Okay, I might have closed my PC before saving the original chapter 2 so this is sort of a remake of it,

EXPLANATION TIME! Stands are like quirks but only rarer and I mean much much rarer, the chance of manifesting a Stand is around the entire globe and there aren't a lot of Stand users because most of those who begin manifesting a Stand fall sick to a disease known only by Arrow-Syndrome. It renders the person sick and unless they are strong enough to manifest their stand, they will DIE. pretty basic JoJo canon but in my AU they only manifest before the age of 9 and if you get a quirk before the age of 9 you can't manifest a stand, no exceptions. Also, the arrows aren't known to anyone besides "The Man" and non-Stand users can see Stands

Izuku looked at the man in inspiration and awe, his entire life he'd been told he was worthless and useless because he didn't have a quirk. But this man, despite not knowing him fully had trusted him enough to somehow give him a Stand! a STAND! he didn't know that it was even possible to give stands without the legendary fabled Whitesnake! Best not to look a gift horse in the mouth Izuku decided to do his best on becoming the best he could be, and with the man's help he could become the next Number 1 Hero! "Sir, I'm thankful for what you've given me but you don't even know my name!" The man looked shocked and realized, yes he didn't know his name "Well my boy, you see its not the name or the power you hold and such that matters, it's what's inside you that does. But that doesn't mean I don't want to learn your name! So tell me, what's the name of my new Successor?" "Izuku Midoriya sir! I'm pleased to meet you." The man looked like he'd been shot several times "Izuku...Midoriya? Are you perhaps the son of Inko Midoriya?" "Yes sir, she's my mother do you know her ?" the man laughed "Know her? My boy, she's my Sister! So you are my nephew." Izuku looked shocked! his mother never mentioned a brother but he had no reason to not believe the man but did ask him to elaborate "You see, my name is Dio Brando, ya' know the multi-billionaire? your mother and I were born as twins but I took after my father and well, she took after our mother, she and I were the best of siblings always supporting each other and one day she told me she wanted to leave the millionaire life, said she found a good man to move in with and to maybe someday marry, I, of course, questioned him and threatened him a bit before I finally relented. I wouldn't object to anything, if my sister wanted to marry some dude I'd let her but of course I watched him, learned every single detail about him and such." Izuku looked shocked at the information and rightfully so! He'd just learned one of the richest men alive was his uncle! he didn't question it much, it was pretty believable but he'd question his mother later "So my boy, I've decided how I want to train you to make you a muscular hunk-o-junk like me!" Izuku looked thrilled at the idea, to be honest, he was a bit on the chubby side underneath his clothing, "I want you to meet me at uh, well where can we meet...OH YES! the Dagobah beach! I heard that place is full of heavy trash and such, perfect place to train your mind and your body"

Taymu skippooooo!

It had been over 10 months and Izuku was at one of the best shapes he could be in the entirety of his life! He was muscular, tall, charismatic and really handsome as well (based on observing the opposite sex looking at him and swooning over him and such) He was sitting in class doing some homework left to him by Dio, the man wasn't only muscular but he was one of the smartest people Izuku had ever met! But it was to be expected if he wanted to keep being as rich as he was, he also spoke to his mother about his and her heritage and she explained everything just like Dio had told him, he was happy he came from such a good bloodline, he was doing well in school and had a good amount of friends(excluding Bakugou cause I fuckin' hate him) he hadn't shown anyone his newly (sort of)Mastered Stand but he showed them a glimpse of what it could to, it was enough to convince people about him having a stand. He finally finished the homework and the bell rang informing him that the break was over and the class was about to start

Skipping this part since its sort of the same as the anime, Bakugou gets angry and shit calls the rest of the class extra's, the teacher informs that Bakugou and Izuku are applying to UA Bakugou gets angry at Izuku and stuff

