Scott groaned, the blood from his gash seeping out of his t-shirt and onto the damp cave floor. The Dread Doctors would be back, and soon. He was almost ready to give up. Barely closing his eyes, he saw Allison's face. He opened them in shock, and she sat across from him, with a small smile.

"Hi Scott." She waved gently, and Scott smiled back.

"I wasn't expecting to see you here," she explained, pulling her army green jacket around herself tighter, she grabbed his hand intertwining their fingers, "at least not yet. What happened?"

Scott cringed as he remembered. He distinctly remembered Theo leading him into the woods, and the two of them 'supposedly' being ambushed. It was a trap, and as soon as Theo had him trapped, Scott's lower left abdomen and pelvis was shanked.

"I was tricked by someone I thought was an old friend."

His explaintion was brief, but Allison grimaced as if he had told her the full details.

"Was it Derek?" Her question rang in the air for a moment before Scott shook his head.

"No, someone else. A kid I knew from elementary school. Back when I was little. Theo. Theo Raeken."

Allison looked at him, confusion settling onto her face. "How did he kill you? Is he also a werewolf? Do you know?"

Scott sighed, pain shooting up his abdomen as he shifted himself.

"He's a chimera. A mixture of a werewolf and a werecoyote. The Dread Doctors do that. They take people - mainly teenagers who have had health issues in the past. Theo had a heart murmur. He was taken when he was nine."

Allison nodded in understanding. They sat in comfortable silence for a moment.

Allison spoke up quietly. "If it's ok to ask, how did he trick you?"

Scott responded shivering through his thin red sweater. "He lead me into the woods. Told me that he needed to show me something. Then he shanked me. I blanked out and found myself in a cave. The Dread Doctors had taken me. I must have died from the blood loss. I don't really remember anything. All I remember is feeling pain."

Allison nodded sadly. "All I remember is pain as well. Just pain and telling you that I loved you. That I still love you. And I do. I always will Scott. But I regret some things as well."

"Like what?" Scott stared at her in confusion.

Allison responded quietly. "Never telling Isaac that I love him. Never apologizing to Derek. To Erica's family and to Boyd's family."

Allison began to become blurrier. "All-Allison? What's going on with you? You're becoming blurrier."

Allison smiled at him sadly. " Guess you aren't dead yet. I was hoping that you'd get more time than me. Go on. Save Beacon Hills from these "Dread Doctors" and this Theo guy. Oh, and stab with an arrow for me. Tell him it's from Allison Argent. And Scott, remember I love you."

Allison's image blurred until it was no longer there. Scott let out a gasp. He slammed his forehead into the forehead of someone else. A girl was leaning above him, grey eyes staring into his.

"Who the hell are you?" Scott all but shoved her off of him.

"Noelle. You're Scott McCall right? The true alpha of Beacon Hills?". Scott nodded warily, not knowing if he could trust the fair haired girl.

"Good? You can help me! My little brother Jake is dying. They- the Dread Doctors I mean, tried to change his DNA, they tried to use his remaining kidney. It didn't work. If he doesn't recover they're going to kill him. I've heard stories about you. You can save him right?"

Scott nodded, ignoring the sharp pain that erupted through his side as he forced himself to stand. "C'mon Noelle. Show me where he is." Noelle smiled gratefully, hooking an arm underneath Scott's allowing him to balance himself using her weight as a improvised crutch. The two stumbled out of the cave, the New Moon shining above their heads as they made their way through the woods.

A/N: This chapter pained me emotionally, because I hated putting Scott through so much! The writers of the show already did that and now I'm doing it too. Sorry Scott! Noelle is not evil don't worry. She will be an important ally for Scott and his pack after everything. Also I totally ripped off the whole "And remember I love you" thing for Stydia but whatevs.
