Continued from last chapter

"Serena" I turned to find were the voice came from and was surprised to see a man behind the wheel, smiling a toothy grin that seemed quite friendly.

"Oh hi" sighing of relief. The man had a scruffy beard, Smokey blue eyes and a blue polo shirt on tell me he was transport.

The man glanced at her then at her bag "of to school? You know I haven't seen you since exactly a year ago I was your bus driver then" he laughed like Santa which really wouldn't surprise me if he was he, they had the face that if you were a little girl you'd wanna sit on his lap (weirdly) and tell him what you wanted... hell id wanna sit on his lap, if I didn't know Santa was fake.

Suddenly the bus practically shoved me out of my thoughts and into reality as the driver was driving off "oh yes I am, how did you know it's me though?" I asked curiously he laughed again, that Santa laugh that made me rethink maybe there is a Santa.

"Those pigtails they remind me of my late ma's spaghetti and meatballs you know, the bun is the meatball and the—"I cut him off, suddenly I didn't like him.

"So I've been told, but I have to sit down I get sea sick" I lied he seemed like a nice man but no way is he gonna say what that jerk says I hear it enough already. Though the driver looked at me funny and said "ok it was nice seeing you again".

I walked down the bus at the back suddenly i was no longer on my feet but on my butt(the bloody bus) just as I opened my eyes I felt a movement under my butt 'oh no oh no' I shouted in my head over and over. I opened one eye just a smidgen to see my worst nightmare.

"Meatball head I think you need to check your eyes surely I don't look like a seat" he laughed loud enough for me to wanna kill him already.

I could feel my face go red. "Yeah your right a seat would be more attractive and get more arse then you would sooo" I spat back 'of all my insults I like that one the best' standing up I kept walking down the bus two seats behind him. I didn't look at his reaction I just wanted to get out of there.

I stared out the window watching the cars pass faster than the bus 'if only I was in there' I look up to see we at the red lights now and the next stop was mine(and his) I almost puke in my mouth. 'Oh breakfast don't taste good coming back up' I stand up walking myself to the back bus door waiting to press the stop button. The way Darien is sitting there is like he doesn't know he'll probably gonna spend every day with me, maybe that's why he is still teaching there, he doesn't know.

I pressed the stop button realizing that jerk pressed it to and that he realized as well, he suddenly stood up, casually walked and stood next to me and as he did the bus halted making me fall into the bus door and him into the seat, hearing a little mutter from heckles next to me under his breath "meatball head" I looked up and glared at him the doors opened I poked my tongue at him.

I turned and said "following me shields? Paedophilia remember that" I winked at him and ran off laughing.

Hearing him call out after me "crazy meatball head".

Darien's POV

'Why am I getting off at her stop' I think this is a mistake looking around I see no body I know then I see it the school's name shit I teach at her school but how did she know before I did? Hopefully I'm not her teacher' holding his suitcase loosening his why he had to wear this damn thing know idea first impression maybe how quick can I pull out of this job hmm can I pull out of it.

Walking into the gates he walked faster trying to find the office 'left or right?' I thought pointing in the direction and then suddenly Rae was there staring at me.

In her uniform stood Rae Hino the girl who has a massive crush on me ill agree with meatball head on this one 'paedophilia' and I'm not interested we just hung out a lot no biggie...for back then now it's inappropriate.

"Hey Darien you look lost?" Rae asked with a crazy gleam in her eye "office is that way" she pointed to the right suddenly I was appreciative of her.

"Hey Rae look I'm a teacher now I can be your friend and teacher but only at school, nothing more" I clarified waving goodbye and departing for the office.