"Man Zucchan, It's to be expected that you'd apply for a Hero school but UA? Aren't you aiming a bit too high?" One of his friends(no name and no quirk explanation because this bitch is a useless filler character) Izuku laughed and responded with "I mean, it might be one of the best school's period but with the training, my Sensei is putting me though I'm sure I'll pass!" the others nodded "Speaking of which Zucchan you still won't tell us who your Sensei is ?" Izuku shook his head and smiled at them "Nope" he answered, frankly he was like his mother, he didn't want to be recognized just because someone famous was training him and someone famous and powerful looking over him, he'd rather be recognized for his efforts. He Stand-Leaped(Using the leg of your Stand to push yourself to a great height) to a rooftop and took off running towards Dagobah beach where he would meet his Sensei, once he arrived there he was Dio waiting for him calmly on a bench, Izuku sat down next to him "Yo! Sensei, so what are we going to do today ?" he asked, Dio looked at him with a sly smile "Nothing, nothing at all my boy we are simply going to sit down and relax, have you forgotten that the UA Exam is 2 days later?" Izuku nodded, of course, he knew! This was one of his only chances of becoming a hero, he couldn't simply forget the date of the exam! "Of course not Sensei! But you bet your ass I'm ready for it!" he smiled at the taller man they sat down and talked the rest of the day, Izuku did some final fixing of some buildings on the beach, it was fully clean with a few added small buildings. Thanks to Izuku's Stand(Won't be revealed until the next chapter) and Dio's Za Warudo everything was much much easier to clean and they'd cleaned the beach in just under 6 months and the rest had gone to making small buildings and hotspots for the new couples that came over, ah yes life was good for them.

Time Skip to the UA Exam

Izuku was pumped! He couldn't believe he was here, he ran up the stairs towards the big gate, he was prepared when he slipped! He couldn't believe how stupid he was, he quickly used his Stand to propel himself upwards to in front of the big gate, he landed and rushed inside leaving behind a few awestruck hopeful exam-goers. Once he arrived at the designated exam room he went in, sat down prepared all of his equipment and got ready to ace the crap out of the written exam, and once they started giving out the exams he felt giddy and couldn't stop but shudder at the now ominous and sad aura of the room, he probably should've seen this coming, almost half the room didn't like what they were seeing on the text and were now panicking, it was to be expected Izuku thought the questions were easy and breezed through them easily and handed over his test before anyone else, he then went out of the room while everyone in the room looked at him in awe(I mean whaddaya expect) he went to the next designated area that was supposed to be for the Physical exam and what he saw shocked him. He saw All Might talking to a tiny adorable rat-like creature they must have heard him approaching because they stopped talking and looked at him while he was leaning onto the wall. All Might looked shocked at seeing him here while the rat just looked at him in confusion "Well this is a surprise! We didn't expect anyone to be here this early, who might you be young man ?" He looked at the rat "My name is Izuku Midoriya sir, I've finished the exam early and was told to come here by some of the staff"The rat smiled at him but All Might looked shocked "Izuku, my boy I thought you didn't have a quirk? how do you think you can pass the Physical exam ?" Izuku just gave all might a disdainful look, "Wouldn't you like to know" he answered snidely All Might recoiled as if struck by a bullet and the rat was a bit shocked as well "Well then Young Izuku, that's not a way to talk to the number 1 hero. Is there a bad history between you two ?" Izuku looked at the rat "With all due respect sir, that is a bit private and I'd like to refrain from talking about it, now I wish you a good day sir." And then he walked off into one of the far corners of the room just as the bell to signify the finish of the Written exam went off, All Might walked off behind him giving him a sad look but Izuku didn't even bat an eye, but the rat patted him on the leg and wished him good luck and went off to most likely the teachers room. after about 5 minutes the room had filled up and everyone was looking hyped, a bubbly girl approached Izuku "Oh hi! you're the boy who almost fell from the stairs and finished the exam first! Are you like some sorta super genius? because that sure was fast." She asked him, he looked at her and responded "Well, not exactly I've just studied a lot I guess? and you saw me almost fall down the stairs huh? Well, I guess you know my embarrassing secret, I can't properly move when too excited even to save myself haha" They both shared a laugh as another exam taker approached them, he was almost as tall as Izuku but falling a bit short "You two! Why are you talking so loud?! Are you trying to sabotage the exam for others? And you! How could you finish the exam so fast, If you finished it that fast you're either really smart or you didn't know anything and left it mostly empty and by this gesture alone I'd say its the latter one!" He exclaimed angrily at Izuku, taken aback Izuku was about to respond when he heard a very familiar voice. "Hello, little listeners! Welcome to the entrance exam for UA, let me explain the basics of the Physical exam, There are 4 different robots, you can earn points by defeating them. Each one has a different point set, 1 2 3 and 0 now you see the 0 pointer is an obstacle, you'll see what I mean! now can I get a heyyo?!" almost everyone shouted heyyo and those who didn't, laughed at the childishness of the man "Alright then little listeners, GO!"
