Hi, here the next chapter in the story. I want to thank Relssek for letting me use name in the story. I want to apologize for the delay. I was backpacking for a few weeks.

Chapter 2: The Arrival
It all started with the portal. My steadfast wolf partner, Relssek and I were exploring a river when the ground started to shack. Lighting stroke the ground and flowers started to grow. A two by two are of ground fell away and was replaced by water. I heard legends and the signs but never believed the legends. A portal? A diamond popped out of the water turning the water to purple color. I picked up the diamond and passed it to Relssek.
"Go tell the elders that we are about to have guests." I shouted to Relssek.
"You got it, Artemis" Relssek was one of the few wolves given the power to talk.
He picked up the diamond and rushed towards the dense forest where he would find a stone circle to contact the elders. In the meantime, I had a guest or guests to entertain. It has only been in legends where others have come to the twilight forest. It would be interesting to see what happens. The lighting stopped to reveal a man.
"Hi" The man said "I am Steve."
Yes this is going to be interesting.
