Hermione had just finished her transfiguration homework when Harry and Ron came back form their quidditch practice.

"Finished all ready?" She asked, it was quite confusing sometimes, why were the practice times always different?

"What a load of tuna that practice was, we couldn't see anything! But Angelina still made us practice until Katie all most fell of her broom!"

Hermione didn't really know what to say, sorry? She didn't know how well that would fly.

"Hey guys I'm going to the library I haven't picked out a book in ages."

"Ages!" Ron practically cried, "Its been only two days!"

Harry chose then to talk, "Well that's our Hermione for you."

Hermione picked up her bag and left out the portrait hole. Hermione sped walked as fast as her legs would carry her. She wasn't actually going to the library, no she was going to meet up with someone. In her heart she knew that it wasn't right lying to the boys, but they wouldn't take her 'friendship' with him in the right way. 'They would probably blow him all the way to America.'Hermione ran down the stairs and made it into the passage way under the tapestry.

"Good your here I was wondering when you'd get here I thought the set time was half past seven?"

"I'm sorry Draco, I had to wait for the boys to get back and then I just lost track of time." Hermione sputtered breathlessly.

"Hey, its okay he soothed, I was just about to leave, but now that you're here I'll just spout it out. Hermione I've known you for a while now I know I've said things to you that I wish I had never said at all. Hermione Jean Granger will you be my girlfriend?

Draco asked with such conviction that she could hardly say no, so she settled on nodding her head. Suddenly she was swooped up into his arms and he gave her the most heart warming kisses that she almost wanted to cry and laugh at the same time. She kept on whispering "Yes" as he hugged her.
