 'family' in this world. I would like to have some knowledge about them.
I think I let my thoughts absorb me for too long as the doctor was looking at me with suspicion and I think he said something.
"Umm... Sorry, I... I didn't hear what you said."
The doctor frowned slightly before letting out a sigh, "I asked if you remember your name, boy."
My name…? Oh, crap. I don't think I've thought about what I should call me from now on. Ugh, I must choose a proper name. Come on, think a little...
"Kosuke"
Huh? And what was that?
For a moment I thought I heard a person's voice in my head... I think... I think it's a 'fragment' of my past. Maybe that name has a greater meaning.
Anyway, I think the name I'm going to choose is...
"I am... Kosuke" Don't give me that look, I didn't have many ideas and that name was the most convenient, at least that's what I thought.
"Hmmm... That's it?" He asked by raising one of his eyebrows. I think he's trying to determine if I'm lying or not.
"I think so..." I really didn't want to play the Million Questions game, so I went straight to my answer.
The doctor looked at me for a long time and nodded, "You must have retrograde amnesia like that redheaded kid..." He rubbed his temples while organizing his ideas and then smiled "Well, that's it for now, I'll see you later, young man. Try not to push yourself too hard with your new gift"
This man is really strange. First he greets me with cordiality and a paternal smile, then he behaves like a dick, and now he's back to his gentlemen's mode? What the hell is wrong with him— Wait a minute, did he just say 'gift'? What the heck does that mean?
Hold on… That guy didn't even have a doctor's attire… Was he a magus sent to investigate everything related to the Holy Grail War? The Association sent him? Wait, Kosuke. Be rational, the chances of encountering a magus is relatively low unless you decide to actively seek them out.
I think it would be best to leave that subject for later. Considering that I don't have much to do now that the doctor has left the room, I think I should see what the capabilities of my Gamer System are.
Well, I guess I have to begin with my own status.
I tried my best to not glare the System about that comment about my apparently voice illness. Seriously, now I am Jason Beghe's Japanese Version?!
Another thing I noticed was the fact that it had three elements and an Origin catalogued as unknown. I suppose I can work with this but I still have to decipher this mystery, as well as discover what my second Special Perk is.
Ugh, this body really feels uncomfortable. I know it's silly but inhabiting a child's body is not a very pleasant experience, it's just annoying to have a very limited physical capacity because of this underdeveloped body. Anyway, I'll worry about that later.
Another element that left me surprised is the high level of LUK in my attributes. Immeasurable?! How the hell is that possible? Is my luck so high that it is literally not possible to measure it by number or will it be that I possess the Classic Innate Ability of every protagonist of the Shounen, [The Luck of the Hero] that makes possible something that must be IMPOSSIBLE?!
So many possibilities...
Shit, I think this body is already starting to give in to the tension of staying awake despite having a condition as serious as mine. And I will fall into darkness in 3, 2, 1...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~/~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The sound of two people talking made me wake up from my dream. I think I slept for a long time as I could see the moon shining with its intense silver color through the living room window.
I diverted my attention from the natural satellite to see who the hell was talking so loud in a hospital in an hour like this and my eyes widened with what I saw.
Right at the entrance to the room was the nurse with whom I had exchanged a rough, short talk... And next to her was none other than one of the cruelest antagonists of the Nasuverse.
A tall man with brown hair and eyes of the same color whose body was thin but very toned. He wore the garb of a priest and had a golden rosary hanging from his neck. His eyes showed a clear disinterest in everything that was happening around him but I knew that behind that cold mask was hidden a monster that enjoyed the agony and misery of others regardless of whether they were allies or enemies.
Kotomine Kirei.
"Why the hell is he here?!"
My mind was working at full speed trying to think of the possible reasons why the Executioner would bother coming to Fuyuki hospital. He is supposed to be with Gilgamesh looking for a new food source so that the Golden King could use his Noble Phantasm during the next Shit-War, I think I know why he is here.
As I understand it, he used the life force of the orphans to feed Gilgamesh for years, even to the point that the poor children lost their ability to articulate words due to the great wear and tear of their vocal cords as they did not stop screaming every time the ex-Servant 'fed' on them.
"I'm... Fucked."
It was the only prayer that could define this situation. If Kirei is here then that means that he and Gilgamesh have already begun to prepare... And I think I am a potential target because of my Magic Circuits, which are of a decent level even though they are not as powerful as those of the Rhine.
I think I spent a lot of time with my inner monologue as Kirei is approaching me! Shit, what the hell am I supposed to do?!
It's lucky that Gamer's Mind is up and running because otherwise I would already be suffering from a panic attack right now. Well, I'm still scared but at least I'm not panicking so that's good.
The best thing is to act calmly and limit my facial expressions so that I can avoid him suspecting something about me.
"Good night, young man."
He spoke in a neutral tone and smiled falsely in an attempt to break the ice.
"... Hello... Priest-San" That's what I said while trying to speak normally but when your vocal cords are damaged that becomes extremely difficult.
He arched an eyebrow at my greeting, I think he didn't expect my voice to be so deep but shrugged "My name is Kotomine Kirei, and I am the Priest in charge of the Church in this city" Kirei said sitting next to my bed. Taking my silence as a sign, he continued, "Surely you must be very confused by what you have been through during the last week. The Fire was a real tragedy" He said with a sardonic smile. Yes, the Fuyuki Fire was a great tragedy, especially when you caused it damned son of a bitch!
Despite wanting to break the Executioner's face, I kept my neutral face "I guess... And what do you want then, Kirei-San?" I immediately got to the point. I don't want to waste my time with mind games just so this man can enjoy my non-existent emotional pain caused by losing my family... Shit, that sounded bad. Now I feel like a brazen man for thinking that.
Huh, I think my direct question wasn't what he expected as I could see his lips curve slightly downward in obvious disappointment. I'm sorry to disappoint you, Kirei, but I won't be just another target of your mind games so get over it.
Giving a light sigh, he looked at me with a serious look "I have come because I have a proposal... would you like to go to an old orphanage where you will most likely feel bitter for the rest of your youth or do you want to come with me, a man of God who wants to help others?" He spoke with a neutral voice and tried to smile with false affection.
For any other orphan child, the possibility of being adopted is a beacon of hope in a life colored with a semi-dark gray. And to be adopted by 'A virtuous man who follows the teachings of the Lord' is a plus. Too bad I know the truth about this man. And even without that knowledge, if an unknown subject appears out of nowhere and says he wants to adopt you it is enough to trigger a precautionary alarm in my brain.
Obviously I am not mistaken. He probably came because I could turn out to be a good 'human battery' to sustain Gilgamesh's power.
I will be honest with you, in this case I only have two feasible options. One; I refuse to go with him and go straight to the orphanage... where it is very likely that he and his golden friend used their influence to kidnap me and used me as a battery. Two; I agree to go with him voluntarily and, hopefully, he and Gil will change their minds if I prove to be an instrument that is more useful to them alive than a supply of prana in a coma... They are not the best options and the truth is I doubt that Kiritsugu will come to help me, and even if he does, he will end up dying in vain because today the famed 'Magus Killer' is no longer what it once was, and Gilgamesh or Kirei could easily eliminate him.
I don't think I have many options as I doubt my current self will have a chance to defeat the Executioner and a Demi-God who has an almost infinite arsenal of legendary weapons.
"Well, he who doesn't risk doesn't win... I guess it's worth the risk as Gil is likely to be curious about the Power Gamer" I sighed internally and then looked at the priest in front of me with a neutral expression.
"I think... I'll go with you."
The Executor's smile widened as he heard my response and let me tell you that his twisted smile is more disconcerting in person. Shit, I hope my decision is the right one. If this man decides to train me then I will be able to help Illya and Sakura so it is worth it.
I must prepare myself to confront the Golden King as I must be sure to impress him enough for him to consider me as someone who is 'above average Mongrels'. If he managed to win me Gilgamesh's interest then it is likely that he can survive until the Fifth Holy Grail War begins.
At that moment the world around me froze and the sound of a bell resounded deep into my mind with the force of a ship's horn.
"What the fuck...?!"
[Quest Alert!]

