"Get in positions, men." "Yes, sir!" "Now absorb this radiation and make this lake pure again!" The three green dragons raised their front left hands and a green streem of energy hit the lake. It took only a minute for the water to look pure and clean again.
I lowered my head and flicked my snake-like tongue in and out of the water testing it for radiation. Nothing. "Good work men! This lake is safe!" I said. The rest of the squad took a quick drink from the lake and flicked thier tails in salute. "Let's get to the HQ and report to General Lightbane." I said. We then flaped our wings and took off and headed for the capital city of Haven. Haven was built once the ruins of the destroyed human city New York City were cleared out. The "central park" as they called now holds the restoration sheild for all our plant and animal experiments. It also serves as a park for Haven.
Most importantly it holds the legendary dragon portal. The dragon portal is our only way to and from our home world on a different city is a marvel made completely of steel to support a dragons massive weight and size. The city is completely powered by an arcane generater which uses magic so the city is completely clean. We arrived at the military/restoration HQ about twenty minutes later. We landed at the landing dock and we were quickly approached by General Lightbane, the general of dragon forces on earth. He was a very shiny yellow dragon who for some reason chooses shadow magic over what he would be adept to.
"Captain Terexx Ironslicer what is the status of lake# 192?" he asked in his commanding voice. "The job is done. The lake is completely cleared of all toxic substances. The sheild team can put an envirment sheild over the area and start restoring the area safely now." I said.
"Very good men. You are all dismissed to do whatever you wish for the day just stay away from the lake." he ordered. We flicked our tails in salute and said in unison, "Yes sir!" I then turned around, flapped my wings and flew out of the landing dock getting ready for a thrill ride.
