'K sorry this took so long :) But, here ya go.
"Thank you for coming so quickly, Lieutenant." The doctor thanked B'Elanna as she came into sickbay.
"It sounded urgent."
"Well…" He paused, "Kind of."
She raised her eyebrows, " 'Kind of'?" she crossed her arms waiting for his reply.
He grimaced, and paused, not quite sure how to put this, "Well, you know that Seven and Chakotay are dating, correct?"
Now it was B'Elannas turn to make a face, "Yes. I know."
"Well…You know how there's that betting pool with how soon the Captain and Commander will become a couple?"
"May as well put that to an end."
"Actually…"
"Oh no." A look of realization rippled across her face, "you…You're not." He just gave her a short, curt nod of his head.
And her mouth flew open.
"I'm going to need your help though. To pull this off."
"Of course! What's the plan?"
The EMH smirked and picked up a PADD, then he began to whisper. Soon a large grin crept onto B'Elannas face. And so they stood there, looking like two demonic children plotting a gigantic April Fools day prank…
