"Mon petit loup! Mere juste veux aimer tu!" Her voice is deceptively sweet when she's trying to coax me out of wherever I'm hiding.

"Sortir! Sortir mon loup!" She's getting agitated, the sound of her footsteps on the creaking wooden floor of my bedroom is unbearable. My heart is like a bird trying to peck its way out of its bone cage. She'll find me, she always does, she's getting close as it is. I can see her feet through the slit in the do- No she's found me! I have to get out of here, she's found me! The door splits open, her face is twisted in a smile. Her teeth are too sharp, she's been filing them again.

"Bonjour mon loup, c'est temps à jouer."

"Ahhhhh-mmmphh." I muffle my scream with my hand. Memories always seem to worm their way into my dreams, well, nightmares. My entire body is shuddering violently, I'm not crying though. I refuse to cry, so in the stead of my tears, dry sobs rack through my body. I lay down still sniffling and try to fall asleep once again.

...

"Master Remy! Mistress wants you awake and out of the house in twenty minutes. I'll bring you food, but you must get up!"

It's peppy the fuckin' maid, oh joy. I roll myself onto the unexpectedly cold floor and start to divest myself of clothes. Of course, as soon as I'm about to take off my underwear she shows up with whatever slop that that drill sergeant body double wants me to force down my throat.

"Oh! I'm so sorry!" She exlaims and turns around with a hand over her face. I roll my eyes at her and continue to get ready. My suit case is stuffed full of my clothes, everything that I owned back home. I grab a fresh pair of boxers, jeans, and my favorite maroon sweater. It matches my hair and it's soft against my skin. My shoes are a bit worn but I doubt I'll be given money to buy new ones so I slip them on.

"Umm, miss you can turn around." I say realizing I was never told her name. She sets the tray on my bed, "You have thirteen minutes to eat and leave Master Remy. I'll leave you to it." She bows her head as she curtseys. "Wait," I exclaim, she stops at the door, "what is your name?" I ask.

"My name is Sandy,Master, will that be all?" She asks. "Yeah uhh, thanks. You can go." She does. I flop down on my bed and stare at the contents of my tray. It looks like oatmeal, it smells like oatmeal, but how can I be sure it's oatmeal? I pick up the spoon and bring it to my mouth. Slowly, very, very, very, slowly I touch it to my tongue. It's oatmeal, hallelujah it's oatmeal! I began to shovel food in my mouth, like I had been starved.

I was finished and headed out of my room within a minute. I practically run through the hallway and down the two flights of stairs. I'm out of the house without ever having seen Mistress McCrazy.

Which brings me to another dilemma, where the fuck am I supposed to go? I had no idea where anything was, who anyone was. I had no other choice but to walk, and walk I did. The streets of fuck-if-I-know, Oklahoma are a bit too blatantly upper class for my tastes. That sounds a bit hypocritical coming from someone who grew up in a gigantic loft in the middle of paris.

Though the more I walked, the more run down the houses looked. "Hey kid!" Someone shouted from behind me. I turned around, there was a group of four boys. Two blondes, a curly haired brunette, and a rusty haired boy with long sideburns that looked older than the rest.

The one that shouted had white blonde hair and skin to match. He looked mean and if I'd been from a smaller city I would've been intimidated. I played dumb, pointing to myself in question.

"Yes you! Come 'ere!" He shouted, I mentally cursed my great aunt for forcing me to leave. I jogged across the street to them.

They all crowded me at once. "What exactly are you doing in our territory?" The other blonde spoke this time, his hair was golden and his skin was a deep tan. His eyes were dark brown, they were probably nice to look at in any other situatuion.

"Territory? Quoi?" I stuttered out, glancing between my assailants nervously. My claustraphobia was creeping into consciousness.

"Aww shit, nice going Dally! He doesn't even know what we're talking about!" The one with long sideburns said.

They were still circled around me, my heart was slamming against my chest uncomfortably fast. Darkness was closing in on me, before I knew it I was out.
