Naoto's Secret chapter 2

Today is Thursday and my date with Naoto-kun. I couldn't wait. I told the others I was busy, if they were curious they didn't say anything.
I quickly left the school once my classes were over and went straight to the shopping district. It was raining that meant the special was today at Aiya. I tried it before but was never successful; maybe Naoto-kun can use her detective skills to figure it out.
I noticed walking by the bookstore and notice they had a sale on this manga called detective Conan. Detective sounds like Naoto-kun. "Excuse me I would like to purchase this." I said handing the clerk 800 yen.
Then I went straight to Aiya were Naoto-kun was already there. "Wait long?" I said to her smiling. "Oh no I just… got here myself and your soaking wet, if I hadn't taken your umbrella-"
She was cut off by me." I don't mind besides that means we can order the special today!" I then ordered two specials. "Here I got this for you." I handed her the manga I bought minutes earlier.
"Thank you. Detective Conan, sounds interesting." A hint of red was showing on her face.
"I have no problem spending money on someone as cute as you Naoto-kun." I beamed. In return she looked away and turned shades of deeper red. "Y-y-yu-kun…" was all she managed to say.
Then our food arrived, two specials and both looked endless and impossible to eat. "Ready to put your detective skills to the test." She nodded and we dug in. Time passed and we barley scratched the surface when we both were to full to continue." I never thought that the one thing that defeated me was a bowel of food." Naoto said as a joke. Which caused us to both chuckle?
"Today was great and I love to do it again, of course when you're not working on the Inaba murder case." She nodded in reply. "Let me walk you back home." Again she nodded. We reached to her home. "So this is a goodbye for now. I suppose I have to meet your parents in the future." There was a frown on her face." Did I say something wrong?" I asked
A brief moment passed before she answered." My parents died in unfortunate accident when I was young, I live with my grandfather."
"I'm sorry didn't mean to bring it up." I said apologizing."No it's alright it happened a long time ago. Anyways I had fun today even though you may have forced me to be your girlfriend."
"Yeah." I leaned down and gave her a quick kiss on the lips before she even had time to register what had happened. She just stood there frozen. Before she could say anything I said good bye and ran towards the Dojima residents.
"Wh-a-at just…" she had one of her hands on her lips.' That was my first kiss! 'She thought in her head. She then went inside to pounder what had happened.
Meanwhile at the Dojima resident Yu had just got a text from Yosuke-kun that Kanji-Kun was ready to talk about what happened tomorrow after school. Maybe just maybe they will get somewhere about these murders.
