Revised!(14) Everything has been revised for my personal reasons. Some thing are added through out the next few chapters. Fixed my grammar but if I forgot something, please let me know. I do not have a Beta for this. Thank you for reading.

Hello everyone! Long time no see, right? Well I am attempting to pick up this story again. If your new to this story, I will give you a heads up. The storyline of Charmed and Twilight will be changed in this fic. Things will be jumbled and not perfectly align with either plot lines. Instead of Bella being in High School, she'll be in college. The Manor is in Forks. There is no Jacob! I do not like that character and will not be appearing in this story.

Full Summary: In a small town called Fork lived four Halliwell sisters. Blessed as good witches to defend the small town of Forks. While fighting evil on a daily basis along with personal dilemmas. A new enemy is rising. The sisters strive to eliminate the evil but what will happen when the youngest evil-fighting sister meets a vampire?

Declaim! I do not own absolutely nothing! If I did, my version would be so different because I only like the first Twilight book.

Warning: Some of the dialogue is from twilight and the movie..

All reviews will be responded at the end of each chapter.

Chapter 2

First Sight

It was relatively small, which was good. Bella would not get lost at her new school on her first day of class. Phoebe walked alongside of Bella, their arms linked as they walked through the campus. Thank Bella's lucky stars that Phoebe knew her way around and pointed out where things were. The butterflies in Bella's stomach never ceased, in fact they grew as they came closer to the row of class rooms. Noted how everything was different from high school, Bella felt the sensation of freedom.

They stop in front of Bella's first class and Phoebe turned to her with a encouraging smile. Tenderly, Phoebe brushed back Bella's hair behind her shoulder. "You're going to do great here. Keep your chin up." Phoebe said in her moment of wisdom. From all her sisters, Bella was closer to Phoebe. There was not a significant age differences, at least not compared to Prue. She could related to Phoebe more. There was a moment of pride swelled in Phoebe's eyes. "See you at English, bye bells."

Phoebe walked away while Bella's eyes followed. Her sister disappeared into the crowd of faces in search for her own class room. Before she braved her first class, she watched the other college students pass by. Some students lingered in groups, talked among themselves. The hall way was large and had a grand staircase leading two stories up. It was loud, voices echoed from different reaches of other halls. Then, she grabbed a sheet of paper from her front pocket. The white paper folded twice with winkles. Unraveled the paper with crunching sounds, Bella looked at her transcript.

Student: Isabella Halliwell-Swan

English 090: MW

Spanish 110: MW

Biology 1: TR

Math 060: TR

She studied it thoroughly, anxious to be done for the day. Bella looked up from her transcript and put it back into her pocket. Other college students glanced at her curiously as they entered into the classroom. With a deep breath, Bella followed some students into her first class: English.

English class was bearable, nothing new. Already she was filled with assignments that were due by Wednesday. Bella exited the classroom to find Phoebe who waited patiently in the hallway for her. A black cell phone was flipped open with a speaker on her earlobe. Bella smiled to the sight of her, considered she's the only person she really knew. Although she met Eric, who attended high school with her before she enrolled into a homeschool program. There were new faces but some were familiar who attend the high school but a few years ahead of her.

Phoebe leaned against the wall, her right hand gripped the phone and her left arm wounded around her chest. A small smile folded out on her lips as a gentle laugh slipped through her lips. Automatically, Bella knew she spoke to Cole. Phoebe lifted a finger to indicate patience. Bella leaned more one leg as she waited patiently for her sister to finish her conversation. Suddenly a soft tap touched her shoulder, Bella turned and noticed Eric walking off with a girl under his arm. He waved before continued his way to the cafeteria.

"OK, I'll see you later." Phoebe ended her phone conversation with a gentle and playful tone. "OK, love you." She snapped the phone shut with a smile. The sensation of giddiness swelled in her chest.

"Are you hungry? We have a forty five minute break before English." Phoebe asked with a small smile, her voice was tainted with glee.

Bella suppressed a laugh, it gave her comfort to know her sister was happy even if it was with a demon. Phoebe linked her arm through Bella's as they made their way to the cafeteria. Majority of the classes were out and students waited for their next course. A Loud chatter filled the room. The sisters bought food from the store and found a table. Phoebe bought a chicken salad while Bella was content with an apple and a bottle of lemonade.

"I wish you would eat more, Bella." Phoebe said with concern as they walked through the cafeteria and found a table with familiar faces.

Bella offered her sister a smile and reassured her with a soft voice, "I'm fine, Phoebe. I'm just not hungry right now."

When they sat at the table, Bella recognized Jessica and Angela from her high school. Once they were reintroduced, the table fell into their own conversations. Taking a seat right beside each other, Bella began to cringe to the amount of people that she was surrounding by. Slightly lifted her shoulders up to her jaw line while nibbled on her apple. Out from the blue, Mike came up from behind Angela with his hands in his pocket. Bella glanced up at him for he stared intently at her. Shyly, she smiled and remembered that he had a high school crush on her. From the looks of it, nothing changed.

"Hey, Bella. You remember me, right?" He inquired with a smile. His baby blue eyes peered at her with hopefulness.

Phoebe nudged her with her elbow and wore a devious smile. Only if she knew that Bella never felt any feelings for the poor besotted boy. Unlike her, Bella particularly didn't date every guy to find out if she liked him. For this blue-eye boy, Bella preferred to skip any romances. Bella nodded, "Yes. From Fork's High School."

"Yea, where have you been? You left after your junior year. I rarely saw you." He said with a shrug and tried to act natural as he pried for information. One thing Bella noted, was that he no longer hid in the bush. He simple called it out.

"Yeah, well... I was homeschool for... personal reasons." Bella offered a bad excuse, but hoped he'll catch the bait which by the looks on his face, he didn't.

