Denied.

He scowled at the reply.

"Your spot, silly."

'My spot?' He shook his head. "Silly?"

He scowled again and discreetly scanned the area from the corners of his peripheral vision. Someone was probably creeping around, spying him from the shadows.

'Well the joke is on them... the shadows are my territory.'

He shook his head, uncapped his pen that he made sure to bring with him and replied.

"No chance. If you're this disruptive to my relaxation already, I can't imagine what a pain in the ass you'd be if you were actually here."

He smirked and replaced the paper before determinedly laying down next to the rock and did what he did best. He schemed.


:) I have plans for this drabble collection. I'm kind of excited about it. A story about short encounters cannot easily be written in normal format. So I'm enjoying this outlet.
