I DECIDED TO MAKE THIS A LONGER STORY. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THOUGH... HAHA... BTW, ONCE YOU READ THIS CHAPTER, YOU WILL PROBABLY FIGURE OUT WHERE THIS STORY IS GOING...

"I have no regrets"

The words replayed over and over in my head. I was about to ask him to tell me more, but he drifted off to sleep before I had any chance to question him. Maybe I overreacted a bit, but it sure payed off! Those four words were remotely romantic! I tried to refrain myself from giggling like a little school girl. My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the alarm going off. Brian woke up and shut it up. He groaned and mumbled something about quitting his job and moving to Antarctica so he could sleep longer. I grinned at him.

"What?" He asked me suspiciously.

"It's my prom in a week..." I started.

"Fuck no" he said abruptly.

I looked at him.

"Don't give me that look! I'm not your boyfriend; I have no obligation to go with you!" He said flatly

I was aware that I was pouting, and I didn't care.

"Justin... Don't... Give me that look... It makes me uncomfortable!" Said Brian. He got out of bed and went to have a shower.

"It might help you relive the days when you were young... I mean, c'mon... Your almost 30! You need something to jog your memory, because I know its fading away fast!" I called after him cheekily.

"You'll pay for that!" I heard Brian say as he turned on the shower.

I chuckled. It will be so worth it.

"I'll get you to my prom, even if it kills me!" I yelled grandly. He just laughed.