That was when Phoebe jumped in, "My bells here..." She began in a offhanded voice and wrapped an arm around Bella's shoulder, "she preferred to be home with her sisters, far away from others."

Bella looked over at her sister, disbelieved for that sorry excuse of an answer. Hers was much better. Phoebe successfully made her sound like an anti-social home-body. Bella looked hesitantly back at Mike and muttered a smile, which by the way, was pitiful. Embarrassment crept its ugly head as Bella grind her teeth and hoped Mike would leave.

Mike nodded slowly, not sure if Phoebe was purposely joking or not. Furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, he shook his head and glanced at his watch. "Well, I got to be going to my business math class." Mike announced, voice held no enthusiasm. He glanced at Bella with an affectionate smile as he said with hopeful voice, "I hope to see you around."

Bella returns an unsure smile as Mike turned away and left the cafeteria, then turned her gaze to Phoebe who shrugged nonchalantly, "Hey, your excuse was terrible. The guy likes you."

Bella huffed as she glanced away and looked down at her apple, "Yeah, he liked me since freshman."

Phoebe jaw dropped in disbelief as she eyes widened at her younger sister. "Then why not ask him out. He's cute."

Bella smiled nervously, "He's no more than a buddy."

Phoebe laughed casually, "Yeah, from where I sat, I don't think he would agree."

As they continue their conversation, Bella remain quiet as her eyes scanned the room. Phoebe spoke with Angela and Jessica about the classes. An occasion Bella would hear a story that involved her when she attended with Angela and Jessica at Fork's High School. Phoebe for one, was very curious since she was in New York. Bella's eyes came across a table at the far end of the room. Her eyes ensnared by the mysterious beings. The group held five people who looked away from the rest of the room. Three males and two females. Their features were the most beautiful sight Bella has ever been bestow on. Their skin was pale white, whiter than her own. A light purple color forms under their eyes, almost as if they needed long over-due sleep.

The two girls suddenly rose from their chairs and left the cafeteria, most likely for a class. Only one of them, from that group held Bella's attention. The one with the bronze hair. The one who sat apart from the two guys. His sharp features were strong and straight. A grayish-blue, long sleeve shirt framed his upper body and has dark blue jeans. His posture has a sense of aggressiveness. He leaned forward toward the table, shoulders slightly drooped. Dark eyes stared at the untouched food before him as his pale lips move rapidly to speak unheard words to the others guys.

Bella's eyes wondered longer on them with curiosity and marvel. Parting her light pink lip in awe, Bella eyes elicit their features. Without realizing it, she asked out loud, "Who is he?"

Jessica frown when Bella interrupted her story but swiftly got interested when she followed Bella's gaze to Edward. Phoebe looked over her shoulder at them too, her eyes took in their looks with a pleasing expression. Instantly, the bronze guy glanced their way, his dark eyes dart from Jessica to Bella. A red blush crept onto Bella's cheeks as she quickly looked away from him. Phoebe smiled at her sister's bashfulness and glanced at him again who, in returned, looked at her. Obviously, she noticed their strange pale white skin and immediately ran each magically possibility through her mind. His eyebrows furrow in mask of alarm before he turned away with a grin.

"That's Edward Cullen." Jessica said, eager to gossip. As she's lean forward to the sisters, her voice lowered. "He was a foster of Doctor and Mrs. Cullen, so are the other two."

"I've never seen him in Forks before." Bella said nonchalant, had a suspicious feeling that Phoebe took her curiosity for a sudden attraction. If she acted as if it was nothing, perhaps Phoebe would not mention anything later. There was no traces of luck for that! She was probably doomed to Phoebe's inquires.

"His moved with his foster family last year from Alaska. They were in their senior year with us." Jessica said as she picked at her salad.

"They don't look related." Bella commented softly, voice was dreamy and held curiosity. She turned her head, her chin almost touched her shoulder. Peered through her lashes with curious eyes, Bella couldn't help but gaze at their beauty. They were alike yet so different.

"They're not. The blonde boy is Jasper Hale and his has a twin sister, Rosalie Hale. Jasper is with Alice who's a tiny brunette and Rosalie is with Emmett Cullen, the big muscular one. And then there's Edward Cullen." Jessica gave the sisters the full information, obviously talking about the Cullens were her favorite pastime.

"They are very…beautiful." Bella said in astonishment, voice was soft.

"Aren't they little too old be foster children." Phoebe murmured her question with a hint of jesting in her tone. Her eyebrows lift up inquiringly; slightly mocking Jessica for saying they were foster children. Her expression was skeptical.

"Well they aren't anymore…but they still live with the Cullen's." Angela finally spoke up with a soft voice, her tone was gentle.

Bella turned her head once again to peer through her lashes. Without knowing it, he stared at her. From out of all the women in the cafeteria, he stared at her. With a rather intense stare that had Bella blushing and swiftly snapped her head away. Her heart slightly missed a beat. His expression was imprinted into her mind. A face of frustration and confusion. One that no one ever held toward her without a good reason.

It confused her.. Why was she so interested in him? Bella wasn't one to stare at every or any guy, but this one was different. Not in just appearances but simply different... She came across her fair share of weird being, magical and non-magical. But never as strange as the Cullens. They were intriguing... they pulled her in like a fly to a light. How come the others weren't. Not even Phoebe seemed to be captured. Something... not entire sure what, by something told her that the Cullens were in fact different. Different as in magical different.

Turned again, Bella stares at the Cullen's with curiosity and wonder. In unison, the Cullens rose from the table and fluently walked out of the cafeteria. Their movements were stunning and for this, Bella's jaw dropped. Then they were gone from her sight.
