Toadette groaned as she was riding in Petey Piranha's pouch, with Petey flying around Isle Delfino as he landed in the Noki Bay, being near the bay as he saw Birdo there, who was taking a vacation from joining the usual parties.
"Hey Petey. What brings you all the way here?" Birdo asked as she approached Petey, giving him a kiss on the cheek as she then glanced down to see Toadette in Petey's pouch. "Toadette? What's up, girl?"
"Ooh... my tummy, that's what is up!" Toadette remarked as she slumped out of Petey's pouch, falling on the sand as she had both of her hands on her rumbling stomach.
Birdo murmured as she observed Toadette, placing her left hand on Toadette's stomach. "Was it something that you ate that's making you like this?"
"Well, she did have these weird bananas that I told her not to touch." Petey commented as he moved his leaves around.
"Oww, it hurts so bad!" Toadette cried as tears began emerging out of her eyes.
Birdo backed a bit away as she moved her hands in a motion, shaking her head. "Calm down, Toadette. Don't try to squirm so much. I'm sure we can help you through this situation."
"Just pray that it's not gas." Petey commented as he placed both of his leaves on his head, slowly shaking his head. "I remember this one time..."
"Save it for later, Petey honey. We have to help Toadette out." Birdo commented as she rubbed her left hand on Toadette's mushroom cap, the mushroom girl continuing to cry in pain as her stomach kept rumbling.