[NOTE: This is a [Mandatory Quest] and therefore you cannot refuse to participate in it!]
Y/N
Well, I can't say no to this. Obviously I hit the 'Y' button and then the world went back to normal.
"Excellent, then I will prepare everything for you to feel comfortable in your new home, Kosuke-kun."
The Executor said with a satisfied smile before frowning as if a thought had crossed his mind "Yes, I think if you are coming with me I must warn you that we will have a guest living with us, try not to offend this particular person or you may suffer the consequences" He warned me calmly as he prepared to leave the room to talk to the hospital managers, possibly he will use a suggestive spell so that there are no legal problems.
Gilgamesh should already be in the Church by this point, if the warning of wants is a clue to that. Great, now I must live with an egocentric demi-god with delusions of grandeur that have reached their expiration date five thousand years ago.
Well, I guess my new life starts now... All I have to do is survive my first meeting with Gilgamesh.

PREVIEWS
"So you're that little Mongrel who has the honor of knowing me, the True King?"
"I… I think so, your highness" the boy replied while kneeling.
The Golden King frowned slightly, certainly because the kid's voice was nothing but awfully hoarse – Too much hoarse for his tastes – but he then smirked by the fact that the little mongrel recognized a True King like himself. That amused Gilgamesh.
At least there is one mongrel that can recognize the magnificent aura of True Royalty with a mere glance.
(LINE BREAK)
"You—!" A little girl pointed to Kosuke with a troubled look "Who are you and what are you doing here?"
The boy merely raised an eyebrow "You… You know is rude to ask the name of other when you haven't properly introduce yourself, right?"
"I asked first—!" She replied.
"And I decided to ignore your childish tantrum" He shot back with a sardonic smirk.
"Why you…!"
(LINE BREAK)
"The name is Kosuke… It's nice to meet you… Humm"
"… Sakura. Matou Sakura" The purple-haired girl said with an emotionless tone.
The Kotomine smiled warmly at the girl "It's a pleasure, little birdie-chan!"
The girl's eyes' grow widen by the suffix and her cheeks grow warmer "C-Chan?"

Author Notes:
And that's it, people!
I think the chapter was a bit short but don't worry because the next one will have a lot more action than this one. For the moment we have seen how our protagonist has awakened abruptly in the body of an orphan after the Fuyuki Fire and will now be adopted by Kotomine Kirei of all people!
What do you think Kosuke-san's fate will be from now on?
You can send me suggestions regarding what you want to see in the next chapters. And please no Flames as they will be ignored. If you are going to criticize me I want the criticisms to have inspirational content that will help me improve as a novice writer. You can send suggestions through PM or reviews, I personally prefer reviews but it is your decision in the end.
