Chapter 1
Author's Note: Hi everyone! Thanks for the Reviews! Glad you liked it! I noticed i made some mistakes in Kurosuki's dialoge and some other errors... the part where she was thinking i meant to put in these brackets: () those mean Thinking. Sorry guys! The day was calm and beautiful. Birds flying and chirping, animals' grazing along the grasslands and the weather was nice. The only thing that made it hard to enjoy it was a certain white-haired Hanyou's complaining. "Kagome are we there yet? I'm tired!" "We're almost there Inuyasha, quit whining.""Yeah! Quit whining puppy!"
Inuyasha, Kagome, and Little Shippo were on their way to a nearby village to get some special medicine for the Priestess Kaede. It was only a mile away but already Inuyasha was bored. And Kagome and Shippo were getting annoyed.
"Once we get this medicine we can go home. Ugh..." Kagome was really tired too. But she didn't complain. That's when Shippo jumped off Kagome's shoulder and landed on Inuyasha's head.
"Inuyasha why are you so grumpy?" He asked. "I'm grumpy because I was sleeping when a certain Fox Kit woke me up!" Inuyasha then tried to hit him when he missed and hit his own head. He winced in pain while Shippo just laughed at him. "You hit yourself on the head! HAHAHAHAHAHA!"
"Shippo!" He grabbed him by the tail and wacked him on the head. Of course Shippo was immune to it since he was hit plenty of times on the head. He grinned and started crying fake tears. "WAHHH! KAGOME! INUYASHA HIT ME!" Kagome sighed. Not wanting to deal with him today so she just said: "ugh... Sit boy."
A loud thump could be heard for miles as Inuyasha fell flat on his face. The little Fox was having fun with this. Until Kagome lightly bonked him on the head. "Ow! Hey! What was that for?!" "For bugging Inuyasha. Now come on, we're almost there to Nana Village." "Okay.." They continued on to the Village while Inuyasha got up and shook off the dirt, grumbling and muttering as he caught up with them.
"Stupid brat... "
Two hours later they made it to Nana Village. Kagome got the Medicine while some of the villagers, manly the women, were talking to Shippo saying how cute he was. He laughed and enjoyed the complements as Inuyasha just rolled his eyes. Thinking how much Shippo was going to end up like Miroku one day. As they left the village, Inuyasha was yawning and rubbing his eyes. "Finally! I can go back to sleep..." "You know, you could've just stayed home. Why did you come anyways?" Kagome asked. "Because you couldn't fight off a horde of demons without me. hehe." Inuyasha grinned. Kagome just rolled her eyes. "Fyi, i can take care of myself you know. I'm not a weak little girl." "I know. Plus Shippo couldn't defend ya if he tried." He sneered. "HEY! I'M STRONG TOO YOU KNOW!" Shippo hopped off Kagome's shoulder and used his Fox Fire. Making it into a ball as he threw it at him. Of course it didn't affect him thanks to his Fire-Rat Kimono. Inuyasha snickered and threw a small pebble at him.
"Nice try runt." He laughed and threw another pebble at him. Then ran off as Shippo kept throwing Fox Fires at him. "Get back here!" Kagome just chuckled as she kept walking back to Kaede's Village.
When she got there, Inuyasha used Kagome's Duct tape to tape Shippo on the outside of Kaede's hut while he slept soundly on his tree. "HELP! GET ME DOWN! INUYASHA I WILL MEGA PRANK YOU!" Kagome just shook her head as she freed the little fox of the tape. "Whew! Thanks Kagome! Inuyasha taped me to the wall... Humph!" he crossed his little arms as she just laughed. "Well, you know how he is. Want to help me make dinner and wait for Kaede to come back?"
"YEAH! I can help! As long as you make those mini cakes i like!" Shippo was talking about the Sugar Cookies Kagome made for the whole group last time. Even Inuyasha liked them. "Sure. but dont eat too many like last time." Shippo grinned. "No promises." He ran inside the hut as she went in after, chuckling at Shippo's weakness for sweets. Inuyasha meanwhile was asleep like always. But he opened his eyes smelling something faint in the air. He couldn't quite make out what that scent was but his instincts told him it was nothing and fell back asleep.
It was nighttime. And Kurosuki just woke up holding her leg. It healed up nicely but she was still sick from the poison. She chuckled a little. "Hehe... I'm still alive... I thought I'd be dead like those Coyote Demons..." She stumbled a little as she tried to stand up. She walked out of the cave and looked around. No demons, that was good for her. Kurosuki walked along the riverbank until she fell and started coughing up blood. (D-dammit... I'm starting to feel weak... No, come on! I can fight this poison off!)
She got up and started back walking down the forest, only to trip and fall on her hands and knees, coughing up more blood and feeling dizzy. Her eyes became unfocused as she fell on her stomach. Kurosuki closed her eyes as she loses consciousness yet again.
Author's note: I'm done with this chapter. Review and tell me what you think! Oh, you may have noticed that the format has changed a little. I got advice on how to write paragraphs so i chose this one. i hope you all like it. ^u^ Btw, i might update once a week. Gotta think of more chapters to write. Welp! Jaa, Mata Ne!
